You obviously haven't seen the English version of Sunset Horizons.

The last two phrases are "It all began with...", "birth by sleep."

It was a fan-name that originated within two weeks of Kingdom Hearts II being released in Japan (in Japanese), and was soon translated to be "Sunset Horizons". The other, less-commonly-used name for it is "Birth by sleep", but "Sunset Horizons" is now the official unofficial name for it.

"Sunset Horizons" is the name of the song, wasn't it? It's an awsome song though.

Indeed, it was the name of the music as well. A lot of music is named after the video it goes with if it was never named.
