What do you guys think it is?
Since in the new pic that shows really good art of everyone Sora's in his KH1 clothes and Mickey has the starseeker, its safe to say that the game takes place in the past. Back when Mickey was being tutored by that wizard (i momentarily forgot his name), the one who gave us Starseeker in Kingdom Hearts 2

I don't know what gives me this feeling, but I have as feeling you have to go into the past to stop something from happenong. And the starseeker is the key for that.

the wizards name is Yen Sid (disney spelled backwards)
and i also think you will have to go to the past or something.

That makes a lot of sense but time travel in KH universe i dont like the idea very much its to used in other games i think i you might start in the past then jump to the future with sora

The starseeker is probably just like people have said mickey's keyblade in the past before he got the golden kingdom key.

You probably dont time travel but this game may be the prelude to the new KH game featuring terra, ven and aqua on the ps3.

eg this game will tell you who their master is and what happened to him, but may just lead up to the events of the home console game

and knowing sony and the whole push for psp/ps3 connectivity you will probably be able to link the two games up and unlock something

Well...I'm guessing that Mickey has the Star Seeker because (what RT said), it was his original keyblade...You get the Star Seeker in KH2 from Yen Sid when he teaches you...so that must mean that Mickey got that when he was Yen Sid's apprentice I'm guessing...

i agree that the starseeker is his 1st keyblade. and this game probably helps us understand some of what is said in KHI and KHII when refering to things that have happened in the past that have led to the events that lead to the story that we, somewhat, know.

Does that mean Yen Sid is a keyblade master? It's kind of odd that he has a keyblade if you think about it.

yeah i think he has it for a reason because he isn't even using his own keyblade the gold and siver on he is using star seeker so it must be for a reason.

I think mickey has the star seeker just because of the fact that he is being trained by Yensid at this point in time during Birth By Sleep, It makes sense that Yensid would be the one to give it to mickey seeing as Sora gets it after meeting Yensid to. Dont think it has any particular meaning though but who knows anything could happen.

Maybe Yensid is kinda training Sora because King micky gets it while he is training and Sora gets it after visting him. Or maybe starseeker has some kind of power that will help Sora or something.

I think that its just to show that mickey is a lot younger and is still in training... Its just to show that he is not as powerfull as he is in the first two kingdom hearts...
