[Kingdomhearts 3]

After reading this, it seems theres more to the original storyline than whats been revealed

-The scene, from the Original Kingdom Hearts, in which Sora enters Traverse Town is shown. Pluto tries to lick Sora's face and Sora wakes up in the back of the alley in Traverse Town.
-Sora chases Pluto and runs to the center of the town.
-Sora: "Here is where...?" He remembers Traverse Town from the original KH. (It's a bit different. although, it sure looks like the beginning scene of Traverse Town.)
-The King comes out of the back of the alley with a hand held up and walks toward Sora. (The King is in his usual clothing and not the clothes of the Org. XIII.)
-King Mickey: "Sora, I was here on that day. Let me speak the truth."

Which probably can translate, when Sora first arrived in Traverse Town, King Mickey was there. Please tell me what you think

Nah, I think that maybe when Jiminy writes his diary he maybe "captures" a little piece of memory.

and when it is digitised a little piece of Sora's memory is also digitised along with his consciousness.

That is why mickey comes out and talks to sora. I think mickey will explain that he has been digitised because they are trying to find the lost entry in jiminy's diary which is obviously important

After the events of KINGDOM HEARTS, Jiminy Cricket returned to Disney Castle to organize his journal. While he arranged his records, his eyes fell upon a page with a mysterious message.


We must return to free them from their torment.


However, no matter how hard Jiminy tried to recall the source of the text, he couldn't remember. So the King digitized the contents of the journal and started an investigation. Within the world traced from the contents of Jiminy's Journal, a boy awoke on Destiny Island. It was the beginning of a new quest for a virtual Sora.


I think Coded will be about Mickey's letter. It's a shame that a European release hasn't been set in stone just yet, because after fully reading the summaries and reviews, I actually think that this is going to be an interesting game. Forget the fact it's for the mobile, I said a few months ago that out of a Riku, Roxas or Mickey storyline I would choose the Mickey one because he is more interesting, and I still stick with that statement.

"Sora, time to tell you the truth."

Well I would like to find that out.

well it said in jiminies journal " you must return to heal the wounds" maybe it means return in time? i mean it would explain why sora is back in traverse town with his old clothes. maybe he goes back in time to do something he forgot to do in the first game.

i think that sora being in his old clothes is just the digitization of the memories of sora when he was younger and jiminy started to write down what he had been through.

and this story sounds more interesting as i'm hearing it instead of hearing about how much people think it may tank because of the mobile phone aspect of it.

most likely this game might not be all that important even tho it takes place after KH2, it still is for a phone, so doubt that would be worth a major sequel story. just a side story like CoM maybe

if you're gonna use another game as a comparison to why this game will not be that important, maybe you should try using the other lesser advertised cell phone game. CoM was actualy an important part in the KH story. although it was a smaller story for the gba, it still gave some background info to the story. i mean, if we didn't know the story to CoM, we may have been a bit confused about why sora was asleep in that chamber or where riku and the king had gone after kh. and Namine's quote,"last year alot of things happened and i had to put together the chains of sora's heart" would have made no sense at all if we had not found it out somewhere. so mabey we shouldn't count out this game for info just yet.

Yeah, and it wasn’t very good. A complete waste of time. The development was half-hearted. Coded on the other hand, at least sounds as though parts of it have a point to its existence.

But the fact that Coded was the most important among the tree games in undeniable. It may look unappealing because it is played on a cell phone, but its existence affects the entire game. This is the bridge to Kingdom hearts 3.

they could just get another voice actor. that would be the most reasonable thing to do.

It's been awhile since I read any news, so I don't know any updated info. But I think the jist of it is that Jiminy finds an entry in the journal which he didn't write; shows the King the entry; the King, Sora and the contents of the journal get digi-fied so they can explore it for themselves and get rid of the bug corrupting Jiminy's journal. Gameplay won't be much fun in my opinion, either.

The lost entry is probably something that could somehow explain why there was an entry that said "Thank Namine"

Or maybe that entry just meant to thank her for chaining together Sora's memories. I'm HORRIBLE at making up theories. :(
