Seymour was a decent villian but he quickly lost his luster in FFX. I don't believe he'll make an appearance.

Perhaps Yuna and company will be shown seeing as Auron did make it.

Obviously Sephiroth because of how the battle in KH2 ended both of them (Sephiroth and Cloud) just poofing gone it would be out of story kinda because it will leave ya wandering. As for Paine and others they probably will if there's a Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastion in KH3.
