i remember namoura saying that first it'll be the new final fantasy game that they are wroking on teh kh so i was tihkgn there are 14 members but it was called oragnization XIII so anyone ralized that thats the same number on how many final fantasies there are can it be a connection?

Nah... if it isn't somebody already connected to KH, then I think it will be a completely new person and not from a FF game. The two series are not linked, remember... and I think your first post is more of a coincidence. Good thinking though. :)

why can't teh 14th member be aqua? because i saw the picture of her and i noticed her skin is to dark aqua has light skin
all we know whoever it is it has to be a nobody of someone. maybe someone we know? or can it be someone that worked with ansem the wise

If we have an team of soccer players, we would have a few subsitutes behind them. But since there is no evidence that shows the 14th member a subsitute(Because if there IS a subsitute, there would be more than one), the 14th member will be the manager.
Your assumptions could be true though, I have known enough people in my life to expect unexpected surprises. After all, Nomura DID say that the side game(I mean the PS3 one)will have FF characters in it.
Wadda ya tink about guesses that Aqua could be the Black Soldier?
There's a cutscene that shows Terra yeling, "What have you done to his/her heart?". And then the Black Soldier in the screenshots, from what I've heard is more human like then in the secret trailer of KH2:FM+, so there is a possibility that Aqua WAS ONCE a Black Soldier, then some events occured and everything become different.

Skin tone doesn't mean much in Kh.

Xemnas' skin tone is waaay lighter than Xehanort's and MX's, but yet in the concept art he's as dark as Xehanort, but still lighter than MX.

Remember DiZ? That alone proves my skin tone point.
