Asking for Help

lately, i've seen that a lot of people are asking for help with their signature, avatar, and some other things, like how to become a member... it's getting pretty annoying how people ask that every day, so i'm suggesting that you put the rankings in the rules, just so when people read them, they don't have to ask how to become a member and what not. it's a complete waste of space, too.

We have all of the information in various places. The problem is that even if we made it front-page news, bolded it, highlighted it, put flashing blinking lights around it and told people they'd get a million dollars for reading it, we'd still get people not reading it, and we'd still get a barrage of questions.
