Okay, so me and Xikru are working on this. If anyone remembers when we did the first two WAAAY back when, then they'll know the story. So, any ideas?
Also, for those who don't know, this is based of of Final Fantasy 7, though loooong after Cloud and group.
Soldier: The Torn Order
*Based off of Soldier: A New Order and Soldier: Fall of Man
It all began with a single materia. Sephiroth had done it, he had brought the Meteor to the new planet, and destroyed it. Or so he thought. In a last ditch effort, Drake and Xykru had combined the Gold and Silver materias, and sacrificed themselves for the lifestream.
While the planet was torn and destroyed, there was still hope. As the remaining resistance and Shin-Ra looked together at the sky, they realized that Fate was not so kind to them. The meteor was gone, and so was the black materia.
However, Jenova and Sephiroth were still alive.
The small resistance that once stood up to Shin-Ra was instantly vaporized from the rage of the dark demon. Shin-Ra was next. Sephiroth single handedly wiped out town after town, until only one remained. Neo-Migdar. The last of the humans were terrified, and using the ancient technology that had gotten them to the planet, escaped.
But to where?
They had been through this before, with the coming of the Omega Weapon. The remaining scientists remembered the planet of Vhearune, a world capable of supporting life. This was their back up plan before Omega was defeated by Xykru and Drake, when they had used the old Mako Cannon.
Here they built the new city, named Severance City. They did not learn from their past, though, harvesting Mako in small amounts for power, until an alternative fuel source was found. Shin-Ra as Neo-Shinra was rebuilt. SOLDIER was reborn. and they believed all remenents of Sephiroth was left behind. Yet, one thing they did not look out for was the revival of G cells, so worried were they with the S cells. So, with an unknown evil growing out of site, the Neo-Shinra continue on their daily lives, not knowing the darkness is growing....
While the two heroes sacrificed themselves, something still remained of them. The silver and gold materias were reborn, and given a new power each. With this, came the will of the previous owners, the will to fight and protect mankind. The true power of the Cetra. Only few were chosen to lead on as Cetra, the ancestors of Drake and Xykru.
