But i wanted to know...how long Organization XIII been around...have they been around when Sora,Riku and Kairi were very young?,or not born yet or The age they are in Kingdom Hearts 1?

Remember in the game when you learn about Ansem the Wise and his six apprentices, Xehanort, Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus, and Ienzo? I can't remember the timeline of those events, but that is when the Organisation was formed. I'll cut a long story short. They were working under Ansem the Wise and wanted to conduct some experiments, he didn't agree with what they were doing, so they did their own thing (in the lab under Hollow Bastion which you can see in some of the cut-scenes), and I think this is when Xehanort posing as Ansem met King Mickey and his Keyblade, and that made their thirst for knowledge and power go into overdrive so they just became Heartless. So if you know when "Ansem" and the King met, then I think you have your answer.

Oh, it's no problem. :) Sorry if it came across that way. I think I know where this all occurs in the timeline now:

He meets the King in Ansem Report 9, “Today I had a guest from another world. He is a king.”

He becomes a heartless in Ansem Report 10, “My body is too frail for such a journey, but I most do this. I will cast it off and plunge into the depths of darkness.”

Finally, after becoming a heartless, this is when “Ansem” plants Kairi on Destiny Islands, in Ansem Report 11, “I have chosen one special girl. I do not know if she possesses a power like that of the Princesses. But, there is a chance, and this is an experiment. She may lead me to the place where the one holding the key is...”

Kairi was on Destiny Islands for around 10 years or so? So that is how long they have been around. So you were right in your first post.
