be played by using cards like chain of memories? does any one know?

It will have a deck system similar to Chain of Memories, but it won't be the same system. Right now, we don't know anything for sure on how the system will work, just theories based off the deck concept (which we know will go in) and some commands we saw on screenshots.
No wait, that's Birth by Sleep...
No, 358/2 Days won't have a deck system at all.
