I think it does, i mean, Although the temperatures are SUPPOSED to increase based on Earth's history, but still, it's increased more then it should, and that is thanks to pollution and apathy on the topic.

It is a probability that Global Warming is happening, but I only ask this, why is the temperature DROPPING? Normaly, my hometown has 90-100 degree summers, but max these past two years have been 80-95 degrees.

Climates do adjust on occasion for a span of time, and such may or may not be due to Global Warming, although there could be a possible link to the sea level rising and in what proximity your position on the earth is. Such as how the jet stream effects your climate, and other variable factors. Yes Global Warming would cause your temperature to rise, however Global Cooling could be also a possible explanation.

I apologize for not giving you a better explanation, I don't really know much about meteorology and it's specifics.

I think Global warming is a problem, because the weather here can be bizarre sometimes. This week it has been hot for one day, and cold the next day in that pattern. So each other day, I don't wear a coat, or I wear a coat to a class.

The problem in my area, ( Massachusettes ) has been that summer seems to just merge right into winter and then winter right into summer.. it's as almost like you lose the difference in climate changes for spring and fall.. sure you have the cool days but sometimes they only last a week or two.. it's very strange, as before I could recall the slower change and adjustment over the course of 2 and a half months as it usually lasts.. now it's simply freezing cold or very hot not much inbetween. And even when it is winter, haha.. sometimes you get 60 degree days.. really wacky..

So would global warming be taking an effect on my climate? Perhaps, but then again it could simply be climate adjustment over a period of time, and such may adjust again at some point.

I still am thinking about the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" when I think of Global Warming. Now I know the movie is part fake but I don't doubt some of that stuff could happen over a span period of time. Plus the ideas they come up do sound thought out if it was in the real world.

The day after tommorow is saying that, if the glaciers melt, it will tap into the ocean currents and they will "stop" circulating. Thus stop heating across the globe resulting in another Ice Age...

yes i think global warming exists. it was gonna happen either way. but we humas speeded up the process. i think the next few years are going to be horible unless we do something derastic to change global warming.

its just going to destroy some its most precious and rare habitats
the polar ice caps
its one of the few places in the world where humans havnt gone in and ruined things for all the other life there
if global warming continues they'll all melt and the animals their will face down right extinction
plus sea levels will rise drasically
places will be completely submerged
for instance bangladesh is a very flat country and is already a victim of extreme flooding meaning the effects of global warming will make it completely disappear beneath the ocean
we should still cut down on pollution global warming or not
the main culprits are america (sorry it is true) and china
the main two countries still producing alot of C02 and not doing anything about it
they really need to start acting on cutting down
car companies need to do more aswell
toyota for instance has started creating hybrid cars
running on half petrol and half electricity
electricity we can get from natural resources wind, water and solar
if more cars are working on half electricity and half petrol we could make some serious changes
but what really needs to be done is making a way to store hydrogen
hydrogen powered cars give out nothing but H2O and are just as powerful as todays cars
this would fully destroy the problem of global warming
all we need now is a way of storing it as it can be quite dangerous
whoever works it out is going to be rich rich rich

Global Warming is a natural occurrence however the temperature has never increased this rapidly. There is no question if it exist or not it does exist and its a serious problem. However it will not end the humanity at all. It will be a very horrid occurrence and a very serious problem, we are looking at the sea level rising about 40 feet causing mass destruction. We are looking at over a BILLION homes, businesses ect...being destroyed and problem a lot of death.

Over all if we do not act VERY SOON then it will be to late, it may be already to late only time will time.

Well sooner or later Global Warning will be the death of us all. I mean extremely slowly since the toxins in the air aren't being purified except when people vanish without a trace after another nuclear bomb/war. Thats pretty much the sanitizer of the toxins as I see it right now.

what do you mean you hope the government.......the government can only do so much the rest is up to us to change our habits and to change the fact that, we create too much waste, we burn too much fuel, we use up too much energy, we dont take care of our rain forests........we are the reason we have global warming and all the government can do is say stop wasting gas and stop wasting energy......thats killing the planet

I know they are trying; but the fact is a lot of beings complain so much about global warming to the government but they do nothing to try and help themselves. Our laziness and usage of power plants, aerosol sprays and other things are damaging the plant we live on

Anyone ever see news reports during "El Nino"? I have a friend in Califonia where It rains for weeks on end. In Austrailia, The temperatue rises by 10 degrees. And South America is just a mess during the whole time.
Global Warming= That times 10 all over the world.
