Remake Legend of Dragoon. SO PHAT MAN! Such an -AWESOME-, AWESOME, AWWWEEESSSOOOMMMEEEE game. Like...KH+FF = LoD awesome.

The storyline was sublime, it was lengthy, had many a plot twist... The graphics were not too shabby for it's day. However! They need to remake it. Put some 21st centuary graphics into it. :D

And on that note... I ALSO DEMAND LEGEND OF LEGAIA, A GAME ALSO VERY AWESOME...GETS EITHER A) A REMAKE OR B) A REAL SEQUEL BECAUSE THAT "BATTLE TOURMANENT" shyt had NOTHING to do with the original and sucked. It was like they went..

"Hm..."
"This game did marginally well..."

"And this new one is...eh, well we don't know if it'll do much..."

"Aha! We'll call it a sequel and just make the main character look like the main one from the old game! Sucess!"

I've kind of heard that the Shadow Hearts series for the PS2 is the most reminiscent of Legend of Dragoon.

The Shadow Hearts series is very good lol. I like the fact that almost everything in it needs certain levels of skill to progress, including the battle system.

I've never played Legend of Dragoon so I can't comment on that.

Shadow Hearts uses a twitch-based battle system just like LoD. You have to time your hits in order to deal good damage. And Riku is right, Shadow Hearts is a great series in its own right. I didn't say it was a sequel or even close, but it is good and probably the closest thing you'll come.

Yeah, a remake of Legend of Dragoon would be awesome. I don't see that anyone would decide to "waste" time and resources on remaking a game that fell into obscurity except with a few fans (but then, that has been done before, so I could be wrong.)
