you should work on hand structure
because it looks like the fingers are coming out of the wrong random positions on the hand xD;;;

I suggest drawing the hands as skeletons as practice to see what goes where :]

Hands could use some adjusting. The arms and legs could also use more detail throughout, they look like pencils. :P

There some other things, but those are the most important things I'd focus on in this piece.
