An epic battle not yet fought...

I noticed one thing, an epic battle has not been fought yet in the debate forums...

Which is better? Pirates or Ninjas?


It seems that a good majority of the current debates are serious, I think a loose topic such as this would be a good break, fun, and entertaining...

So, where do you stand?

Are you a Pirate?

Are you a Ninja?


EDIT: As often as I can, I will post an update on the various battle/comparisons between the two factions. Ex: Ninja-sword (Forget what it is called, NO, not the katana) vs. Cutlass (traditional pirate sword)

Quite simply Pirates > Ninjas :D

I have had this discussion on many different websites and the old seadogs always win ;)
What exactly can a ninja do that is special?
oooo they have sharp shurikens and wear black so they cannt be seen.
In reality, black would make them stand out more, there aren't always shadows for Ninjas :P
Pirates ont he other hand, they have swords, guns, huge ships and can have a great ai, whilst drunk on rum :D
Pirates don't stay far from the sea, and a nina would never last out in the waves ;)

Plus somethign abut admiral ackbar, I cba to remember :P

But Pirates always need to dock sometimes... And when they do, ninjas sneak into the ships at night, plant some fancy fire device by their powder kegs and blow them all to hell when they're out in open waters again! Ninjas are patient, and they wait for the right moments!

A smart pirate always checs for stow aways, and thats when they would dispose of these traps :P

Smart pirates doesn't exist! :P Besides, thats the good thing about ninjas, they CAN hide. And ninjas use all kinds of devices, they fight to decieve!
And about them being cowards.. :O We're talking one ninja alone here, pirates dare nothing unless they're grouped! ;D

Anywhom, on topic again XD

Pirates do prefer to work alone, because they are greedy and traiterous.
Whilst this sounds bad it actully works well for them, as it also makes them competetive which helps them over come obstacles liek hidden ninjas.

But they don't like to work alone, but they like to betray those they work with, only to run off with the money and get other followers! I mean, if any pirate was on his own, he would die or fail hard!
And no one can deny that one pirate vs. one ninja, the pirate wouldn't stand a chance.. Pirates aren't known to be very good fighters, while ninjas are the most feared and revered assasins known to man!

Ninas are boring, they sit in the shadows waiting around.

That was just an argument to why ninjas are more awesome !
And pirates.. they are horrible humans when you look at it! The only female action they get, is people they rape. Their hygene is just.. aweful :P Their health is generally worse, I bet the avarage pirate couldn't expect more than 30-40 years of living! While ninjas live healthy lives, and lets face it, a ninja would have no problems getting a decent woman '^^
Life on sea is pretty rough too, it might look nice in the movies but living like that can be hell beyond imagination!
