When did sora become a heartless!

I finished kh2 and chain of memories and finished the last level of kh1{level not game}but i never figured out! Im a noob here so could someone explain it to me

You turn into a Heartless in Hollow Bastion near the end of the first game. When you say the last level, do you mean the "End of the World"? If not, you haven't done the last level yet lol.

anyway, yeah in Hollow Bastion Sora stabs himself with Riku's keyblade, which has the power to unlock people's hearts. In so doing he creates a heartless as well as a nobody, (Roxas)But Sora soon turns back to normal, leaving his nobody behind still.

*sigh* Xehanort was pretending to be Ansem, as we find out in KH2. DiZ was the real Ansem the Wise who was friends with King Mickey and had a heart of Light.

Xehanort's Heartless was called Xehanort, as pointed out by the true Ansem in Kingdom Hearts II. He just pretended to be Ansem only by taking his name.

My apprentice Even has also shown great interest in Xehanort's memories. But is he really the right subject? Xehanort does indeed exhibit extraordinary talents... Too extraordinary... Perhaps they are even superhuman.

That is when I discovered the "Ansem Reports." Though they bore my name, the only one I had written was number 0. Apparently he had gone on to pen numbers 1 through 8 himself. Yes---the first subject in my foolish experiments.

The reason why Ansem made a heartless was because he wanted to get Riku In the realm with Mickey. Then Sora would fall into a trap in Ansem The wise's trap.
Not really a trap, but to get Roxas assasained by either riku, Mickey or Sora:)
