Besides the fact that there is no title "Realm of the Dissouled" there are a few things that give away that this is fake.

Hahaha!!! lol Dude! That's exactly what I thought too!!! You guys are right something about this just looks a little off. For example, the pictures of Roxas, Sora, Donald, and Goofy have been used countless times in other places. You'd think if they'd come out with a Wii game they would use different screenshots of the characters. Also, on the back when it talks about Birth By Sleep, wouldn't Birth By Sleep say that? lol Even the heart that's supposed to be behind the title isn't in the right place. :p I must say though, this person did somewhat of a good job of making a fake. I questioned it but couldn't help to get a little excited. I mean a Kingdom Hearts game for the Wii!?!? That would totally be a blast!

Mickey is drawn horribly, and Sora would most likely have a new set of clothes. Terra, Ven, and Aqua's armor is poorly drawn, also. Trust me and anyone else with an IQ over 50, it's fake.

It's fake. Seriously. If I want to do a real cover, I would be using pictures and scans that showed up only in game but not in trailers, scans, or blah blah blah. And I wouldn't be using such a lousy, "It all began with Birth By Sleep" phrase to start.

It may/may not be fake. Though, the fact that this statement exists in one of the google results:

there was a huge gaming event in china and the showed a short clip for Kingdom Hearts Realm of the dissouled

makes me believe that it is in fact, either fake, or just a fan-made project. Otherwise, why on Earth would they be showing it in a gaming event in China and not Japan?

FAKE!!!! i have three reasons to my saying so:
1. the rating, 12+ is not a rating.
2. the back panel, the piece near the middle, the game will highly doubtfully will contain a picture of a spider on it unless it stood for something.
3. the title, the title is spelled dissouled is spelled with dis on the cover, but on the back panel, it says des-.

Also I noticed a few other mistakes like it wasnt made by nintendo, i could go all day.

Ummmm, in some countries, states, cities, ect, they use different ratings, not just E, T, M, ect. So it probably does exist, but this cover for the game is fake, since, like Valitrex said, "all" was spelled as "al"

'The Keyblade Wars' - a very old fan-made name, never really confirmed.
Big font of 'template by HellKnight' on the cover.
Big font of finalfantaseer22 on the cover.
VGBOXART at the bottom.

This needs to be brought up: There is no such thing as a REAL Birth by Sleep cover. It doesn't exist to any of us right now. If you see boxart for ANY of the three handheld games, then you can be absolutely certain that it is fan-made. This should already be obvious, since most of them are badly designed, with many spelling errors and such. Anyway this is only a handful of the Birth by Sleep covers floating around the internet, not all of them. Nobody should believe any of them.

I have three problems with that box-art:

1. It's a Wii box. We all know how bad Wii's graphics are, and considering that Square Enix has some of the best graphics in the world for their games I doubt it'll end up on the Wii.

2. It has KH2 artwork on the front. If it were to be a real game, I'm sure they would have completely new drawings/stances/outfits for all the 2D art.

3. On the back of the box, "All" is spelled "Al". Now, come on. Do you honestly think that a professional game-development company would mis-spell something on the back of a game box? I don't even mis-spell when I'm talking on the Internet!
