Pokemon: Danu Journies

Before we begin, I'm just going to say that Ash will not be in this RPG. So all the Ash fanboys out there who came in this thread because it said Pokemon, get out. Like, now.

This story takes place in the Pokemon region of Danu, a poor, bankrupt, and suffering city full of bandits and scoundrels. This region is located at the very edge of the world of Pokemon. Not only do the residents of the run-down region have to deal with robberies and mindless Pokemon battles every day of their lives, but they also have to deal with the Champion of the Elite Four in this region. He goes by the name of Jack. It's because of him that the region is so peniless and horrible. Danu once was a rich and prosperous region. Since Jack remains the Danu Champion, no one has dared to challenge him and his rules. And to add on to the trouble, word has gotten around that the sleeping legendary duo, Basarios and Gravios have been awakened. The cause is unknown, but they must be stopped before they destroy all of Danu. Will someone step forward and take Jack down for good and cease these legendaries' treacherous rampage?

Bio: Was born in Johtto. Despite his age, he's just recently become a Pokemon trainer. While he was still young, he loathed Pokemon and found no use for them. Bio: Jenah came from the Sinnoh region to Danu expecting great riches. After fighting through the 8 Sinnoh gyms and fighting the elite four, she decided that she needed a new challenge. Her old pokemon from SInnoh would have been an advantage for her in Danu, so she left all her pokemon with her uncle, Professor Rowan, and caught two beginning pokemon to start her new journey in Danu. Of course, though, she kept her togepi. It had been her very first pokemon and she hadnt bothered to train it because she was scared what might happen to it. But now in Danu, she's prepared to give it all she's got. When she arrived, she was surprised to see teh region so run-down. She had been used to living high class and she's starting to wonder if she made the right decision.

bic: The ferry that Zach was boarding was getting ready to depart at the pier in Libria Town. Exploring new places was what Zach liked doing the most. He sighed, then looked at the stores and buildings on the large landmass.

"Danu really is run-down...," Zach thought to himself. "Oh, well. Once Jack is defeated and those two wierd legendaries are stopped, Danu will be what it once was-- a beautiful, peaceful, and prosperous island."

"Land ho!!" the captain of the ferry shouted out for all to hear.

Taikeen was sitting in the corner of a pokemon center.
"Hmm..my father told me how beautiful and prosperous Danu once was...Sad to see how pitiful it looks now."

Lucas, too, was boarding the same ferry as Zach. He gazed at the flowing ocean below him, then heard the captain of the ship shouting from his quarters.

"Land ho!!" Lucas heard. He wasn't too thrilled of going here, but then again, the more Pokemon he met, the better, he liked to say.

"Wow, the water is the most beautiful thing within a 10-meter radius," Lucas said. He was referring to how horrible Danu looked from the ferry.

Lance said as then everyone jumped down from the top of the boat all the way down until they were right behind Zach.

Nails sat on the bench waiting for his pokemon. nurse Joy walked to the counter "Nails your pokemon" she said before they poped out of there pokeballs each one looked mean and had scares all over there body. "Thanks nurse Joy" Nils said.

Lucas exitted the ferry, then stretched his arms out wide. So many people behind him were also exitting. Lucas was amazed at how many people had come to this poor, pathetic region. Most likely, they only saw it as a tourist attraction. Or, maybe they had come to try and catch the two legendaries? He shrugged, then threw his backpack over his shoulders. From his backpack, he took out three Pokeballs, which contained his three Pokemon.

"Come on out, you guys," Lucas calmly said as the Pokemon trio exitted their Pokeballs. The Chimchar, Shinx, and Bronzor raced in circles wildly. It had been a wile since they had some fresh air. "Well, you three, let's go explorin'!" Lucas said. "Not much else to do here in this dump."

Lance then reacted to what Nails said and then his pokemon jumped in front of Lance and growled at Nails. "If your a wanted criminal, then i'll have to take you in." Lance said.

Kai bust down the door." Does there seem to be a problem here" he says to the man standing next to what Kai recognized as a hunter.

Taikeen runs forward. "Stop this now!!!"

"Then allow me to tell you not to underestimate me. I am the leader of the organization Team Dark, and my pokemon our my team mates. We are the organization that rids this world of evil."

Rexzor walked into Hillsdown " There it is my dream starts today

Lucas sighed, then looked on his map. Right now, he was at Opium Port. The closest location would be at Hillsdown City right down the next route.

"Come on, you guys!" Lucas exclaimed to his Pokemon as he hurried past the many people and down the nearesy route towards Hillsdown. "If I'm not mistaken, there's supposed to be a Contest being held there! Time for me to earn my first Contest Ribbon in Danu!" Within only a few minutes, Lucas and his Pokemon had already arrived. In the distance, he could see a boy around his age walking into the city. "Excuse me," Lucas said politely, "but could you please direct me to the Contest Hall, if you could?"

Lucas couldn't help but laugh at what this Rexor character said. He almost rolled over and choked on his own spit as he cackled.

"I'm sorry, but that was hilarious!" Lucas exclaimed. "But, no, you're looking at the Contest Champion right here. To be honest, I'd have to say that I'm #1 in everything I do-- contests, gym battles, you name it. Me and my Pokemon are unstoppable!"

Rexzor couldnt help but fall over and laugh " You think that you could beat me Ok ok in imagineary land thats probably true but here in the real world Im #1." Walks off

Lucas gave this Rexor a glare. To him, it sounded like he was giving him a challenge. He smiled slightly. The residents of Danu were beginning to rub off on him already.

"Yeah, you'd better walk away," Lucas said. "Everyone knows that you couldn't beat me in a million years. I'd walk away, too, if I were to be put in such a position. Oh well." Not even 15 minutes on Danu, and Lucas had already made an enemy.

BIC: "No, we're battling," Lucas said confidently. "Right here, right now!" His three Pokemon stood in front of him. "Three on three. Let's go." He turned towards his Shinx. "Alright, Shinx, you're up first! That is, unless this chump declines."

"Shinx! Shinx! Shiiiiiiiinx!" it exclaimed in confidence. It was ready to battle.

" Ok But I must tell you youre going up against Rexzor." He threw out a Pokeball and Blissey Jumped Out ' Ill go first." " BLISSEY SING." Blissey Sang and Shinx fell asleep

"oh a battle..lets watch Seether...I'm still hungry" Nails said smiling. "Well pick out one of there pokemon then" hunter said laughing. Nails waited to see what pokem on each of them had.

"Wake up, Shinx!" Lucas exclaimed. It was no use, though. He'd have to switch it out for now. "Return, Shinx," Lucas said as he sent it back into it's Pokeball. "Alright, Gible, don't let me down!" Gible nodded as it ran in front of him. "Let's go then, Gible! Get ready to use Dragonbreath!"

"Gible! Gib!" it exclaimed. Soon, it began to breath a green and yellor beam. It then shot it out at a tremendous speed towards the Blissey.

Rexzor Looked at them " My pokemon will not be tooke from me." Rexzor Looked at the Gibel then Blissey Dodged it Then " Blisssey Hyper beam." Blissey Blasted a huge beam at the Gibel and it was flung into the ground

BIC: Gible struggled to get up. Hyper Beam was a powerful attack. Luckily, Gible was a persistant Pokemon. It slowly got back on it's feet.

"Alright, Gible, let's use... it," Lucas said. Gible nodded. "Okay, Gible! Use Draco Meteor!" Soon, comets had been summoned from the sky and were coming down fast, headed down towards Blissey.
