Design Team Applicatioooooons...

Jess, Miko, Dark K and Axizol are what makes up the design team as of now. But that is about to change. It is time to find some fresh new members for this renew team. You can tell who is part of the Design Team since when you look at them on the forum they are the people in Purple, but as of now, most of them are moderators.

The main focus as of now is to create signatures and avatars for people that request but more things will be added as I decide on what to do next. Avatars and signatures still have to follow rules limit on the site.

If you steal the designs of the ones who created it then you will be suspended no questions asked. What I mean is if you say it is yours when it is someone else's.

Requirements:

- Have moderate/extensive (or above) designing skills in Photoshop, GIMP, or whichever program you use. (!!!!!)

- Know how to keep things organized for the members. That way you're both setting an example and making sure no one is disappointed.

- Have good grammar, punctuation, and spelling--this is so everyone will understand you. We want people talking this way: "And that is how things work around here", instead of: "lol i no rite"

- Tell us what you're good at so we know what to expect of you! This will eliminate the factor and excuse of, "but I didn't know that", etc...

- Don't join my group just for the heck of it. You got to put forth your effort when you join. I had a certain person who will remain nameless who joined and did noting. You will be kicked out if this happens. (!)

- Don't spam this thread up like you lot did the last one. I dont want to have to close this thread now do I? Hold your talk elsewhere. I am going to be kinda strict on this. I don't want to hear your problems like how you are going to join or thinking about it. Ask all questions in the Artwork area. That is what it is there for.

- Must have a good attitude under the forums, this represents us as a good team. (!)

- Teamwork must be shown as well.

Why you should be considered: Well i love GFX work, i like making sigs, and love making people happy so if i can make sigs to make people happy then why not, I want to improve my skills with PS, i can also do animated sigs which i have seen not many people do. I can do sigs in quite fast.

How much time you can dedicate: I can give my weekends

Experience: I have been working with PS for quite a while now almost a year, I have made items for a software company and am working on another one right now and working on a project for a website as well.

Why you should be considered: Im not the best designer but im good i can say that. I know how to produce sigs and avatars in many styles and i also like to mess around and make a new style. Im learning things everyday and i think if i get on the Design team i think i colud learn even more. Im also going to start making tuts so hopefully i will not just be making sigs for people but helping them make one themself.
How much time you can dedicate: At the moment 3-4 hours on weekdays and 5-6 hours weekends. When i move home and get my own computer that should double.
Experience: Around 2 years but thats including the time i lost photoshop so around 1 and a half years.
