The Akatsuki finds new stronger people with the Exeption of Pein, Itachi, Tobi, and Zetsu.The revelation of 1 demon stronger than the Nine Tailed is extreme.They currently have a hint on who posses it.All they know is that this person has the Rinnegan, a person like Pein but stronger and faster and smarter.
