~~The "Chaser's" Exposed Face...

Hey there, everyone. Obviously, I'm new here, and glad to have found such an organized and popular Kingdom Hearts forum. And even though I've JUST joined, don't think I'm not a HUGE KH fan. I... Err... Probably should be considdered a bit more than a fanboy... ANYWAY, moving on...

Since this is my first post, sorry if someone has posted this already, 'cause I really wouldn't know.

So, while rummaging through sites which had some images of Final Mix+, I found this...

From the looks of it, this is a character dressed in armor that resembles that of the armor that the soldiers that people now reffer to as "The Chasers" wear. So, naturally, I'm assuming that the person in this picture is a "Chaser" as well. Looking at the remaining part of the helmet, I'm pretty sure that this isn't one of the "Chasers" in the Secret Trailer at the end of Kingdom Hearts II.

Now, I can't put my finger on it, but the character in this picture looks REALLY familiar... Anyone have any ideas?

P.s. - I'm assuming this picture would disprove any theories of the soldiers in the Secret Trailer being new creatures that should be oh-so-feared. It's now confirmed that they have an actual human appearance. Though that doesn't prove much, they could be just like Organization XIII.

Well, I'm not really sure if it's someone, I'm just sayin' he looks familiar. And this doesn't mean that you play as the Chasers, it's just a screenshot from a cutscene.

lol As this was your first post I won't go hard on you. Yes this picture has been posted many times before.

The reason it looks familiar is because it looks similar to an older version of Sora (or Leon), but we know that it's not because Tetsuya Nomura (Kingdom Hearts Storyline and Character Creator) has confirmed that it's a completely new character not seen before. He's also said that it's related in someway to an existing character(s). It's therefore definitely not Sora.

You're absolutely right that we may not (and probably won't) play as an Armored Knight. We have no idea yet whether they are Chasers or not.

this is actually obvious but it can't be leon since there's no scar and what the character writer said but I think that is opn from th secret ending cause the one that looks in bth directions of the others has the same mask.

yea i saw somthing for a minute but it went away that is really freaky but i dont think its haunted or somthing because well any way i wear glasses and i am not right now so i think thats wat it is

Well I just want to state the obvious- this character resembles Sora a little. I mean the hair color, eye color. I mean the facial details even look a little like his. But hey that's just my opinion.
