Just noticed it says NTSC in the corner. Is Japan also NTSC? If not, then this must be for the States.

Japan and America use NTSC. Australia and Europe use PAL. PAL naturally runs on 50Hz televisions while NTSC naturally runs on 60Hz. The PS systems and games are unique to the country/area though, similar to DVD Regions.

i have this feeling that they will anounce KH2FM+ coming to the states. If they do than it should be out in June 07....one more thing i forgot.........any of u noticed that where all the characters are standing........doesnt it sort of look like the TIPS OF THE CROWN OF THAT GUY WE FOUGHT WITH ON THAT DRAGON THING????
No but nice try. It's said that if it comes to America, it'll be in Fall which is later than June.

Although it looks like that, I'm guessing Kairi's standing on a pole directly behind Naminé lol - If not, then Roxas should be on the same pole as Sora.

It looks really kool to me,, better then the last ones. Also I dont think Kairi and Naminé are atanding on the same pole, maybe like what Riku said. Does it look like Riku is wearing the blind fold thing on his eyes? Or is it just the lighting they used? Btw why is Mickey allways turned around,, he was on the other cover too.

To be honest when I first saw the cover I laughed because I was thinking how the heck are they going to get down...

i read that there is gonna be a new mode
its gonna be called critical mode...
heres what it exactly says:
The new mode in KH2:FM+ is called "Critical Mode" which is more difficult than Proud Mode. It includes some abilities straight at the beginning of the game, and enables you to reach the new Secret Movie easily.
the new secret movie...maybe more hints on KH3
im glad this is coming out, i need something to kill my obsession of when KH3 comes out

NTSC is the region that the game will work in. In Australia, we have PAL. You need a region free player to be able to play games of a different region.

Different countries have different regions. Australia has PAL, USA has NTSC, Japan has NTSC.J and I'm sure the rest of the world are similar. This is the disc format and can only be played by a recorder/console that can read that format. DVD players can be purchased region free (more expensive). If you get your playstation mod-chipped, it can read other formats other than the one for the country you're in but beware, you are giving up any warranty rights.
Europe has PAL as well lol - and you can break the PS2 if you're not careful by mod-chipping as well.

exstensive searching that's how...
It was found on Kingdom Fantasy - a French Kingdom Hearts fansite. Since the post, it has been confirmed as the cover. We got it before all of the English/American fansites :)

Wasn't the cover taken from a French KH site?
The source of the information was a French Kingdom Hearts Fansite, which would've got the image from elsewhere. The image is the official artwork of the game. It's original.

He wears that outfit again by the end of Kingdom Hearts II. In Chain of Memories, Riku's outfit changes.
