The heroes of Kingdom Hearts, Sora, Riku, and Kairi, have been returned to the Destiny Islands only a few days after the fall of Organization XIII to get a letter from King Mickey. The letter has the following:
Dear Friends and Fellow Keyblade masters,
Xeanhort has returned and taken over the World That Never was. I don't have much time to explain, as I am in a hurry to find the three original keyblade masters of the past. They are said to be hiding in a place called the Glory Ruins, where all keyblades of dead masters have come. I think Xeanhort is coming there next because they were and are the only ones able to defeat him. There is more to explain, but I must go now. Goofy, Donald, and Cloud, and 2 more are coming.

And so, in 7 days, Sora, Riku, Kairi, Tidus, Wakka, and Selphie boarded the Celcius gummi ship in route for Disney Castle. And the two surprise people: The reborn Roxas and Axel.
But there is more to the story. Syndicate X is a new group, created by Sephiroth and another keyblade master. Syndicate X has sent the monster Sin from Spira to attack the Celcius.

In his third it is his first two combined.
In his fourth, his hair spikes up.
In his fifth, his eyes turn purple except the pupil and he gains hair resembling Terra's, only purple.
