Every day when I walked to the usual spot-
You were always there-
When my eyes met yours, a dream that seemed so real came true-
If only I had the strength to tell you how I feel-
If only I knew that you were the same-
But when you walk away I snap back to reality-
The one I fantasize about had just walked away-
I look down and count the steps that you take-
I pull myself together and realize that there isn't so big of a chance of my wish coming true-
I close my eyes and sigh-
Just to get through this day is another strain on my heart-
I want to always see you around-
I want to hold your hand and never let go-
Everything I do reminds me of you-
Will you put the pieces of my shattered heart back together?
After all, I need you-
Anyway, I need to get through today, this was just a moment that I wish was eternal-
Time for me to walk away.

We'd climb to the highest mountain and look down without being afaraid-
You'd wrap your loving arms around me and we'd take flight with our wings, you'd be heaven and i'd be your angel-
I wish I could stay in this fantasy eternally, but its time for me to go-
Now my nightmare has begun,
I've woken up.

As I toss and turn around tonight-
My dreams I once looked forward to have become my nightmares-
I want to wake up but my eyes are glued shut-
The fantasy being painted like a picture in my head is restraining me from ever being happy-
Even if I try, I cry tears that start streaming like rushing rivers down my face-
No one can understand how im feeling-
No one knows the seccret in my heart-
No one knows about the one I dream about, the girl that even still, seems so familiar-
I wish on a falling star that people would try to understand-
But at least for now-
I've got to put on a smile and try my best to stay around,
Now I'll just listen to the ocean's tides carry its tune throughout the wind.
