Cloud could easily beat the snot out of anyone in the Kingom Hearts series. And that leaves Sephiroth which Cloud could obviously beat because he has several times before. So I voted Cloud.

SORA would win hands down, i mean c'mon we all know cloud would lose against Sora. Sora is the chosen one, even cloud knows that. That's how they designed Kingdom Hearts, and the game best portrays how its supposed to be..in or out of the game..I think that's how nomura sees it..Cloud knows the potential of Sora, remember before the 1000 heartless battle? When Leon worries about Sora, then Cloud starts talking like, "the Keyblades chosen one, he's one lucky kid.." I think all of 'em are envious in some ways, much like how Leon thought he'd be the chosen one..

speaking solely on what we've seen in the game, I vote Cloud. The next choice would have been Sephiroth. Sora pretty much owns everyone on that list in the game except Sephiroth. Sephiroth pretty much says Sora's good, but he's not good enough to beat him. Now Cloud's the good guy and uses light which always seem to overpower darkness. It's basically a chain: Everybody<Sora<Sephiroth<Cloud.

other than that, Sora owns, so I would have voted him. He probably wouldn't have won, but I would be cheering for him.
