You'll fight him alone this time. I suggest you bring some Ethers with you
just in case you run out of MP. Also, having powerful a keyblade such as the
Metal Chocobo should make this battle a bit easier. Now cast Aero on
yourself as soon as the battle begins, since his moves are quite damaging.
But the good thing is most of them can be avoided using Glide. Simply attack
him, or use any of your special abilities such as Strike Raid or Ars Arcanum
on him. You should win after a while.

Yes, what she said. One thing to remember, when you get a chance to attack him, ATTACK him, then back away and let him attack the air, then again, go back in and get a combo or whatever. Haven't played this in a long time but if yuo use this tactic, you should win. If you don't, level up;P

Do you mean that you defeated him in the entrance or in the grand hall? If you beat him in the grand hall, you should be automatically taken back to Traverse Town.

I also got stuck on this part, but it is really easy. First you go talk to Cid and he will tell you to go to the Secret Waterway. Once you find the gummi ship item in there you talk to Cid and he will upgrade your ship. Now you can go back to Hollow Bastion. I hope that helped!
