Basically, this is what you can do..instead of going through the trouble of creating a thread and all that..simply Private Message the Team Leaders that we have. lol. They're the main ones that are aware of if they need more members or not.

A good thing that you can base your "assumption" off of..regarding if a team is in the process of recruiting...is if there is a "team recruitment" thread that has been created previously. In essence..if such a thread hasn't been created a long time..then there must not be any need for more staff.

The GT currently is good where it is at..until..I do a little "spring cleaning"..buuut...I'll get to that later. lol

But you can view who is a "Team Leader" at the very bottom of the page of the "View Forum Leaders". That should give you something.

It's simple, you don't. You'll have to act mature, be on actively and follow the rules and kindly point it out to others.

AND EVEN then, it will be a long time before you can even become a Mod. No one should ask to be a mod anyway, because even if you have all the qualities you need, there is one thing you had to have, being a people's person.

That means you have to be nice and treat everyone equally.

Not many people have that, no matter how hard they think they have.
