A indirect sequel of my Tales of a Dark Age...
"The year is 3168 AD.... and all humanity knows now is war.... that is the sad and grim truth of the world. All that remains of the world is a barren wasteland... the remains of the One Year War that was fought several years ago...
That bloody conflict... the war between the humans and demons... this bloody tale was something that was left behind... the lines had been drawn and an unesy peace had been drawn....
Thus the beings that most would call a demon... the monsters that exist outside the balance made by Man and science still are at large.... made their own world, outside the lands of man, and kingdom of man, the beings that exist in their own balance destroying the world, rested on their cities....
These beings that hated the mere existance of the other desided to ignore the other, their hatred of the other held back by a mutual agreement.. a rule that was reached by mutual agreement...
All in all this was an uneasy peace.....
Still to this rule there was an exception...the City of Contantine.... the last true bastion of the Holy Church... this was agreed upon to be a neutral point.. a place in which both humans and demons could hold down their strife and live....
Thus the world advanced.... humans destroying the world, ruled by their Supreme Emperor of Light and the Mage Assosiation, while the demons are reigned in by the Council of the Black Fang and Rei Yagami, the supreme vampire queen...
Constantine was a bastion of hope, the hope that this peace would last... yet it was a false hope... something build on the graves of the war...

The assassin stood before the Emperor... the most powerful human in this world... the ruler of all mandkind... "You have your orders?"
"Yes... to assasinate and kill the Vampire Queen... Rei Yagami... this is my mission...." The Assassin noded as he dissapeared... the world would change....
The wheels of destiny were being spun... and all would change.... for better or for worse... still it can be said that all started with one assassin....
