Well, it would still fit inside the KH story which is really why most people play the game, so yeah, of course.

Sure I would, and so would everyone on this site, regardless of the choice they picked. I couldn't care less if none of the main characters like Sora, Kairi or Riku weren't to be in KH3. I don't have a big fangirl obssession with any of them like alot of people on here. I don't buy games for the people involved, but because of the good storyline and plot.

I love the main characters in Kingdom Hearts but I'm sure if it were new characters (which I don't think it would be) they would be just as appealing as the characters we know and love. It's worked for final fantasy, why wouldn't it work for KH.

all u guys, i wouldn't buy KH3 if the main characters were differetn, if its a side game, yes, but if not then no, and Kairi u dont have to have a big fangirl/guy apreciation of KH to not want to buy it, if its about the story then its not Kingdomhearts, without Sora, Kairi, and Riku its not KH, its a different story if it doesnt have them, and tidus, no i wouldn't buy the game with winnie the pooh as the main charcter, lol, and everyone, what would the game be about wihtout Sora, Kairi and Riku, why did u play the first games if u didnt like them

and Nomura didnt say that Sora, Riku, or Kairi wouldnt be in the game, he just said the three armored ppl arent them. I think Nomura is smarter than that now come on and be 4real, Kingdom Hearts without Sora as the main character and/or Kairi and Riku not present in tha game?

I would buy the game, even if there were different main characters. Because knowing Nomura and his genius mind, these new characters probably are connected to Sora, Riku or Kairi. ;)

As he mentioned that these three armored soilders (chasers) are connected to some character that we already know.

It wouldn't make any sense to make a sequel of a game and have none of the original characters, even Final Fantasy has kept some charatcers throughout the years

dont get me wrong i absulutly love sora riku and kairi and i think the game wouldnt be as good without them. see in finalfantsay they have always changed the story and the carectars the whole thing but with kingdom hearts they have had 3 games with the same carectars and a continuing story line and to just change that it will piss alot of people off but even if you say you wont buy it if there not in it you are lyeing to yourself because you will want to know if it has anything to do with the future or past or if it starts a totaly new line of kingdom hearts game and anyone that said they wont buy it just think if the game came out in stores right now knowing what you know now and you went to buy it would you look to see if there on the cover and if not just put it back or would you take it home and play it to find out if there is anything to do with sora riku and kairi come on now you know you would buy the game right away if you had the munny lol :D if you are a fan on the kingdom hearts series at all you would buy it blindfolded i mean come on now you have to trust the people who make the game to make it to our likeing have thy failled us with kingdom hearts yet :D

Well I would rather Sora Kairi and Riku be the main characters in the game. But then again I would like to play the next KHIII (if that's the title) game to see what happens next. Overall, if they don't put Sora Kairi and Riku in, KH fans will be confused at what happens to them.
