How do people feel about it? We have only small amounts of "gaming" shows on tv. Besides G4 which not everyone can see, unless they have Cable thats not basic and under. And other than G4 there like one gaming show that comes on Spike at 1am every friday. (From my knowlegde).
If we didn't have internet or several magzines we would be in the dark with gaming.
This is more of a discussion than debate.

You've brought up an excellent point however if you want to see more shows you should post it on "XPLAY", "G4TECH TV official website" Just a thought though.
But I completely agree with you that there should be a lot more shows and more variety.

The problem is that Gaming Shows doesn't get many viewers, because most of the gamers get their news on the internet ; )
It's difficult to solve. I for one would love to see more gaming shows, we had one here, but they and up being canceled quick due to lack of viewers.

We need more of them indeed, video games should be respected at the same level as the respectness of those fashion shows. Or at least anywhere near.

Yeah fashion shows, karoke/dance shows=American Idol, etc. But I still think there should be way more gaming shows aired as well as Anime.

True, although the internet is great for it.. such as ign and gametrailers.. and youtube of course.. gamespot, etc.
The sad part is that the support for gaming is far smaller than people realize.. ( on the grand scale ) because you might go to some event like E3.. and zomg thousands of people, but in all seriousness the amount of support for gaming pales in comparison to the amount of viewers for American Idol, or The Sopranos, or 24, etc etc.. Standard entertainment will always take the crown, which it may not always deserve.. however the masses support it more.
Nice to see more anime, I would agree.. heck, at least the Sci-fi channel does ani-monday now.. so that kind of helps, although barely..
Sadly.. it does not appeal to all audiences.. whilst standard entertainment does..
:(

Yes I am also glad sci-fi channel is showing more anime but I wish that tech tv would play more anime unleashed instead of Star Trek. I bet they could put that on another channel for all the repeats there are...*sighs*..
Yes unfortunately there are people in society who don't care for anime or games and watching the other shows that don't interest most of us. >.>
