HOW DO I MAKE IT!?

you have to find the recipe for it in the basement of twilight town and if im right you can get the recipe the second time you visit it with sora. its in the hallway type of place where they had goofey and donalds pod, the place right before sora pod place. you need to get all the ingredients and synthinsize it, but it says you need 13 orichlam +'s but there are only 7 so you need to use a serenity thing or what ever halves the amount needed so yeah good luck geting it its easier than getting it in kh1

I have like 3 of those. Isnt there a level that you moogle hits that ends up getting you half materials on all S ranked items?

It's an energy crystal you will require to halve the ingredients. You will also need your moogle to be lvl 9 to be able to use this.

Awsome, I have the crystal just need like 200 Experience to my moogle level and I'm set at 100% gameplay.

ok hope this helps 1. Clear Atlantica.

2. Clear 100 Acre Wood.

3. Find the chest in The World That Never Was at the Brink Of Despair just before you go into the castle. There will be a big chest next to the save point. This is not the Orichalcum+. Turn around at this location and follow the short path across from the save point with the Orichalcum+ chest.

4. Clear Goddess Of Fate Cup in the Underworld Coliseum.

5. Chest in Twilight Town, in Sunset Terrace where you went earlier in the game for the Seven Wonders. Jump on top of the train and you will see a chest on the roof of the big building (the one closest to to the sunset station).

6. Chest in Space Paranoids during the second visit there, just before you fight Commander Sark and the MCP.

7. Collect all Material in the game and give it to the Synthesis Moogle. He will give you an Orichalcum+. You need every single Material (shards, stones, gems, and crystals, including a regular Orichalcum).

The energy crystal is dropped by the Bookmaster in Hollow Bastion or the Shaman in Pride Lands. Be patient they don't just drop these.

The Level 9 Moogle allows you to halve S rank recipes.

I think you only need one of these or the other. I can't remember, sorry.

Unsurprisingly, this has all been posted before:

not a serenity shard, a birght gem or crystal, i think, its hard 2 remember, but its definitely not a serenity one, cuz those upgrade, not haff the cost =P

You're thinking of Energy Crystals, which halve the cost.

I don't think you can, but if you could halve the cost twice -

13 would be halved to 7 and 7 would be halved to 4

- so you would need 8 Orichalcum+ to make 2 Ultima Weapons, but only 7 exist.

I'd assume you know how to do it...
Go to a moogle shop and make it...if you have EVERYTHING, which includes the recipie, seven orichalcum+, a...level nine moogle level? (am i right?), and many more things.

when the world cup was on, my friend wouldnt stop watching and he was much better at poster duty than i was. I had to wait 45 minutes he could try. I got really tired of waiting and got lucky and beat it myself with less than a second left.

You can create it by finding several key items: You need to find the "Ultimate Recipe" in the basement of the old mansion at Twilight Town. Also, you need to find the seven Orichalcum +'s found all around the worlds. It may say it needs 13, but you only need seven. After finding the required synthesis items, all you need to do is add an Energy Crystal to the mix and BAM, you just made one of the strongest Keyblades in the game.
