Ok.Ive gathered important evidence.If u beat the whole game of kh1 you might remember when sora and friends were eaten by monstro that there was a scene of sora and riku when they were little.At the end of it they say that kairis the mayors daughter.Then when sora waits for cid to install a gummi on the ship,he dreams about kairi and he sees her in hollow bastions library talking to her grandma.Which meqns she lives there,well used to.Read one of ansems reports and it says hes the mayor of hollow bastion.Which could lead to kairi being ansems daughter.Is this true? Oh and by the way,some ppl may know this,so dont say that everyone knows that.Cause i dont.

Kairi is not the mayors daughter, it never said so, it said that the girl was "at the mayors house" and she arrived at the night of the meteor shower. Kairi if foreign to destiny islands and its most liekly the mayor took her in to take care of her.

Ansem is the ruler of Hollow bastion or radiant garden, however the reports are written by Xehanort, Ansem's apprentice. Its also said that Xehanort was the one that sent Kairi to destiny islands for secretive reasons we do not know, but thats the anwser, so please for future questions do not spam just to get an anwser.
