Why did riku hate sora when he was evil?

but to answer your question; yes he was jealous, and the darkness kept feeding him with anger, jealousy, and power..with darkness he was free, but it kept him restricted to everything/everyone else..

He was evil. He may have not liked Sora because Sora wasn't evil. Evil and good people dont generally like people.

Mainly Maleficent was being sneaky by telling Riku what Sora has found new friends and stuff then Riku was concentrating on helping Kairi and didn't think Sora wanted to help and all this jealousy.
