Hi... need some assistance please!

Hey... I just started playing KH I, although I've been tracking the series for a long time...

And I need a lil' help guys, I just sealed the Deep Jungle and went to Traverse Town (got Simba and stuff)... and for some reason I can't sell my loot on the Item shop (or any shop at all!), I can actually sell potions and stuff like gear, but not other stuff like arts items (which i have a lot... really need to get ride of it).

So anyone knows what's the deal? Is that from any event from the game? Do I need to keep playing to make it work again or what?

I'll really aprecciate if someone can help me in here! this is driving me nuts...!

All that junk ur not supposed to sell. Most of the junk are used for sysnthesis stuff. Theres a shop above the shop, (use green trinity to bring down the ladder) but u only get that after doing aladin's world. Anyways, that junk is used to make new items, such as potions equipment, the last being the ultima weapon, the best keyblade.

AS for the arts spells. Those go with merlin, meaning that after u get the art spell for each spell in the game i.e. fire arts, blizzard arts, thunder arts, cure arts, stop arts, gravity arts, and aero arts, u talk to merlin and u get the dream shield for goofy.
