The contestants could not escape the exploding planet, but instead of dying..they appear in a wasteland called "nothing." There is a trickster named "Gurtock" who has created a parallel universe to the destroyed one. Gurtock is a rogue Shadow Lord, who partners with a Gaming God, creating the ultimate team.

Between the two of them they have managed to salvage what they can of the universe and this nothing world is basically it. Contestants will have to battle through all the different aspects of nothing. You can CHOOSE one of three nothing scenes.

Mirror World.

Everything you do and every power you ever had is flip-flopped, and every move is uncontrollable. You find that past occurrences however, have reversed themselves. Powers are doubled, but you may go in a villain and come out a hero.

Death World.

Every where you look, you see the worlds that have been destroyed, and you see the pure chaos that has been created. Your powers are weakened here, but the secrets of the Shadow Lords lie beneath the surface of this world, a plan that may help you save the universe.

Thought World.

The inner thoughts of the contestants are shown here, every move and every action they have ever done is presented here, you can choose to learn the weaknesses of the competition, but you may have to fight them first.

As Sylar sat in the space ship a feeling of unease washed over his body and caused him to shiver, despite the abnormally warm environment he was in. Without warning, the lights on the ship's instrument pad began to blink uncontrollably. Sylar was ignorantly blissful of this fact due to the individual standing in front of his immediate line of vision.

Gas began to escape and disperse from the walls of the ship. A green-yellow mist filled the compartment and breathing evolved from a subconscious function to a painful chore.

Sylar's head lifted off of the hard surface that he was lying upon, but the effect was a psychedelic explosion of colors and waves as the visions of the area that he was inhabiting entered his eye sockets to be received and interpreted by his brain. Sylar moved his arms and hands in strange fashions that placed the palms of his hands upon the ground that Sylar was lying upon; signals left his brain and traveled along his central nervous system to tell the muscles in his arms to exert themselves in a manner that would alleviate some of Sylar's body weight and transform his body into a sitting position.

As Sylar's body was in the process of transforming its position, he noticed that the area that was hidden underneath his body was a lighter shade than the naked ground that Sylar had not touched; Sylar's deduction was that he emitted radiation from his entire being and scorched the ground around his unconscious self.

"You," a voice rang out, causing Sylar's head to swivel upon his neck at an excruciatingly slow speed until his eyes found the source among the chaotic imagery that occupied the area.

It was Issac Mendez!

The thought raced through Sylar's mind until its metaphorical muscles burst and the thought died a metaphorically painful death.

It could not possibly be Mendez- mostly due to the fact that Issac was murdered by Sylar's own hand. Literally.

"You, yourself," Sylar responded. "Did you become the hero you wanted?"

drip drip drip.
The sound of water falling on the wet floor was the first sound he heard. Darklord opened his eyes slowly and looked around. Where... where am I? He thought as his eyes slowly started to focus. He looked up and saw pieces of long forgotten worlds soar across the sky as purple thunder ripped his way trough them. What is this place?!

He slowly got up from the wet floor and looked around. "Hello, is anybody here?!” He yelled. But all he saw was a stretched out, rocky world of emptiness and the cave behind him. He felt the chill of the wind go trough his clothing and shuddered. "Brrr I'd better make a fire." He said to himself.

He stretched out his hand and he produced a small flame into his hand. Hmm, that is odd. My powers seem to have a lowered potential. He thought as he used the little flame to slowly dry his clothes.

When he was totally dry he turned around and faced the cave. "I wonder how I got here." He said more to the cave than to himself. "The last thing I remember was that ship and how tired I was." He sighed. "Ahh well, I don't think it has any use to stay here." He bowed towards his past, turned around and walked off towards dangers unknown.

Waking up next to a tree, Harpuia systems began to reboot." What a landing, I wondr where i am." As he got up from the tree, he noticed something about his armor. It was no longer green but blue. With his mind racing he took out his daggers and tried to blast the near by body of water, but instead of lighting it was ice. His greatest weakness had become his strength but what else had changed. As he began to walk he noticed he was going backwards instead of foward. He tried several motions and noticed everything he did was reversed."This is very odd i guess i have to put all my bodies functions in reverse just to walk." He closed his eyes and his body began to slowly reprogram itself so up was down and down was up. He reversed everything and when he was finished he could move freely, but what about his flying."If everything is reversed then instead of flying i must be able to run at high speed." Positioning himself, Harpuia got ready to run as fast as he thought he could. On three he dashed at sonic speed across the water and into a tree. He was not used to running so fast but he would have to manage it for now."This place is very strange but what happened to my comrads."

”What happened,” Subzero thought to himself. “The last thing I recall the planet was erupting into a gulf of molten lava,” The area was dark and cold almost the presence of pure evil. Subzero rose up off the ice cold dirt and began moving slowly toward a cliff. “This accursed land reminds me of outworld but there is no emperor controlling these lands.

Subzero clapped his hands together to form a safe passage to the bottom of the cliff. “What my powers they’re draining away.” Subzero fell to his knees sending dust into the air. “How could this be, not even in outworld was I this weak.” Subzero Grew worried “ I hope this accursed world disrupts my enemies powers as well or this could be very bad.”

Subzero dug a whole into the ground for warmth, for the lands bitter chill had numbed his very core. “Radian can you hear me what is this God awful place.” Subzero was frozen in utter darkness he needed time to rest.

“Get up you lazy piece of crap.” Radians voice blasted threw the dark clouds above. “You call yourself the hero of earth realm, and the Grande Master of the Lin Kui.” Radain’s voice rose in bass “You are supposed to laugh at the chill snow ninja.”

“Shut up, just shut up” Subzero anger rose above that of a god. “I’m trying which is more than I can say from you.” The skies grew darker and seem to be in rage. “This land is just like outworld these lands were destroyed and cursed.”

“You’re wrong Subzero.” Radian appeared behind subzero. “This land has no hope of returning to it’s former glory.” Radian placed his hand on Subzero’s shoulder “If we do not stop this war now more lands will be destroyed.”

Subzero’s body was fueled with rage, “No one has the write to destroy the beauty of peace.” Subzero ran toward the cliff and jumped. His body did several spins and flips. When he landed his feet dug into the ground leaving cracks, he raised his head and looked toward the heavens. “You have my word Radian no more lands will be sent to this hell.

“Good you are finally learning now go,” Radian's voicehad vanished.

Riku stumbled along the treacherous highway, his head consumed by panic and only came to an unpleasant stop when he tripped over a small, leafless bush of gray spines. There he continue to lay and stared at his stomach to calm his nerves, for after a near endless wild run across this accursed land, he realized that he wasn’t in any immediate peril, none that he could see at least. Today was black with the downside of luck it would seem.

This is Death World. This is the place where everything, anything that has outlived its given period be it living or not came. This is the world that contained worlds that has been wrecked or trampled by the foul Metalloids, evil dragons, dark beasts and appalling ghosts. Since every world is massive on their own, and each of them so chaotically intertwined here, dimensional breakdowns, mergings, separations and clashes often steal frequent appearances in the Death World. Just the confusion by looking from the outside was enough to kill an ordinary being, and being part of it was not one bit pleasant. Riku threw up all the way when he crisscrossed between worlds like free particles, utterly and completely out of control to set his course. By pure luck did he land on a particular dimension which is firm, a place that calls the core of Death World.

Luck indeed. Or could it be someone was helping him? Riku was sure that when – if – he was ever to meet this person, monster, whatever, he would not know whether to curse or thank him, her, it… “Bah!”

How did he come here he knows not, but he did remember a flash, and then… And then I was here, Riku thought with all his might so to slash apart the cobwebs of emotions that saturated his feeble mind. Suddenly remembering that he could call upon pure magic to aid him, he extended a palm and called the faithful Keyblade to his side. With a single stroke to the air, he cried out the words that will invoke the manifestation, “Cleanse, Rebirth, Truth!” A shower of light exploded from the top on his head before pouring down on his trembling body, soothing his aching legs after that mad run before awakening, and all parts of his body, heart, soul.

Somehow, the effects were not as obvious as it was before. “Hmm? I’m still… dizzy. Normally… my head would’ve stopped spinning like crazy, Ugh!” Riku grimaced at the discomfort, but nevertheless it was but a petty matter. What was important however – and equally terrifying - was his surroundings.

The soil he sat upon was solid, and yet it was not, for it was water. A couple of times already he suddenly felt like he was sinking into a quicksand like kids on slide, but when he leaped up in alarm everything were fine. He even stamped on the floor hard just to be sure. And then about the color of this world… There was no color. Everything was so dull, so gray, so lifeless. There were trees alright, and some even the astounding size of the Statue of Liberty, but they were too dull and hollow in heart. It drained Riku of all his energy and spirit just for looking at them. It was only then he regretted for not changing into a brighter outfit, for the full black suit was of small comfort, perhaps making him feel even worse and somewhat dirty. The shattering sky of gray, often accompanied by flashes of blinding white – he wasn’t sure whether it was lightning – however, was the most disturbing of all. His eyes shifted from one mangled piece of the sky to another, and he understood that this strange phenomenon was caused by the disarray of dimensions.

He wasn’t sure he wanted to go through all that again even if it meant the only way to get back out to his world. A sudden choke of tears sprang to his throat when he remembered that everything he treasured was gone. He hugged himself tightly and cried on his lap, knowing that even if he did get out there, nothing is the only thing left for him.

I am alone.

"Wake up, you useless fool...."

Tifa's eyes opened. Her body was drained and tired, the toll taken from expelling all her energy fighting her friends. Memories flooded back into her mind, those that had been forged through the eyes of another being, something that had inhabited her body and soul before. But where was it now?

Sitting up, she observed this new place. It was beautiful, whimsical. Shades of cyan and lilac seemed to be painted in a glossy sheen on each surface. Crystals twinkled and winked with beckon, radiating light. A faint whistling sound hung in the air, a gentle yet foreboding breeze. And a piercing coldness which made Tifa feel that this place must have remained empty for a very long time.

Her friends were nowhere to be seen. It still shocked and amazed her that somehow Harpuia had managed to knock her out. Then the pain and guilt of all the fight, the hatred, the bloodlust she'd felt when she'd been possessed by that being- it all consumed her soul and her emotions flowed free. Tears of despair fell to the ground next to her. How could I have been so weak? Why did I allow myself to be beaten, do I have such a low opinion of myself. Where did my heart go......

"Don't try to act like you didn't want this to happen. You invited me in, you took me on and you fought with my power. Can you really say that you regret it?"

A strange black light emerged from the icy floor, seperating out into shadowy feelers which entertwined and danced in the air. They merged to form a figure, the shape of which wasn't immediately obvious. Until Tifa looked closer- and realised with horror that it was herself, just how she had been when she was inhabited by the demon. That purple light shone in this clone's eyes, and the voice that came from it was shrill and dripped with madness.

"You really are a useless fool. You serve no further purpose to me. I shall kill you with your own body!!!!"

Tifa only had time to raise her arm in defence as the evil clone flung itself leg-first straight at her....

Is this it?

The spaceship was about to make it, sending shivers and hype crawling into Goku's body as it was about to land uncontrollably, not that he was hyped to crash into the planet, but to discover the depths of it. And as it was about to, Goku couldn't just sit there, he had his feet standing behind the door, anticipating for the next planet.

This better be good.

And just as it was about to crash, he saw a vortex coming in a split of a second, sending him into a new, different world. "Faster transportation much? Ehh, that just means that I'll have to dump that broken spaceship. Nevertheless, I won't get to know that guy accompanying with me since that trip." He thought, as he was on the tip of beginning the walking. Troublesome as it is to walk around every planet, he had to get that accomplished.

"How disappointing it is for me to walk around and not get gang-banged by any of the monsters." He whispered to himself, with a tad bit of sarcasm floating around as he said that. He was about to rest on the ground, for since walking hasn't been an interest to him, it never was.

Something behind him suddenly touched his shoulders, trying to break his bones as he felt it. Goku quickly stood up and looked behind, surprised as to see a blurry vision of a dragon, and it looked really familiar. "Woah, what was that?" He said, as it began disappearing.

Something's going on in this planet.

Ike lifted his head. He was sprawled on cold black ground. He felt nauseous and didn't want to move much. Where am I? This is where the Shadow Gods send everything they destroy. Everything they destroy...including me? Technically, yes. But there is a way out. You need to find it. You are not a Shadow God? No. Not anymore. Now rise, brave warrior, for you and your comrades can save the universe.

Instantly he felt his nauseousness disappear. He stood up, his aching muscles complaining. Any movement would hurt his stiff muscles. He couldn't remember correctly what had happened. He remembered a flash, the nothing. He moved a bit, just to test his muscles. One step and he collapsed. He groaned and stood up again, slowly. He looked around and was surprised to see the ship he had been at the beginning of all this madness.

He moved towards the door and looked inside. It was the doomed city, where he had met Jean. Inside he could see Metalloids, but they didn't move. He cautiously moved to one, sword raised and touched it. It still didn't move. It felt hollow inside. No soul. "This is odd." He kept moving and every time he crossed into a different part of each world, he threw up. He passed into the space station, the desert, even other worlds he hadn't gone to. He passed one that seemed very familiar, until he noticed it was Tellius, his home world.

No...no...It cant be. Why? Ike fell to his knees, tears dropping next to him. He saw his friends, every single one hollow. Their souls stolen, crushed, destroyed, killed. He moved slowly, seeing the lifelessness in his friends eyes. You can still save them. H-how? Defeat the Shadow Gods. It's not that simple. They are too powerful. Bastila almost killed me and she isn't a Shadow God. They are much more powerful. You will never know until you try. I will help you. Just call me if you need help. And what do I call you, voice? Heh, no. Call me Gurtock. Now stand up and if you wish to save your friends you will need to defeat Bastila. Once you do you will find a way to the Shadow Gods. Alright.

Ike stood up, wiping away his tears,Determination shining in his eyes. He began to dash through the dead worlds, hoping to find someone, or something.

As Sylar continued to gaze upon the rendition of Issac Mendez, he searched his mind trying to discover some clue or hint that would explain the appearance of his victim. Two probable explanations formulated; the first being that Sylar had gone insane from his irrational harvest of powers, the second being the result of some sort of otherworldly entity who held a power vast enough to create this madness.

"What are you doing here?" Sylar asked after finally noticing that neither of them had spoken for some amount of time, not consciously known to Sylar due to his mental distractions.

"That's a good question," Mendez replied. "It's not possible for me to be here because you killed me."

Sylar grinned. "How true."

"So why am I here?" Mendez continued as he took a step towards Sylar.

"Enlighten me," Sylar said mockingly.

"That's not my job"

"Oh really?"

"Correct. In fact, I'm just part of your mind."
Mendez was standing in front of Sylar now. Without warning, he jumped up above Sylar, then propelled his body in a circular motion as if he were diving- which is, ironically, what he did. Mendez's hands penetrated Sylar's head and his whole body was absorbed as he fell. The process was completely painless, but the mental blow hit Sylar like an elephant who suddenly realized;
"Oh deary me! I seem to have lost my legs, for they are not found upon my body."

Sylar was stunned to the extent that he did not move for several minutes after Mendez's disappearance. When he did move, it was to scratch the top of his head.

Sailor Moon walked throughout the strange world she'd awoken in three hours ago, and her brow knit in utter confusion. Why am I able to see things of the past...and why... The purely confused thoughts ran its own marathon around her head as she looked down at her once tattered and almost destroyed completely clothes. Everything was in tact, and her back and side were both healed, not even a scratch to signify that they did, in fact, once exist.

A smile happened to cross her darkened face in happiness at this fact, no more pains or things to slow down her pace. Yet...Why did it happen? Was it because of the world, place, or even plop of half-way existence she was in? The factors met the standards, so possibly so. She did wonder where she was, though. For some odd reason, she tended to muse almost every three minutes, why was that as well? Maybe...This place had to do with somthing that triggered these thoughts. Everything she once thought or did backed up in reversed and played in her head as if someone recorded her memories on tape and were rewinding them in her mind. A...Mirror world? Maybe? That would make sense, since mirrors tend to do this sort of thing. And that would explain everything being upside down - She felt like a bat.

That might also explain her power problems...Every time she attempted to use them, they'd just backfire. Could there be some way to fix this dilemma? Maybe, and maybe not, though. Maybe there was no way, yet, could there be?

Maybe, maybe, maybe. She rolled her eyes at herself as Sailor Moon's pace slowed. Are those the only words that she could pile up in her head for the answers to? Maybe was not an answer, she needed to discover a not false one. And if she would make it out of this eerie universe with her mind still in tact, she'd have to figure out this strange world.

And fast.

A dreadful sense of isolation was written along Yugi’s face, frightened and forlorn. The unfortunate one strolled into the intangible with hushed, whispered steps. It was complete and absolute peace passing through every space in the dark, lowly abode of his. He was at a loose end as he scrabbled into the shadows, trying to find anybody to fill in his blanks. At that, Yugi did find somebody…

"Don't be afraid, Yugi..." he told herself.

Flares of light were submersed in an endless basin of nothingness, a space that enveloped him, and lying high and wide. He could sense a magic hustling at him in feverish spills. Yugi twirled in a gracious pirouette, skin highlighted with the light of untouched ivory. Voices spilt into Yugi’s ears. They snaked their way erratically as he approached a familiar being.

Is that…the Pharaoh…?

Peter's eyes opened to a world of nothingness ,but was it truly nothingness? Or was nothingness an illusion all in its own. Peter looked at his surroundings. The wind slowly pushed against his mask less face. The cold air seemed to be good for him seeing as he just came from a world full of lava and fire. Peter looked at the blue horizon. The sun was slowly setting as the water that Peter was standing in got darker. Peter looked at the rocks around him and this world was truly nothing. It seemed as if the planet itself could be nothing. Peter turned around and saw the same thing. He could see something...something like a door on the horizon. No it was three doors all of them with nothing behind them. They just stood there lonesome and still. Peter walked in the direction of the three doors. The door were some distance away eventually he had gotten thirsty. So Peter knelt down and picked up some of the water in his hand and drank it. Peter was in no hurry to get to the doors. His lonely promenade made the walk longer to him. Peter came to a decision to run towards the doors. He glowered at the three doors that were currently opposite of him. Peter looked at the third door, the one furthest to his right. Peter extend his right hand and grasped the knob on the brown door. He rotated his hand to the right. He put his left hand on the door and pressed against the door. Peter slowly opened the door to see another blue room.

Peter stride into the room and beheld what was around him. A roomed fulled with what looked like air waves of blue and whit flowed towards the center of the room. Suddenly the door behind Peter closed within a matter of second of Peter's arrival. Peter turned with great force and his eyes widened as he adage the door close. He ran toward the door to keep it open but It had closed before he could get to it. Peter turned back around and walked towards the center of the room. He followed the air waves and it led him to an old friend, Yugi. Peter smiled and gave a diminutive smirk. Never thought that I would meet Yugi here too. Two rounds in a row, humorous no? Peter walked up to Yugi. He smiled at him. "Funny meting you here, eh." Peter laughed.

Sweat poured of Subzero’s face, like a steady rain that slowly slides down the side of a building. “Whatever this place is it’s worst than out world if keep rushing thing I may kill myself.” Subzero sat down on the ground with his legs crossed, “I must regain my strength for now.”

“I don’t think so brother,” the strange voice said. Whoever the person was it gave subzero a chill. “What’s the matter brother you seem shocked to hear my voice.” The man was growing closer to subzero. “I’m back brother and you will not survive.”

“How did you get here brother?” Subzero removed his Kori blade from its satchel and griped the handle tightly. His boots were edged into the ground and his eyes were locked, “answer me now.” Subzero ran to the man, “I said answer me!”

Noob swung his sword blocking Subzero attack. With one quick swoop of his leg, he kicked Subzero in the back of the neck. “You never change brother, but if you want to know why I am here you must beat me.”

“Fine then Die!” Subzero ran at the man, he threw up punch sending Noob into the air. He quickly ran behind his fallen brother and sent a devastating kick to the back of his head.

Noob dodged this with ease. “Is that all you got I’m shocked Radian picked you.” Noob began laughing a deep and disturbing laugh. This put Subzero into a blood drunken rage.

“You will tell me,” Subzero blasted, “if you don’t I will kill you.” Subzero threw a quick jab at his brother’s face, but Noob caught it with his hand.

”I said hit me brother!” Noob sent a devastating chop to his throat, the impact caused Subzero great pain. Blood ran from Subzero’s mouth, “You are pathetic Noob.” Subzero smirked, “If that is your best than I would hate to see your worst.”

This shook Noob to his very core, “You are a fool Subzero.” Noob grasped his Grande sword. “Today is the day one of us dies and it wont be me.” He sped toward subzero with a great sling that could be heard form miles, rang out from the sounds of the brothers; blades crashed.

“I am the greatest of the Lin Kui brother not you.” He yelled as he knocked Subzero’s blade to the ground. “They should have picked me not you.” He threw his fist out but Subzero slid past it. Subzero placed his sword on his brother’s throat.”

“You are not pure enough to be the Grande Master,” Subzero sent a devastating kick to his Noob’s ribs, all you heard was a crack and Noob’s screeches of pain. “This is the end for you my brother.”

“Big talk but can you actually pull it off,” Noob said in restraint. Subzero jumped into the air like a soaring eagle, “ancient technique frozen tornado!!” Subzero formed ice around his body, the ice glistened a midnight color. This technique was beautiful to behold, it could kill them both if there was a mistake.

Noob’s ribs were shattered; his body was lifeless on the ground. Subzero came crashing down, sending dust and ruble strait into the air. After the frozen explosion subzero picked his brother up by the scruff of his neck. “How did you get here.”

Noob replied with an answer that shook Subzero’s being, “our earth realm and Outworld have collided, Radian and the other Elder Gods tried to stop it but it was to late.” He looked into Subzero’s eyes “Im sorry my brother but I helped Kahn do this and now both Realms are gone.”

“NOOO don’t die brother.” Subzero cried, but is will be the last time he will he will ever hear his voice.

Death. Chaos. THE END.

Ichigo looked around at the creepy and eerie world that he had been once again thrust into, all he could see was death. Chaos was it's brother though, as ferocious thunder struck every where, fear was beginning to seep in as Ichigo tried to make sense of where he was.
"This place.....only death and misery exist here" Ichigo said as he tried to force the fear that was gathering inside his mind.
This place is very cold, yet there seems to be something wrong with it, other than the obvious of no other forms of life, Ichigo thought to himself.
I can't leave this place without finding out why I am here and what is my purpose in this place. It seemed that Ichigo had found his strength quickly and had conquered the ever lasting fear inside his mind. He did feel weak though.

The ground was dead, no flowers or signs of life as he had made a mental note to himself before about but it wasn't the fact that the planet was dying, it just looked as if it was created that way. They might as well call this place Death, Ichigo thought as he walked further and further, nothing looked different though except for some dead tree's here and there and a few skeletons lying on the floor. As if it was waiting for him a cloaked figure jumped out form behind a dead tree startling Ichigo. "OIH!!!!" Ichigo yelled as he reacted from the sudden appearance of the cloaked figure, Ichigo jumped back and quickly took out his Zanpakutou, his ever trusted partner Zangetsu.
"Who are you?" Ichigo demanded of the stranger who could also be another enemy. "You better answer quick, 'cause I'm in no mood to play games" Ichigo had to either attack or meet his end and become apart of this planet's upholstery.
"I am neither friend nor am i foe... I am hear to guide you to the place which the gods fear most." Ichigo was stunned to hear it speak, wait it didn't speak, it didn't even move it's mouth, so how could i have heard tha............
"I spoke inside your head young master of Death", it had spoken again. This was getting too weird for Ichigo to handle.

"So your some kinda psychic, right?" Ichigo asked he was checking his mouth to see if it was moving just in case some weird magic had caused him to only speak in his mind.
"No young master of Death, that is how i communicate to you, through your mind which is your most fragile body part...." It began, "you have entered the Death World, the world that is surrounded by Death and Chaos, the world in which the Shadow Gods have made home in the past." Ichigo was stunned at hearing this, he was on the Shadow Gods home world.
"But why?" Ichigo asked the figure.
"Shinigami you must find that out yourself, I can only guide you for now."
Ichigo didn't like the sound of what he was hearing, yet if this was there world then something must be here that can stop them, at least that's what Ichigo was hoping.

Sylar slowly tested his muscles to see which ones still responded to his brain signals. After an excruciatingly long wait, he concluded that his body was fully functional. He rose to his feet and surveyed the area around him once again.

Nothing stood out, which bothered him the most. Had there been at least one landmark he would have felt more at ease than he did at that moment. Sylar took a singular step forward, and immediately regretted it when he heard the sharp intake of breath that someone behind him took. Sylar turned around and was perplexed once again to be facing one of his victims.

This isn't a very good day, Sylar thought.

The entity of Zane Taylor stood before Sylar breathing heavily, his face distraught. Zane wore the face of a man who had been tortured only to escape and face his captors without any restraints holding him back. A face whose purpose was to broadcast Zane's intent to the world; a murderous intent.

"You lied to me," Zane seethed.

"There was a point to your death," Sylar informed the unstable man.

"Really?: Zane asked. "And exactly what have you done with my power that has benefited you in any way?"

Sylar stood silently. A vein in Zane's neck began to throb a pulse uncontrollably.

Sylar struggled with his memories. His telekinetic power was his favorite ability, but he used the others he had acquired a fair amount as well.
"I used it not too many days ago to save my life by melting the roof my enemy was standing upon." Sylar suddenly remembered.

Zane started walking at a brisk, angry pace towards Sylar, who didn't move.
"So you ended my life so that you could extend your own when you could have used one of your other powers to save yourself at that time?" Zane demanded.
Sylar remained silent, but a malicious grin spread across Zane's face.
How does he know about my other powers? Sylar thought.
"I'm part of your f---ing mind," Zane revealed as he swung his arm backwards and thrust his fist towards Sylar's face.

Sylar hoped that since Issac had no effect when he dived into his head that Zane would be unable to cause harm to Sylar's body; nevertheless, he flinched slightly. Zane's fist plunged through Sylar's face and his body quickly distorted and entered Sylar's head through his open mouth and nostrils. The physical effect was a slight tingle in Sylar's nose- similar to what most humans refer to as an "itch". The mental effect was a staggering blow which caused Sylar to flail his arms backwards uncontrollably.

When Sylar regained his balance, he looked around for more of his victims, but this time- however- he was alone.
How long will that last? Sylar wondered.

Darklord stumbled forth while the landscape beneath his feet kept changing into worlds that nobody will ever see again. This place... it is filled with death and sorrow. He thought as a crack of thunder ripped open the dark skies. His feet became heavier which each step he took. I hate this wretched death world! He thought, but little did he know that the worlds weren't the only dead things around here.

As he walked on he began to hear them, the silent whispers of the dead. With ever land he passed they begin to whisper louder and louder until Darklord couldn't take it anymore. "Who are you and what do you want?!" He yelled at the voices. The voices stopped their whispering and the air was filled with a silence far deadlier than the whispering. Darklord stood there for a moment as if frozen in time and spoke to the world around him. "I am powerful, I am immortal, I can do anything, I am cursed, I am the Darkness." The silence in the air disappeared when thunder ripped it open and buried himself in the ground fifty feet away from Darklord's location. "And although I am prepared to face my destiny, you will not find me easy prey." Darklord turned around and began to run. No, it won't be that easy.

"Deahhhhh....."

The demon Tifa's foot connected with Tifa's raised elbow. It was an incredibly strong kick, enough to mover her backwards a few paces from sheer force. Still with tears in her eyes from past events, Tifa looked despairingly into the eyes of her clone. You're going to be the death of me, I'm sunk.....

Before she had time to process this thought, the clone lunged forward again and unleashed a barrage of quick and powerful attacks, many of which were Tifa's own. In her desparation all she could do was cover her face with her arm, as each blow connected and she was beaten to a pulp. Blood now flowed down her face, mingling with the tears and staining her clothes a hot crimson colour. The evil clone was relentless and did not stop until Tifa yelled in pain and horror. Stepping back from the pathetic and bloodied girl, she threw back her head and thundered a victorious cackle which echoed from each crystalline surface.

"Just as I said. Pathetic and useless. Could you not even defend yourself against your own clone? Your mind is filled with despair, you feel too sorry for yourself to even bother to block properly. Weak and pathetic!! I was wrong to choose you to inhabit, you're too clouded by your own sorrow to know your true power. And now your weakness has lost you everything!!"

Tifa tried to drag herself up, but she was winded and her arm hung at her side, dislocated and searingly painful. Blood now stained the teal floor, seeping into the crystal and creating darkness where luminescence had been. Her hair hung limp on her shoulders, matted with blood and tears. Yes....I am pathetic.....

"I can read your mind, you know. This is the world of thoughts!!" Her clone cackled again with glee. "Nothing is hidden from me, and your self pity confounds you. I know all your feelings, all your ideals. Have you ever been confident in yourself? How long do you intend to wallow in your own pain?"

Nothingness...

A man walked along a sandy beach, untouched by the vices and wickedness of men. He was there, but he felt nowhere. As the wind came, it swept his being, and his attentiveness. He lost all precaution, and discarded all wavering thoughts. It was an eternal bliss... Every step he made absorbed his worries, and unwanted emotions. All his precariousness, and corrupt thoughts, every sin and evil deed seeped into the sands of time. His gaze lay on the horizon and it's prevailing continuity, never had he felt so light. Yet, in that vast nothingness there was no air. He didn't breathe, and he didn't hold his breath, there was no need... Every underlying uncertainty he had once felt disappeared, gone with the non-existent air. There was no life to be had, no dream to be lived, no hope to hold onto. Deeper and deeper, he dived into this vast emptiness, losing every care, discarding every promise he had made. He released himself from all tension, from every contracting hold, and every single binding chain. With a gentle thud, he made contact with the ground, the back of his head meeting the loose sand. Even the darkness receded, and there was no more reality, no more fiction, just a vague abstractness which was not even there. His eyes closed, and he gently sunk into a dream much like the nothingness that lulled him to sleep.

Wake, stranger... Cast away that sullen world you have created for yourself. Abide not by perfection, but by imperfection. Wake... It is not yet your time to join me. The man awoke, drearily, he could not discern reality from this dream world. "Who are you?," he called. "And why have you awoken me?" I am, what I am. I am all that is nothing, the vast emptiness you witness before you. I am the zero of infinity, the greatest threat to humanity. I am non-existent, yet I am the very root of all dreams. And you, your time has not yet come. As the man heard such a tragic verse, archaic emotions began to arise. The first being confusion, "My time has not yet come?" There will come a time where you will lose all sense of reality, and you will fade into nothingness... That time...has not yet come. There was a moment of silence, distilling said conversation. "I don't understand why I can't stay..." There is still much left for you to do. You must explore, and defy. Search and Conquer. Seek and Learn. You must go out... and still the anger that lies within you. The man was in a dismal state, he didn't want to leave. This nothingness, this serenity was all he wanted. You must hurry...

The moment he stood, three portals materialized all which would lead him to a deeper truth. You Otoha, must carve out your own path. The glow that had left his eyes returned now, and he began to feel the life that he had once felt. Otoha could now feel the air, it had always been there, it had never left him. His hopes, and dreams, had not yet abandoned him. "I understand now what I must do." You must choose Otoha, between the mirror world where you will change your past and alter your future, there also exists the world of thought where you will encounter that which lies within you, and it is in the last of these portals, the real of the dead, that you will find the iniquities of the world. Choose wisely, young dreamer. Will you choose your pride, your inner prowess, or the world? The voice faded away, into the nothingness it was. Perhaps he had imagined the voice, perhaps he really knew that deep inside he had not yet given up. He took a step closer to all three portals. "My pride... Should I rise above my past as a hero?" The offer was tempting, but his heart was not set on heroics. "The world...Is it my duty to rise above the rest?" Another tempting thought, but he already knew what he wanted. "My inner prowess...There is something I must do for myself...before I can turn to the rest." His choice had been made. He walked into the portal the world behind him turning into a convulsion and mixture of colors, before it disappeared completely.

It is here where I shall fight the darkness...

Goku went step by step, making sure that he wouldn't do anything wrong, even though it was a really empty planet, he knew that he shouldn't just judge a book by it's cover. "No exits, no supplies, no living beings." He thought, beginning to lose all hope for what he's doing. During his walking routine, he saw a door that heads to an unknown room, he couldn't believe his eyes, a door appearing out of nowhere. He was kind of in doubt just by it's looks, but he didn't have any other options to choose from other than walking towards the door.

Ehh, what the heck. I've got nothing to lose.

He began walking towards it, trying to investigate the room's atmosphere. "Anyone home?" He said, but it was empty. "Strange, this room is filled with furniture and yet, it's haunted." Goku decided to take a break by sitting on one of the room's chairs. He approached to one of the chairs and began sitting, but as he was about to bump himself into the chair, he fell instead. "What the..what's going on?!" He whispered to himself, with a web of anger and confusion.

Why do all planets intend to confuse me these days?

The events weren't just right to Goku, for as it was beyond abnormal to spectate things that were just there...disappear. The room began doing so too, so he rushed to the next room due to the massive amount of madness floating around his head.

Where am I now?!

He was in a similar place, a place where he was there before. He couldn't just skip the thought of it, he knew that he visited this place before. "Is that...the place...where...no..IT CAN'T BE." He whispered to himself. He saw Vegeta from a distance calling him out, and trying to piss him off with his cheesy insults.

But...it is one of my past events.

He saw Freiza behind him trying to burst a kamehameha, he stopped thinking and rushed to dodge it. "Damn it!" He said, as it was about to scratch his skin, leaving a scar in his left arm. He noticed Vegeta getting hit by the kamehameha, and soon he exploded, leaving his position with nothing but smoke. "This it just...abnormal." He said to himself. He looked at Freiza, approaching him with his hand charging an another kamehameha.

GET AWAY FROM ME.

While he was on the ground, he used his hand to drag himself away from Freiza, for he couldn't just stand up immediately without getting caught by him.
Freiza finally stopped and turned away from his position, letting Goku stand up with some intense curiosity of his sudden doings. "I know....I know how you'll resist this." Freiza suddenly said. "Resist what?" Goku replied back. "THIS." Freiza shouted, turning around and bursting his second kamehameha at Goku. "Hmph, I was ready all along...because.." Goku said, bursting his charged kamehameha. They were on a clash for survival.

Thoughts can't fool me!

Peter—lavishly clothed as always, greeted young Yugi with a hearty laugh. Frayed voices strolled into his ears, so he had to be thrifty with words. “Hey there. Peter right?” The percussion of cerulean winds twined between their banter. Nothing had never been so scary. I can hear the Pharaoh…His voice…It’s so clear…Where is he…?

"I think i've gotten the hang of my new powers, reminds me of Leviathin."Harpuia had finally mastered the effects of the reverse world. Running when he wanted to walk and walking when he wanted to run. He knew how to control his movements but what other effects the world had on him was still a mystery." I guess i should look for the others, that is if they are still alive." Harpuia dashed through the forest searching for his comrads. He noticed the slightest touch would send an object flying and the hardest crash did nothing. He had to be careful, smashing into a tree would have little effect but brushing up against one would smash it to bits. His armor also seemed fragil here but that would only mean his body was stronger now."Hope i can find them soon and return to the normal world." Speeding through the trees, Harpuia began his search.

Naruto slowly looked around the area, where am I? He wondered as he looked around the strange place. The place he was in, was large and spacious, and the colour of the place was amamazing, the colour changed from red, to blue, to all the different colours of the rainbow, and it changed as fast as the speed of thought. For this place Naruto was in, was Thought World.

I wonder what happened to my teammates....espically Tifa. As soon as Naruto began to think about Tifa, the colour around him, suddenly took on a reddish hue, the colour of passion. Naruto jumped as the colour changed. What the heck is going on??? Again the colour changed, to a lightish blue, the colour of confusion. I am doing this??? Naruto wondered, quickly thinking nothing. And the colour changed to white. It seems that your thoughts.....control.....whatever this place is.... The perciptive fox living inside of Naruto pointed out.

The colour suddenly changed to black, the colour of darkness. You might be right....but just to be sure..... Naruto quickly thought about Tifa again, and a bright, light, red answered in return. This is just weird Naruto thought to himself as he walked around, the colour slowly changing to match the thoughts he was thinking. I have to get out of here......

Naruto ran quickly forward, looking for a way out, as he ran he spotted Tifa...fighting Tifa? As he looked in her direction, he suddenly was overwhelmed by a barrage of thoughts. Is this what she is thinking....but why???....how could she.... It was suddenly all explained as he looked at the clone, and saw the demon's thoughts inside her head. She's been possesed!!!.........I got to help.... And with no regard for his self, he charged the clone, holding out one of his trench knifes to slash downward onto the clone.

Peter right?” The percussion of cerulean winds twined between their banter. Nothing had never been so scary. I can hear the Pharaoh…His voice…It’s so clear…Where is he…?

Peter looked down at the oddly...young looking Yugi. Whoa. If I'm not mistaken I remember Yugi being about two feet taller. Now hes two feet shorter? That makes no sense at all. "Yea the names Peter." Eh. I just noticed that thing on Yugi's neck. There is something peculiar about Yugi and I think its the pyramid around his neck. The abnormal eye insignia on it. Magic? No magic isn't real. Then again I do have spider powers so maybe he does have magic powers. That would explain why he can subpoena those monsters and mandate them. I guess all of the things I said would enlighten me on these circumstances. Yet I don't think I consider all of the possibilities of why the aspect of Yugi's body has changed. Well I don't think I should strain myself on it. Peter looked around this room and he saw a a white ball with the extent of some blue regions around the lowermost tract of the orb. Peter glowered at the orb in all its radiant splendor. Peter gazed at the orb and words leisurely efflorescence upon the orb. Peter stared at the words and he saw his name. He read what it had said.
Peter Parker/ Spider-Man
Weakness
Heights, Endangering loved ones, Mary Jane Watson.
"Mary Jane? My weakness? How could that be? I fight for her. How could be be used against me in the heat of battle? I don't understand. I guess I should just forget about it." Peter twisted his head to face the young Yugi. "Hey Yugi come look at this." Peter pointed at the orb.

More thunder and lightining struck all around Ichigo and the Cloaked Figure who was also some sort of mind reader. Ichigo trying to figure out who this person was, almost lost his footing as he was about to fall into a black lake.
"Be careful Shinigami, fall into one of those lakes you will never come out alive!"

Everything that this Thing said to Ichigo scared him even more and yet it intrigued him to find out how this place was created.
"Do you at least have a name?" Ichigo asked the figure who was gliding along the ground, which to Ichigo made him that much creepier.

"They call me Azael!"
Something inside of Ichigo was glad to hear a name that wasn't familiar to him.
"So Azael, why are you helping me? Aren't I the enemy? You being someone who lives here, aren't I a threat to your existance?"
Azael shook his head as Ichigo asked the question.
"A threat, young Shinigami how can you be a threat when you can't even destroy a boulder let alone this planet."

"What do you mean I could destroy that boulder watch"
Ichigo ran at the nearest peice of rock and attacked it with his Zangetsu.
He barely cut into the rock.
"What!" Ichigo said in shock, "I shold've easily sliced that in half, what's going on?"
Azael turned and for the first time he smiled at Ichigo.

Wallow.....in my pain?

Tifa struggled to comprehend what her evil clone was now telling her. She had never really seen things from this perspective- her pain had become a part of her back in her home world. But was it really what was destroying her now? Her own fear and hatred of herself? Her lack of self-esteem? She had been a lousy leader, and had seen her friends get hurt not just by the ludicrous situations they seemed to be landed in, but also by her own evil side. Why? Why did she always allow herself to give in and be defeated?

"You'll never change Tifa, you'll carry on being piteous until your last breath. I'm your inner being, I know everything about you. What makes you laugh, what makes you cry. I will never be erased because I AM you!!!!"

"But what if I don't want to be you anymore? What if I want to change? To become strong?" Tifa was beside herself now, she just wanted it all to go away, she just wished for peace.

"Because it's not who you are. You thrive on your own pain, it's what makes you who you are. You give in to it time and time again. Could you really change that?" Throwing her head back, she roared with laughter. Tifa's anger boiled up inside her as the gloating clone continued to mock her, throwing verbal stone after verbal stone. The blood on her face and clothes was beginning to dry, leaving rivulets of scarlet crust on her skin. But the anger wasn't due to the slandering- it was because Tifa knew that the evil demon was right. She did give in to her own pain, that was why she could never win. Not at home with Cloud, not in these worlds, never could she be victorious whilstever her own self-pity dragged her down.

The demon seemed self-absorbed, revelling in her own smug glee. She had forgotten Tifa for the minute. Perhaps this is my chance. It's about time I faced up to my own pain and fought back with my pride.....

His eyes were fixed upon the crystal globe, smeared over with a lucid glaze. Dappled clouds glided within its infringing eyes. They were frothy and light and gave off neon hues. Yugi was obsessed by images dropping into his mind uninvited. Scenes of the Pharaoh coasted along water—clear and untouched, so named his thoughts. Oh. Pharaoh. You can’t be gone can you? If you would just let me inside I could help you. Tell me…What’s wrong…? The Millennium Puzzle perched limp along his neck, its omniscient eye burning a golden luster.

“I think you know very well what’s wrong, Yugi.”

And he appeared. Yami’s face was eclipsed by his tousled hair. It bundled into a bristly mess along his face. A scarlet, black blood drooled along the Pharaoh’s face where his dry skin splintered, caked and brittle, strangely smooth, but shattered like the surface of a parched riverbed.

Ichigo's eyes were wide with shock, his hair on the back of his neck was standing and his heart rate began to quicken.
"What's going on? I should've easily cut that like it was butter." Ichigo couldn't believe it. Azael turned and was fully facing forwards towards Ichigo.
"Shinigami you have become weaker, because you have entered this realm and have sacrificed your strength" Azeal paused "Well at least half of your strength."

Ichigo staggered backwards in shock from hat he had heard inside his head.
He couldn't comprehend what was being told to him. If he couldn't defend himself then how would he be able to stop the Shadow Gods or at the least, how would he survive this world.
"There has to be a way for me to regain my strength, I need to save my friends!" Ichigo tried to emphasize the importance of what he was saying, he couldn't lose now.

"Well Shinigami then you better hurry and find the place where you need to go" Azael said laughing, his physical body was still smiling.
He couldn't stand hearing that laugh, it was so maniacal, so wierd it reminded him of a twisted clown.
"Okay so then take me were I need to go Azael" Ichigo demanded.
If I'm at half strength then i won't do well if I have to defend myself Ichigo thought.

"HAHAHAHA!!!! Oh my dear boy, you'll have to find it on your own, I am only here to make sure you get through the door."
Again the laughing, Ichigo twitched at the sound of Azael's laughter. As he turned towards Azael, Ichigo was more determined than the whole time he had been here.
"Fine, let's go" Ichigo was looking straight at what he thought was Azael's face being covered by the hood.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA" Azael cackled again, "Lets go"

Peter turned to Yugi. "Its this-" Peter was dumbfounded as he saw the young adolescent child who was Yugi suddenly take on a astronomical metamorphosis. Now was the Yugi form before. A lankier man with a unique hair style. The hair to the back of his head was red an black. the rest of his hair was blond and very spiky. He bear a blue sleeveless jacket with a blue cape what flowed in the wind. Blue jeans with black shoes and blue straps and sliver buckles. It was the Yugi from the last round. Peter looked down at the pyramid that was on his neck. The eye insignia glowed a bright yellow and then dimmed when Yugi's body became visible. [I]Whoa. It was the puzzle that made him change. I was right. Although you vessel can't hold two spirits. That means one of them is a entity that was in the pyramid. I'm gonna say that the kid is the real person out of the two of them. Sailor Moon walked slowly around the alien universe she was roaming about and then came to a halt when three large mirrors stood in her view. She cocked her head to one side and knit her brows in confusion, but then a glint of un-surprise surpassed her dreary face. At least I know I was right...This is some sort of mirror world. She took one baby step closer to the objects that stood tall before her and reached out her hand slowly to the one in her view, the middle.

As her delicate porcelain hand stretched towards the glass mirror, she realized something even stranger - She couldn't see her reflection, nonetheless, anything else's. The ends of her fingertips finally connected to the mirror, and she felt a sudden erotic chill and shock waver throughout her soul. She instantly withdrew her hand and stared at it. Her hand was being sucked into the mirror as it misted it. She examined herself quickly and saw that she, too was dissapating into the glass object. "What is happening to me?!" she cried, rubbing herself to try and stop what seemed like a horrible illusion from occuring, yet it did nothing.

She soon faded into the mirror, and then her body re-formed itself behind its glass wall. She felt the mirror and banged on it twice, even though it didn't do very much but create an echo that chimed into the darkness behind her. She realized what she was doing was absolutely useless, therefore she just stared at it. Her reflecting still lacked to show, and questions filled her head to the brim. Why are all these things happening...What did I do to deserve this??

She shut her eyes and with her back against the broad mirror, still glistening despite the shroud of darkness, and she slunk down to the floor that was nothing more than a dark mass. However, what her eyes could not see at the moment was something she should have had them open for that very moment.

"Sailor Moon."

She flashed open her eyes to the familiar voice and jolted her eyes around, searching the room with her dialated pupils that grew accustomed to the darkness surrounding her. Yet, she saw nothing. I must be really losing it...It can't possibly be-

"Sailor Moon."

"What?!" Sailor Moon screamed into the darkness as it kept repeating her name, over and over again until her name rung in her head like she was standing next to cathedral church bells. She held her head in between her trembling hands and squirmed. What was going on that the familiar voice kept calling her name?

"Who are you?" She said, tears welling up in her bleak turquoise eyes. "Who are you..." She repeated into the utter void of black as it messed with her already rambling mind.

Then, as she slowly tilted her head upwards to look in the direction of which the voice chimed, her jaw dropped, she lost all control of her body, and her hands dropped to the floor. Thud. The boom of her bones clashing with the dark floor echoed into the seemingly never-ending chamber of darkness as she sat there, stunned.

"It...can't...be..."

He paced on the strange, wicked looking land, continue to scout and survey like he always did, seeking out advantages and disadvantages of certain terrain so he could turn them against his enemies. It was hopeless however. The entire lifeless area consisted of little ups and downs and mostly flat and boring. Motionless trees stood so far apart that they could provide almost no cover at all. Occasionally he would meet a shadow or two, but their alarmed flight was so quick that he could not make out what being it is. These were beginning to unnerve him, gnawing on his brain little by little. He scratched on his chin as his eyes darted left and right worryingly.

“This place… is so wrong,” Riku murmured to himself, “Everything’s so boring; so… weak.” Indeed his assumptions were true. There was nothing good about this place, nothing to be praised unless you count in sarcasm. It’s as if someone purposely made this place weak, weak and pathetic. Running his thoughts over the watery soil, Riku’s hold on his belief grew stronger: Something is terribly amiss.

The footsteps stopped ringing in his ears. Once again the beat of time resounded of ticks and tocks in his heart as alert sprang to his every screaming cell. Heeding the call of arms, he turned around with fire blazing in his eyes and struck The Way to Dawn strongly against his opponent’s, trading blows and hateful glares before both fighters leaped to their left for a breather. Neither seemed to be gaining an upper hand, but Riku was feeling a bit chilled in his heart whereas his enemy cannot feel anything.

Ten metres apart, there stood an enigma from Riku’s darkness, a shadow clone of his own.

His Keyblade leaped in eagerness as he snarled a flurry of attacks at his enemies, always closing down their distance ten steps to one whenever the shadow floated away like the wind. Feinting a left, right and left slash, Riku seized the opportunity of confusion and advanced to lob off an arm or two, slashing for shoulder to hip. However, the enemy knows no tricks, nor can it interpret the feints as real or fakes. Responding only to Riku’s true strike it smacked the Keyblade aside and threw in a powerful counterblow of his own at Riku’s wrist, splashing crimson fluid that could wet through layers of cloth.

He stared at his hand in disbelief, thinking: What? This isn’t possible! Precious time wasted to gape in awe at his injuries, and precious time grabbed to stab in a fatal blow on the chest that missed by an inch, Riku regaining his senses while ducking low. Silver hair broke at the black sword’s thust for heeding the wind’s call over gravity. Black holes of suspicions were sprouting endlessly at all parts of his body as he flung himself forwards in a desperate attempt to catch the enemy off guard in such close distance, but once again missed as it floated to his back like a fleeting paper and scored a deep gash of blinding pain at his back. He stumbled to the ground unceremoniously, groaning and writhing before a roll aside saved him from a thrust to his throat.

Dammit! It is true then, I am weaker in this place! Else I couldn’t be weaker than my own shadow, for we are equal! True indeed, for shadows are nothing in the real world, a mere apparition conjured when the sun shone upon us. He could almost here a venomous whisper from his clone seething in triumph and glory.

We are nothing, nothing at all.

His heart swelled as azure energy flared at his command, whipping and lashing out like thunderbolts that kept the enemy at bay. Anger was terrible to behold, and Riku was serving it with his own hatred as it fueled emotion as strength. Despising every second of the shadow’s existence, he flashed forwards like a ghost and scored a flurry of fatal blows across the stunned enemy, crossing out its life and death before returning it to non-existence with a final thrust to the heart. Then it was gone.

But blood still flowed, and flesh still hurt.

Fade again the enigmatic power of inhumane, subsiding to the deepest of consciousness as he fell to his knees, panting and breathing heavily. It would take a lot of energy to heal the wounds, for left unattended they will fester, and cost him his life in the end.

“If only… Fate was kind…”

The sky had started to darken, lightning and thunder became more and more ferocious as if they were approaching an unholy place. What seemed to be shadows were actually Angels of Death hovering around Ichigo and Azael as they were getting closer to the Door.
"We're almost there aren't we Azael?" asked Ichigo as he looked around the area, there weren't that many tree's, everything just seemed empty. The feeling of Death nolonger loomed, only emptiness in it's place as if it were a substitute.

"Yes we are here" replied Azael as he stopped in front of a great huge door that covered nothing as if it were leading somewhere that wasn't directly behind it.
Ichigo ran around the structure to see if anything was behind it.
"Wait, there's nothing here, what's going on Azael?" asked Ichigo as he walked back to where Azael was standing.
"You must go throught the door if you want to find out how to save the realms from the Shadow Gods."
Ichigo stared at the door in front of him,"Azael, thanks for bringing me here."
Ichigo was looking directly at Azael now and hoping that Azael would respond stood waiting.
"If I may offer you some advice young Shinigami", Azael started, "Inisde you will face many a great enemie, if you want to defeat them, look inwards and you shall find strength."
Ichigo thought on the words that were being said to him.
"Now go forth and save the worlds. Young Shinigami....Ichigo" Azael's face was smiling again.

With that Ichigo pushed the doors back and they creaked open and at first all that Ichigo could see was darkness but when the doors fully opened a small candle could be seen hanging on the wall, it seemed that Ichigo was inside a dungeon.

As he continued down the stairs Ichigo could hear whispers, it sounded as if it were stories that were being told, stories of the horrors that the Shadow Gods had committed.
After a while Ichigo came upon a small door that was strongly reinforced with locks and when Ichigo tried to touch it, the door seemed to repel his touch with some kind of magic.
"Someone doesn't want anyone seeing what's inside of this door, I must be getting close" said Ichigo as he stepped back from the door and began to charge his Zangetsu with his reiatsu.

The world was a somnolent disfigurement.
An echoing, distant sound of moment reverberated faintly: so forlorn that it seemed surreal. Dizziness was as unavoidable as the overwhelming silence. The undeveloped scenery pulsated with a frightening life, rippling at its frayed edges. A noir ambience cascaded itself above – a warning.
Through this he entered.
Contemptuously, a swaggering air still about him, the distraught man eyed the shapeless dark stretch that seemed to go on below him, above him. Blurred images of symmetry marked both equivalent sides of the vast, ongoing scene. There was nothing like it, nothing unlike it.
And then he saw it; with dark irrational eyes widened to nothing but shocked mortality. In the hovering, backwards, waters that hung unfalteringly before him, was a man.
His countenance was youthful with a light olive complexion, and unconventionally handsome - though slight and devilish. From the sharp angles of his jaw line, up to the curve of his almond-shaped eyes, his face was defined with strange features that meshed together to complement each other. Curling gossamer locks of blond softly fell away from his face, waving from his hairline with a shimmering texture the color of warm honey. His lips were notably thin and plain compared to the rest of his appearance: the smoldering dusky brown of his eyes, the long golden lashes and arched brow of his forehead.
The oddness in this was clear; nearly as clear as his undisturbed cheekbones, and their smooth skin. Something was missing – or, perhaps something, in all actuality, was gained.
The face – the man – that stared in an undoubted awe back at him…
…was him.
His demise transfigured into a leering, satanic grin that could be achieved all too easily and it broke from him: a frightening, low laughter which twisted in pitch. The newfound man threw his head back in the sudden moment, his laughs ravaging the soft air, shattering the surrounding silence with an unstoppable force.

If you can’t laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?

After hours upon hours of walking Darklord arrived at what seemed to be a lake made out of darkness. He looked in and saw his own reflection but rid of all the darkness. He saw a young man with a smile he only ever saw in dreams. Where.... where did it go wrong? He thought as the flashbacks from the weirdling came back to him one after another. It must be my destiny, for otherwise I would be good. He threw off all the faded memories and cleared his mind. "It is time for me to know the truth."

Ripples rushed across the water as he placed his feet in the dark water. The dead again began their whispering, but it could no longer frighten his calm mind. It is no coincidence that I am here... there must be a reason. And I believe it to be here. He stretched out and opened his mouth as if he tried to suck in the faint light that illuminated his face. "Aquarius illuminate" He said as he jumped into the darkness.

The darkness tried to consume him as he slowly swam trough the dark depths, but the faint light that was inside of him protected him from corruption. There is not enough darkness in the entire world to put out the light of even one small candle. He thought with a smile and he continued to swim towards his destiny.

Two eyes of light flickered in the darkness of the lake as they watched Darklord swim towards secrets that weren't his to see. Halt mortal! The voice that belonged to the eyes said. Turn around now, this is not how you want it to be! Darklord ignored the voice, for he felt the secrets of the gods between his grasp. Fine, have it your way. But know that the price you pay will be higher than the reward you get. The eyes closed again and the lake fell back into eternal darkness.

As he stared at the door, Ichigo had finished charging his reiatsu into his Zangetsu which was glowign with a bright black aura. He had turned the hilt facing towards the door. The hilt of Zangetsu was glowing with a Kata, Ichigo used this move before without charging it to send wayward souls that were still in the human world and being hunted by Hollows who wanted to devour their souls, to Soul Society where those souls could rest in peace.
That's what the Soul Burial move accomplished. As he walked closer towards the door Ichigo could see the magic reacting to his presence again.
Ichigo hit the door with the hilt of Zangetsu, "Soul Burial" Ichigo said as the door began to glow with a white light.

Suddenly the barrier around the door shattered like glass and the door creaked open. "That wasn't too hard. But still any other person might have had a hard time. I guess the Shadow Gods weren't expecting a Shinigami to be in their world now would they." Ichigo felt confident, he knew that Azael had been protecting him the whole time they had been walking to get to the door. If Ichigo was on his own he probably wouldn't have made it that easily to the door.

The door had fully opened and Ichigo looked through to see the same type of scenery he had seen above. Death and Chaos was present and there was no sign of life. Ichigo could see Angels of Death crouched upon tree's, scattered all around this room, they all immediatly looked at the door as it opened and Ichigo knew that these were the gaurdians of this room. I need to get through no matter what, Azael told me to look within and I would find my strength, then that's what ill have to do.
Ichigo thought as he slowly stepped through the door, flashes of purple and blue lightning were not surprising to him but the sound that they made were still bone chilling.

Not even five feet had Ichigo walked when one of the Gaurdians had jumped from it's tree and charged straight at Ichigo with razor sharp claws, it screamed a battle cry as it charged at Ichigo with such anger and fury. Ichigo understood how this place had become the state that it was in, mostly because of creatures like this.
"Bring it on you piece of crap!" Ichigo yelled as he ducked from the initial attack the could've cut his head right off if the creature had connected it's attack with Ichigo's head. He jumped to the side and immediatly dashed towards the creature and clashed his Zangetsu with it's claws, Ichigo shifted his weight and the creature had lost it's footing as it staggered to the left and Ichigo otook his oppurtunity to cut off the creatures hand.

"AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH", the monster screamed in agony.
Only for a moment Ichigo thought he won when the creature looked back up at Ichigo with a twisted grin and stabbed it's own chest with it's remaining hand.
"WHOA!!!" Ichigo exclaimed as the sight was quite umbearable to watch. The creature then began pulling it's hand out form it's chest and something was clutched in it's hand.
"I have a bad bad feeling about this." Ichigo said as he watched the creature pull out a Scythe, it was dripping with black blood. It smiled at Ichigo and this time began walking towards Ichigo slightly slumpped, in a stalking type of fashion.

Naruto stopped in place, and then began to scream, no not for himself, he was fine, in perfect health. It was for Tifa, he screamed, it was her pain he was feeling, and seeing, inside his head. It was this place they were in, the land of Thoughts, where he could see everything inside everyone's head. And right now he could see Tifa's pain. Naruto slowly pulled himself to his feet. That.....that, no good, dirty, rotten demon.....hurting.....Tifa With a yell Naruto ran in front of Tifa sheilding her from the demon's thoughts and words.

"Stop it!!! Stop it, Damn it!!!" Naruto yelled at the Tifa clone, or otherwise the demon. In a wisper he addressed Tifa, "get your strength back....I'll distract it." He turned back to the demon....and suddenly came under an attack. "Soo......Naruto is it?" The demon wispered meancly "I can see your thoughts too....yes....as well as your demon. That's the problem isn't it....you feel that your just aren't worth it......that nobody cares about you." The demon wispered, cutting straight to Naruto's core. The colour around him took on a sickly black, as Naruto yelled back. "Noo!!! its different I have friends....I do....Sakura, Pervy Sage..." His words mumbled off. "No.....you still fell the same.....worthless"The demon seemed to relish its words, as Naruto sunk to the ground, the same way Tifa had stuck dumb by his own thoughts.

“Pharaoh,” Yugi said. “Tell me what’s wrong.” He approached, gently rolling his feet upon a lucid floor. He made no sound, for he was walking upon air. Yugi believed, stubbornly, that the burnt out land beneath Yami would blossom once more. The Pharaoh remained cold, however, unmoving and perched upon silence’s invisible threshold. One final sigh punctuated Yugi’s discontent. An accentuated shake of his head quickly followed. “I’ve come to help you, Pharaoh. And then what do you do? You lead me off a precipice. This is not what—”

“I don’t know, Yugi, but I think I should turn away.” His head dropped. His hair collapsed into multiple gristly snarls—a proclamation of defeat and surrender. “Where is the sense in this mindless endeavor? My dreams we are chasing, but what will we find? Nothing. It just cannot be. I’ve made my decision to turn back. It’s not too late for you.”

Yugi was astonished. “Pharaoh,” he said, the grief leaking from his words. “You've never spoken like this. What's happened?”

“Nothing. Just lost hope.” said the Pharaoh. “With every step we take, the sadness grows in my heart. I've lost hope. And I feel so heavy, so heavy. I can't go on!”

“But we must go on!” cried Yugi. “Come on, Pharaoh!”

Yugi tugged at his arm, but the Pharaoh remained unmoving. He had sunk in up to his heart, and he made no further effort to extricate himself. Please. Stay with me…

“Pharaoh!” cried Yugi, “You shouldn’t let yourself go. Come on. Pull yourself together.” Yami stared with an icy emptiness—his imminent light extinguished. Few people could tell how or why the Pharaoh was brought to modern Earth. He had been as if dropped down from naught, and naught he will be. He began neither from the Earth nor the sky with an aspect of mystery. They stood awhile in perfect silence, rallying his stunned faculties.

“Leave me, Yugi,” the Pharaoh said in a tiny voice, “Go on alone. Don't bother about me. I can't stand the sadness anymore. I want to die.”

Desperately Yugi pulled at his companion who lapsed into the floor as if water. But he sank deeper and deeper. When only his head emerged, Yugi took it in his arms.

“I'll hold you, Pharaoh,” he whispered. “I won't let you go under.”

Yami whispered one final word into Yugi’s ear.

How. That was the single word that sprung forth in her mind, despite all the other meaningless questions that erupted inside her raging mind. Yet, no words could be formed on her gaping, speechless mouth. Her bones shook inside her trembling body and a few tears just slipped down her cheeks. He was standing there, like a perfect statue meant to be admired wholly by everyone in the universe. She couldn't believe this moment came forth in her life, her mind couldn't comprehend the very circumstance.

Despite her mindlessness at this point, she managed to slowly make her way up to her shaking feet, and leaned against the broad mirror behind her body. They just stared at eachother for a few minutes, no words present - Just his dark eyes looking into her confused blue ones. She then started taking very slow baby steps toward his angelic figure and lifted her hand up to his face when they were a mere foot or two apart, his face looking down at hers.

With her trembling fingertips, she moved her hand over her bare arm and pinched herself - A faint cliché, but she musted to do so, to make sure that all of this was occuring in reality. She then traced his outline of his ever so perfect face, and his lips curled into a smile. She attempted to return one back to him, but she was just so stunned that all she could do was stay tracing him.

Nothing could be heard except the in's and out's of his even breaths, and her uneven, shaky ones. Tears were frequently descending from her watery eyes and leaked down on her wet cheeks. He then, without a word, took her into his welcoming arms and held her close to him. He felt so...warm. She started sobbing, wrapping her arms around his torso and digging her hands into his back. He placed his head on hers, kissing her blonde hair twice.

"Sailor Moon..." He said, speaking as if an angel was. She shook even harder, knowing this was the one she'd longed for so long - Years. He held her tighter, trying to calm down her erupted spirit. She couldn't form letters in her head to speak his, but after a few moment's slience, she managed. Reality, this was. A beautiful lie, is was not. A beautiful truth, yes, that's what it was. She tilted her head to meet his smiling, sweet face and opened her mouth to say his name.

"...D-Darien..."

Running through the vast world, Harpuia finally came upon two castles side by side. One was black while the other was white and each seemed to hold some kind of wierd energy." I wonder what these castle are doing here, if everything in this world is reversed then the black castle must be light and the white one darkness."Looking at both massive castles, Harpuia desided to go into the black one, maybe it held the answer of how to get out of here. As he walked up into the castle he noticed the many stair cases that ran across the entire hall. Stairs leading up, stairs leading down, some were even stright up."This is going to be interesting, wonder where they each go."As he walked he took the nearest staircase up.

Peter gazed at Yugi. He had never seen someone zone out like this. Yugi's stillness had completely shocked Peter. What was going on with Yugi? What was causing all of this? More importantly. Who was this man, Yugi? Sadly Peter had more questions than he had answers. Peter had to make a quick decision because in the back of his head his Spidy-Senses were tingling. Apparently today was not Peter's lucky day. The black on Peter's cloths slowly disappeared as it worked its way down to Peter's legs. "Huh!" The Venom Symbiote crawled with great speed into the corner. Within mere second it emerged and it took the form of Venom.

Gurtock marveled at the situation unfolding in front of him. Invaders had come to take over his universe, his perfect serene universe. He was enraged, the second he could see into the three divisions of his world he began to grow angrier and angrier. Using a small ounce of his power he began to warp the worlds and bend them to his will.

He started with the thought realm, filling it with deceiving thoughts of nightmares and murders, creating a new world. Instead of the nightmares being in their heads, in thought realm they would become real. Nightmare realm.

Next he went to death realm, and created life. Sprouting from within the darkness grew beings of pure light and energy, that would suck dry the invaders with a single touch. He created another new realm. Light Realm.

On the last realm he changed the world back. Sending the sky crashing down on the earth to eradicate everything it touched. Apocalypse Realm.

When at last he was finished he smiled at his partner who had helped him and thought of the wondrous work he had done. It was perfect.

Cecil stood, but he had no memory, none at all, of ever sitting. His mind was clouded, filled with nothing but meaningless garbage that made him lose track of every single thing that came to mind. The Knight looked down, to see if he had sustained any damage. His eyes looked over the dark armor that he wore, and his face became contorted in thought, as if he was trying to remember something about it.

Shaking his head, his sword came with no beckoning or reason. The dark metal glowed with power, but it seemed restless. It zipped back and forth, the smoky air around it sparking. The blade hummed with a scratchy, forboding sound.

The sword was distraught. It was confused with something around it, and it wasn't until Cecil looked up that he saw what was causing it.

Directly in front of him was a mirror image of himself, but with white, shining armor and long, sleek hair. The reflections eyes were filled with kindness, but weary with worry. It seemed to speak to the Dark Knight, but the words were impossible to make out.

He stared at the Paladin for a long time, until a power filled the world with such monstrous influence that it made both him and the image kneel, unprepared to feel such power. Forcing his head to look up regardless of the gravitational force pushing him down, he looked at the image once more. It moved, the hand of the distant memory reaching out to him, and Cecil understood what it wanted.

The Light wanted to be real again.

At the moment of realization, the power that pushed against them both increased, and the world began to waver, as if a reflection in the water was being ruined by the rippling effects of a stone dropping in. In an act of pure impulse, Cecil dived toward his counter part, touching the tips of his Light with the ends of his fingers. The simple, barely noticed exchange led to a chaotic reaction.

The Dark Knight began to glow with a powerful light that lit up every single thing around him, a beacon of power and energy. Cecil looked at his sword that was still in his hand, to see the dark metal it had before change into a lighter color, turning from a complete black to a light gray hue. His armor was doing the same, changing to the light gray as well.

He breathed in the scent that was carried with it, and his mind filled with everything he had ever loved in the world. His kingdom, his friends, and Rosa. His past played in his mind in a gap of a second, and suddenly it was over.

Cecil was left staring at chaos above and around him, as the sky itself crumbled beneath the almighty power that was attempting to alter it.

The newly found light fought against such destruction, and the Paladin felt the strong urge to challenge this foreign power. It was easy to realize that it wouldn't stop unless the controller of this energy was stopped.

Making a choice, his mind blossomed with outcries filled with his own power, reaching out into the crackling air to hopefully reach the being that was causing this. Then, his vocal demands were made clear.

"Being from above! Stop this at once, and come face me!"

His voice sounded strong, reassured. It consisted of everything that was his new power, and his new realization.

He was ready to take on whatever appeared before him.

Sailor Moon sank against him as he held her close as she shook. This moment was absolutely beyong the simple word of perfect. She hugged him tighter, until all her mused thoughts came to a close. The darkness that surrounded them faded, until the earth's presence re-formed itself before her glistening with tears eyes. She opened her eyes to see that was she was hugging started to fade. Darien's figure was rapidly vanishing into nothingness before her very eyes.

"No."

She formed the word, and waved her arms around as if she could bring him back. He just smiled back at her distorted, disheveled face and said in his angelic voice, "Don't give up, Sailor Moon. I always with you," he pointed to her chest, where her heart lay. "I love you." And with those parting words, he disappeared in a breeze of warm air by her frozen still body, and she continuously repeated the word 'no' over, and over again. This can't be happening...It...It... "NOOO!!!" She screamed as it echoed into the vast earth surrounding her. She fell on her knees to the ground and a thud came with it. She punched the ground a number of times and watched as dark circled formed on the ground where her tears cascaded into, moisturizing the ground with water that fell from her reddened eyes.

He was just there...None of this was...Why...She lifted her head to examine her surroundings. This wasn't here two seconds ago, only a shroud of darkness and a mirror was. She sat back on her heels and hugged herself, sobbing. Her only hope in life vanished, right before her eyes, as if time had become the true reality once again. He was gone - Most likely forever. She shook her head and tried to imagine a world of serenity, but nothing came to mind but utter words of curses - She wished death would fall upon her.

But...Darien had specifically told her to live on, and he was always with her. "My...heart..." she said, moving her hand over her chest and felt each heartbeat pound slowly in a continuous pattern beneath her hand. Thud...Thud.......Thud...Thud...

Sailor Moon wished that he'd come back more than she'd ever want to live, but she knew she couldn't just take his words and throw them away to waste away. She had to live on, for him. For Darien, the love of her existence that would keep her from killing herself right here. She pushed herself from the ground and let her arms hang by her side. She gazed up at the sky, closed her eyes, and sighed.

"I wont let you down, Darien. Never."

Dwelling deep inside the luminous shade of light, the monotonous tinge of blue plated armor shined brilliantly. MegaMan simply stood silently, his striking brown eyes closed. The deep chasm of radiance was enveloping him, dragging him into the liberate sanctuary of light.

All of his pains seemed to evaporate into the endless void, and the warmth of security filled his unadulterated heart. He could feel no grief, no disappointed, no more pain. Indeed, this illusion was extremely fascinating. Feeling nothing but absolute delight and merriment was his ideal of peace.

“But this is just an illusion,” the blue bomber spoke aloud. “This may seem like my dream, but this isn’t real.”

In a mere instant, the legendary warrior opened his solemn eyes. The peaceful impulse in his sprit was slowly being extracted, going back to the hollow void of hallucinations it was produced from. A multitude of constructive emotions intruded his heart, giving him back his previous passions.

He could see past this ideal place, and there was nothing but an empty void of oblivion existing inside the fantasy. This peculiar place held no reality in it. This hallucination of peace and tranquility was false and held no significance behind it. This destined path would only lead to an era of selfishness and obscurity.

There is no point in staying if others are getting hurt.

“Come on out!” MegaMan shouted to the vacant heavens above. “Come and face me, being from above!”

As Goku was on his strength's climax, giving his overall power to destroy Freiza, Goku immediately saw Freiza disappear, just like everything else. "Damn. Another trick ahead, better watch closely." He said to himself, looking around with sweat all over his face, manufactured by the terrors of his imagination.

My imaginations have no limit. Better stay sharp.

Goku forgot his blind spot, which would make him vulnerable if he doesn't turn around often. So he decided to do so just for the sake of his curiosity. And as he did, he noticed Freiza, coming towards him. Goku, without any given thought, immediately threw energy blasts, but they were put to no use. "Damn!" he thought, as he saw himself under a broken glass, making him fall under.

Oh boy.

He saw a death trap under him, getting nearer and nearer to cut his limbs. "This will never end." He thought to himself. "unconscious my reflexes, maybe I could try that." And ever since then, he hasn't let his mind and heart ever take control of anything, knowing at that time, he should be dead. He slowly opened his eyes, noticing himself right under the death trap, with no injuries. That's where he could just think of...

Success.

Perhaps his unconsciousness was a great idea, or maybe it was just luck. He couldn't tell.

Darkness... The reality of his life.

This dimension reflected who he really was, and what he wanted. It is here where he shall not only face his past, but clash with it till one overcomes the other. "My past... Will it overwhelm me?" Feelings of insecurity nipped at his confidence, trying to confine him within this realm of fear, broken and shattered. As he walked a familiar place began to spread out from the infinite darkness surrounding him. A flood of colors erupted from under his feet, splashing onto the invisible objects, as it slowly became a room, dimly lit. Tables were overturned, and an immensity of corpses lay scattered through the room. Slaughtered like livestock on an altar, there was no life left in said bodies, limbs covered the ground and red liquid of life slowly tainting the fabric of reality. It smelt of blood, and worst of all death. The stench was overwhelming. In the middle of it all stood a figure, hidden behind a dark mist. There was no expression at all on his face and blood stained his jacket. There was no humanity in it. His weapon gleamed with the blood of those around him. It was Otoha who stood in the midst, a cold, heartless murderer. "Is that really me?..." An unexplainable sensation seized him, and for a moment he was nothing but silence. The utter misguided moment became an instant setting for a fight, this illusion was no illusion. This dream was no dream. He was, living in his own nightmare.

"Who are you?" Otoha's voice was defiant and demanding. The dark Otoha laughed and seethed. It was a mirthless laughter. Who am I? What are you? He laughed, his face seemed to gain a demon-like appearance. Otoha slashed at the darker version of himself. It disappeared in a mist. "...?" Looking for me?! From overhead it descended, striking with an incredible speed. A quick sidestepped saved his life, but he did not escaped unharmed. Whats wrong Otoha? Are you not even at your own level? Its mirthless laughter commenced once more. "My level?... me?" It leaned on its katana, mockingly as it rested. Yes you. I'm beginning to believe that this body has no more use for you. He realized it then, "You are, the darkness that resides within me, no?" Ding, Ding, Ding. Looks like you're not all that stupid. It matters not, you will be dead soon and I'll be free to roam the outside. Otoha eyes traveled up and down the figure, was this what he had made a covenant with? This darkness within him, slowly took the form of this vile creature. "You have no right to inhabit me!" The background lit up into flames as his anger was reflected within this world. "You have no right to take possession of me, and corrupt my thoughts. NO RIGHTS!" Even more flames, a more intense blue flame. It had become a calm anger now, he was in control. Oh? So you've decided to release your power? Show me what you've got then. The shady figure taunted, and as he did so his opponents became more. "Echo? and Nue?, no. They have both passed away... This reality only exist between these perimeters."

His fighting spirit and moral only expanded with each passing moment. "This is my body...my thoughts...my past... You will not extinguish my hope!" In that very instant an explosion of golden light covered him, as streams of the same left the glowing aura. His armor had suffered a complete change. It's usual black decor became a golden armor, with black streaks fitting the crevices. A single phrase escaped his lips, "It ends here." The slower of of his opponents didn't notice Karas disappear. He had entered godspeed. He cut through the mikura first, their metallics bodies exploding into a green mess. Echo stood in his way, with the same expression he had when they first met. A smug look on his face, such an annoying one. Karas dismissed Echo's first attack with a slight wave of his hand. The katana broke into two and the smug look evaporated. Karas' own weapon tore into Echo disintegrating his body and leaving no evidence behind. Otoha faced the darkness within him, and it stared back in an uninterested shrug. Thats all you've got? Karas cocked his head, and behind his armor he smiled. "Not in the least." He aimed his palm at the Dark Otoha and a great explosion of fire consumed him eating away every fiber that once stood there. Hahaha. Missed me! Otoha hadn't budged, "I wasn't aiming at you." The fire continued in a straight path directly towards a corpse leaning on a fallen chair. Dark Otoha was very surprised at this tactic, and above all worried. He had aimed at his vessel, but shadow Otoha had intercepted it and absorbed the blow. After the smoke elevated the figure was left with an innumerable amount of burns. How did you know?... Karas took his time before answering, "How could I not know? This is my world..." He disappeared, and reappeared right in front of Otoha his helmet almost touching his alternate self. At the same speed his katana had punctured the dying being. Why?... Karas didn't need to answer. "I already told you. You have no right."

Only I will rule my world.

Peter stared at Venom as he emerged from the corner. Peter stepped back in fear. The ground started to shake with tremendous force. Peter started to lose his balance. Venom stood still he wasn't shaken by the quake. A great wind came from under Peter and his hair blew in a upward drift. When the wind cleared the room was black and filled with broken bones and skulls. The darkness loomed over the two spider like creatures. Peter couldn't see anything, but Venom could. Peter was now at a great disadvantage and it looked as though Peter had no chance. Peter Activated his Spidy-Vision. He was going to use it with his Spidy-Sense that way it would be a somewhat far fight against Venom. Peter awaited Venom's next move.

Sylar's period of isolation and solitude didn't last long; about four seconds was the actual duration.

"I didn't think I'd ever get to see you again," A very familiar voice resonated and echoed.

Something's not right, Sylar commented within himself.
He was right, of course; the output, being an unknown voice, was produced without a source. Sylar looked in all directions- including above him- but could not find him.

"Looking for me?" the stranger's voice resonated again, "Don't be scared." That final statement caused a shiver to travel along Sylar's spinal chord, pausing to greet every nerve with a cheery tickle as it traveled by.

Directly in front of Sylar a haze collected itself from all parts of nowhere in particular to slowly form a wavy figure whose form was enlarging at a rapid rate. As the form in front of Sylar continued to focus, a crescendo of footsteps eminated from the figure's hypothetical feet. In an instant, Sylar recognized the man who was approaching him. It was Ted Sprague.

Every single event where Ted was involved sprang forward through Sylar's mind to tell him who Ted was, what kind of coffee he liked, and the extent of Ted's toe fungi dilemma, when he was alive of course. The imagery and description was amazingly accurate to the point where, in the split second it took for Sylar's enhanced memory to replay the Ted-related scenes, Sylar felt as if he were actually reliving his life; the feeling is similar to watching Cloverfield on a very large scale where you are able to see everything at the same time while able to focus on certain parts of the vision displayed for your viewing pleasure.

Sylar smiled after watching his last memory of Ted; Ted's murder while confined in numerous restraints int he back of an overturned SWAT vehicle.

"Hello Ted," Sylar said in a low voice.

Ted's figure sharpened completely. It also stopped five meters from where Sylar stood while brandishing a bloodied metallic baseball bat.

From the corner of his eyes Darklord saw a little shimmer of light. He turned around and swam towards it. That must be the end of my journey. He thought as the light rapidly began to expand. But it did not stop there. The light began to expand until it consumed him and removed all the darkness around him. This.... This is impossible! He thought with wide open eyes. Why do the shadow gods betray their loyal servant?

The shadow that had consumed the lake was lifted and deep in the depths Darklord saw a frozen necropolis filled with darkness. He tried to swim down towards it, but the light forced him up to the surface and threw him out into the world above. Darklord coughed and hurled as he forced the light out of his system. "Why shadow gods, why?" He asked as he looked upon the new world filled with light and life.

As he put his coat back on the eyes had come back, but instead of lights they were now filled with pure darkness. They observed Darklord for a moment before they began to speak. You look tainted, evil one. You should have returned like I ordered you to do, but alas it is too late for you now. The light will try to consume you and your body will allow it to do so. The voice paused as it caught Darklord’s concern. However, he slowly continued There might be a way to lift it, "How can I do this, O mighty creature of the lake?" Darklord asked in a tone of despair.

The Eyes slowly began to close as light flowed around them. Just before they were totally closed the creature of the lake replied.Memory is the key Alex... Don't forget that. And with that the eyes disappeared and were never again seen by mortal eyes. Darklord stood there on the shore as he continued to look into the waters of light. “Memory is the key?” He repeated slowly as if he couldn’t quite comprehend those words. Ď don’t want to think back about my time back on earth.”

Slowly the anger started to rise until he couldn’t in much longer. He picked up the heaviest of stones and threw it into the shining lake. He turned around and ran away as small teardrops formed around his eyes. “I am never going back!” He yelled at the world around him. “I Refuse to be the weakling I once was!” He ran away from his past and the memories they held. Little did he know that in the sky above him, his past was following his every step. "Yes, my son. Run while you still have the power to do so." The voice began to laugh in an eerie voice and descended towards Darklord.

With Tifa stood seething and ready to fight back, and Naruto sunk by his own perilous mindset, nobody was ready for the changes that suddenly overtook the Thought Realm. The pastel lilacs and cyans that had glistened on the crystalline walls turned darker, a nightly indigo colour, entertwined by menacing burgundy and violet. The twinkling faded, and in it's place glowing rouge lights started to burn the surfaces. Tifa's blood really had penetrated the Thought Realm, twisting and changing it, threatening to overwhelm the two of them with darkness.

The dangerous Tifa clone now faded into this darkness in a flourish of black shadows. But instead of being completely gone, in her place several shadows began to materialize, taking on human shapes. There were some that didn't seem familiar at all, but then Tifa cried out in stark horror as she recognized some of those figures- she saw Harpuia, Riku, Darklord, Ike, Issaru....... even the elusive Auron who'd only briefly been in her life, and had tried to kill her. Their faces were contorted with hatred and bloodlust. Walking like zombies, they stepped nearer and nearer to Tifa and Naruto. Their friends and enemies, all together- and all ready to destroy.

"...... Naruto...... Naruto I can't do this!!! I can't fight these people..... what are they doing here!?!?! I-I'm scared Naruto...... I CAN'T!!!!" Tifa sank to the floor and began to sob hard once again, her fresh tears cutting through the crusted dried blood on her face.

Naruto could only stand and stare. Tifa continued to wail out her heart's pain, until a light suddenly glowed inside her head. A soft and familiar voice floated through her, serene and calming, fresh as fallen snow. Do not wallow in your self pity anymore. Did you learn nothing from your experiences? It's going to be Ok Tifa- just learn to fight with your pride and not with your pain..... Tifa's eyes opened wide as the voice faded away into the darkness. Aerith?

The darkness raged on, with each step closer that the nightmares took to the trio. But Tifa now stood and stared straight back, the fear and hysteria gone, soothed away by Aerith's voice. Why had she not listened to that before? Suddenly many things that had happened both in this universe and her own made sense. How long had she been taking the burden on her own shoulders? It seemed a better option to fight with the lightness of good than with the heaviness of pain.

Squeezing her fists tightly together, Tifa began to smile. "It's going to be Ok Naruto. These are merely our fears. It's time to fight them!!"

Meanwhile the colour around the two warriors was ebbing and flowing with the colours of war, dark reds, blacks and yellow's spiraled around Tifa and Naruto, giving the battle that was about to begin, a type of ghostly feel. The sudden shift in reality sent Harpuia flying out of the castle. His armor and body had returned to its emerald color and his abilities were back in order."Whats going on here, whats happen to this realm." As he looked fire was raining down from the sky and destroying everything in its path. The two castles had become one but Harpuia wasnt sure on what to do. Flying around the castle, he could sence a powerful entity at the inner most part of it." This is where the source of the chaos is, but i can not fight him alone. Yet, i must fight him and bring my comrads back." Flying into the door, he made his way into the castle. The inside was still almost the same, except the many doors that now filled the hall way. The stairs still went every which way and Harpuia didn't know where to begin. One mistake could cost him his life.

Harpuia flew through the hall wondering which door to take first. A blue door caught his attention and he desided to enter it. When he did, he was transported to a dimension filled with water. As his body sank into the water he noticed something was watching him. Water wasnt his favorite element but with his lighting powers back he could defend himself now."Come out you water demon i know your there."As he hovered in the water large creature rose from behind him and sent out a strong sonic pulse that sent Harpuia flying through the water.

Then, light. Like a thousand shimmering needles it poured down on him relentlessly as his starved heart was filled with disbelief and warmth. But put that aside – My eyes are killing me! “Aarghh!!” It is said that light and darkness are the same: Merciless, terrible, and frightening. Their only difference is the side they’ve chose to uphold.

The burn in his eyes continued like a sledgehammer, pounding and killing every cell in it. But even as he muster all his mental strength to ward off the pain, he also noticed that the sky, although now illuminating a chorus of heavenly light upon this world, was still scattered like a million pieces of puzzles. He wasn’t sure whether he opened his eyes, that maybe it was an illusion of his mind conjured from dumb brilliance to shield against the pain, but yes.

Still apart, they are; still shattered.

“What… what trickery is this? Damn!” Ten minutes later, Riku was finally able to open his watery eyes as he looked around eagerly for signs of change. To his open disappointment, he groaned and cursed loudly for he could see clearly that it was still the same, bare, ugly surface as before. He was beginning to show his impatience as he swung his Keyblade around and making stupid faces. After all, who was there to see? Then something else invaded his thoughts. Suddenly excited, he held out his left palm in front of him and whispered slowly, “Water”

A trickle of clear, crystal fluid poured out slowly from the center of his palm, glistening like the sun as light rained colors on it. It was a beautiful and soothing sight indeed, but Riku couldn’t – won’t – hide the scowl on his handsome face. With a swing of his head he poured the life giving liquid on to his silver hair and closed his eyes, enjoying the comfort of cool water.

Still, the scowl remained. “Huh, I should’ve known I’m having too much hope. But still… Ah, to hell with it! I wish that my strength was at its fullest.” Indeed, his lost powers had not returned to him. In his weakened state he wouldn’t dare to ignite a battle, not if he could avoid it. But then again, destiny always loved to play tricks, and Riku soon found out that his destiny was to get into as much trouble as possible, and of course…

Sora and Kairi.

A blinding shine of armor caught his attention as he shifted his head backwards and caught a glimpse of a mighty being. He could feel his mouth opening, dumbstruck by the sheer amount of force presented and the incredible light it released. Its head was shaped like a half dragon, revealing several details of a human face yet the horns and snout and teeth stayed true; its upper body looked like a large triangular pyramid, where the edges glowed and crackled with unseen yet wild energy; and its four limbs the regular size of any human being, only bigger, badder and stronger.

Riku wasn’t fooled by its do-good looks. He had had too much experience with two, three and multi-faced bastards to judge a person – and in this case, a Light Being – by its looks. He glared at the mysterious creature in the eyes, blue versus white. Riku’s concern is on one thing only: Which side is it on?

It walked towards a nearby tree trunk and wrapped its arms around it. His eyes widened when he saw the dull gray turned black, the tree shriveling by its grasp. As if that wasn’t warning enough, it flung the entire wood directly at his head from a full mile away, shocking Riku with sheer strength and sent him running with his tails between his legs. He broke off to a full sprint seconds after he avoided a crushing death, the poor wood splintered like glass as it landed with a crack. The Light Being was hot on his tracks, gliding like a ghost – or a god – and was gaining on him.

Oh boy. Here we go again.

Light. Warmth. The Beginning.

He had suffered greatly from the hands of the Angels of Death but what Azael had said to him had kept him alive, looking within for strength had kept Ichigo alive. The monsters all had there Scythe's out and had been attacking him relentlessly for the whole battle, his luck had changed when he had a second of luck where several of the Angels had tangeled there robes and Ichigo had enought itme to fire a powerful Getsuga Tenshou.

He knew that the remaining Angels of Death were not the only one's left, he knew there would be more.
I need to be careful and be precise with my attacking and my defense if I want to make it out of here alive and with the secret to defeating the Shaodw Gods.
As Ichigo thought this something started to happen to the world.
Ichigo saw a flower sprout from the ground, tree's began growing leaves and became fuller in their trunks, life was returning to this dreadful world.
But something was not right as a bright white light shone behind the Angels of Death and a Warrior with wings like that of an Angel walked over to the battle and merely touched one of the creatures and instantly the creature melted away as if the life in it was being drained away.

"WHOA!!!" Ichigo yelled as one of these Warriors appeared behind Ichigo. Jumping back quickly Ichigo managed to evade being touched by the Warrior.

"You who dares meddle with our masters world shall feel great pain and suffering as you pay for your crimes!" One of the Warriors soke as it lifted a finger and several other Warriors followed it's action and began pointing at Ichigo.
"What crimes if anything Im going to save the universe from your master's evil, you guys have a twisted sense of good and bad," Ichigo yelled as he began charging his reiatsu and aimed at the group of Warriors.
He stopped though as the Warriors stood still and as if they began streching, brilliant white wings sprouted from the backs of the Warriors.

"This i wasn't expecting." Ichigo thought as he was now in a world filled with life and hope, but this place may become his grave.

Suddenly a voice soudened in Naruto's head, it was the Kuyybi So this is what the great and powerful Naruto has come......a shivering reck of himself......struck dead with fear....from a few clones....... Hearing the words of the fox, gave Naruto the kick in the butt he needed. Your right......they can't hurt me! He thought with confidence, "We can take these cheap imitations Tifa......don't worry." Naruto said drawing his trench knifes.

Seeing Naruto now geared up for the fight, Tifa felt her confidence growing. Naruto's trench knives glistened in the black-redness of the murky air around them, cutting through it as they would eventually cut through flesh. They both now knew that these apparitions were merely manifested from their own minds, sent by the demon that had inhabited Tifa. It had finally failed to destroy her by using her own body, so it had sent many others in her place. You're a cowardly demon yourself really, aren't you? Tifa thought. Sending visions of other people to do your own dirty work. Well it had to stop working sometime....

A surge of hyperactive lightning energy coarsed through Tifa's veins as she became psyched up for the fight. Aerith's words had taught her that it was better to use her light, her pride and her excitement as an energy source. The difference was stunning, and Tifa found herself almost laughing with the exhiliration it gave her. Best of all, it was the power of good. It was indestructable now and it was inside of her, and she hoped that Naruto would discover it too.

She shot him a cheeky glance. "Mind if I have the first dance?"

And with that she allowed her new energy to propel her forward at a blistering speed, balls of silver lightning forming over her clenched fists as she raced towards the apparitions. One by one she delivered blow after blow, startling the demons and their defeat. Blood and shadowy vapour trails flowed and exploded in all directions as Tifa barraged them with her fists and feet. Her kung fu training seemed to really shine through now in every kick and punch. Soon the blood of the demons formed a new wet layer over Tifa's own, drenching her skin with scarlet.

The laugh was the first thing he noticed. He quickly turned around as he recognized the voice. "Demo...?" He tried to say, but words got caught in his mouth as the force of her kick threw him to the ground. Between his legs stood an angel surrounded by an aura of light. "De...Demoness?" He said as he recognized his old friend behind the glowing eyes of light "This can't be you, can it?" Demoness chuckled as she saw how her appearance had shocked him. Yes Alex, it is me. She replied with a wicked smile on her face, You failed to save me, you failed to save us all! And now you must PAY! Darklord rolled over as Demoness' fist hit the ground where his head just had been. The ground split open at the power of her punch.

Darklord rose to his feet as a shadow of anger moved across his face, into his heart. "You are not the demoness." He said in a tone of suppressed anger. "You are just a trick send by the shadow gods!" He drew his katana's and pointed both of them towards the angel. "You....will...pay." His eyes turned black as the rage almost consumed him. The light that held a grip on his heart was shattered by the darkness and deep inside his mind the Darklord heard a voice from far away. Memory is the key Alex... Don't forget that.

After many minutes of slashing and pummelling with her fists, Tifa was still exhilarated as the demon apparitions fell. One by one, dropping in spurts of blood and shadow. Tifa was overjoyed to see that Naruto had also conquered his fears, and had joined her in her exorcism. "Say goodbye to the darkness!!!" she cried with delight.

Many more apparitions continued to appear before them, but the more they killed, the less came. The demon reaper's plan to break their minds had failed, and he seemed to eventually give up. Although the black-scarlet hue of the Nightmare Realm continued to loom over them, Tifa and Naruto knew they were winning.

Suddenly Tifa felt a strong urge rise inside of her, another very new feeling. Something was calling her, and she knew she had to find what it was. But how? Tifa had yet to discover the new power inside of her, yet she felt that she knew exactly what to do. Calling to Naruto, she gave him her most beaming smile-

"Naruto, you've been such a great friend to me. But another realm calls, and I should heed it. Hope you can finish this battle on your own now, shouldn't be too hard. Until we meet next time......"

And with that Tifa thrust up her hand and shot a silver bullet of power into the ceiling, which grew and began to swirl, creating a vortex of light which lit the darkness and sent their enemies reeling and scrambling for shadow. Closing her eyes, she allowed her slender body to float upwards into the vortex, leaving Naruto behind her.....

*****

Landing gracefully, Tifa gazed around at the world her senses had guided her to. Opening a vortex like that had been another new and exhilarating experience for her, and her spirits soared. But before she had much time to enjoy the experience, she heard the raging sounds of a battle, coming from an area not too far away. Tifa set off running in the direction of the commotion, her raven hair still matted with blood but flowing out behind her. She had no time to think about the blood that also still stained her skin and clothes

This world was not much different from the one she'd been in shortly before, prior to the darkness creeping into it. Light and crystalline, shimmering all around her but with much more white than before. The Light Realm..... Her inner voice told her so.

Finally she reached a small clearing, where she could see the back of a cloaked figure embroiled in a battle with something Tifa couldn't quite make out. What was that thing? And who was the cloaked figure? Do I know him?

Darklord ran at Demoness and slashed for all he was worth. The attacks were to fast for her to dodge them all but she seemed to recover faster then he could hurt her. The golden blood trickled from his blades as he put them back into their sheaths as he cursed out loud.My swords cannot hurt her for her blood gave them their power.

The Demoness saw that Darklord had lost his focus for a moment and made use of this precious moment. She sang a small song which mesmerized him for a second. With every note, her arms transformed a little bit until they were two sharp scythes of light. She immediately took the offence and started to unleash her fury upon him. Trickles of blood began to stream down Darklord's face as cuts began to form all over his face.

Darklord regained his thoughts and moved back, away from the mowing arms of terror. "You may look like Demoness, but you will never get her skills." He laughed as Demoness continued to cut at him without any plan or rhythm. "Try this on for size" He folded his hands together as if praying. "Firaga!"

An arrow made of fire launched itself from Darklord's hands at Demoness. The force of the attack launched her onto the ground. "You sicken me" Darklord said with a face filled with sadness. For a second he stopped as he felled a breeze moved across his bloody face. He noticed a presence behind him he felt a long while back. "Tifa" he said as his face formed into a wicked smile. As he turned around and faced the girl he met all that time ago. "I'm so gla...." His words got cut off as he slowly looked down at his stomach. "Rule one, my dear. Never turn your back on an enemy who still has legs." Demoness said with a smile as she withdrew the scythe from his body. Darklord fell to the ground as his mouth filled with blood. How...how could I be so stupid? He thought as he landed on his hands and knees. How?

Naruto looked over at Tifa as she spoke, but that wasn't the only thing he heard, now that he was in this area, he could hear her every thought. And the thoughts she were thinking now, well they turned the light around him, a blinding white. Woah...... Naruto thought in amazment, there was no other word to describe it; it was hyperactive energy, overcoming her fears and finding her strength, had given Tifa a new way to fight, to fight with the light. All Naruto could do was dumbly nod his head as she asked for the first attack.

She is amazing.... Naruto thought as he watched her plow through the clones. However it wasn't long before Naruto had to face his own clones. There right in front of him appeared clones of Saskue and Sakura. Damn it.....their only clones.....I can take them. Naruto worridly thought, until the clones started to speak. Naruto....just to let you know....I have never liked you.....nor returned your affections......it's always Saskue I want. The Sakura clone spoke meancenly. Yeah.....she always wanted me.....and just to add.....I am the stronger one. The Saskue clone added.

"Nooo....." Naruto spoke out loud as he sunk to his knees, his greatest fears were coming true, he wimppered on the ground. Suddenly the fox spoke to him What are you doing???? they are only clones.....demons....fight back!!! With the fox's encouragment, Naruto manged to pull himself to his feet. He remebered his real teammates, and felt the same energy Tifa had. My strength is my friends..... with a yelled Naruto charged at the fake clones and with utterly brutal and bloodly attacks, he destoryed the clones easily. He smiled as he turned around too Tifa and saw that she had won her battles as well. His smile soon disapeared as he heard what Tifa was saying. "NO!" He yelled and made a jump for her, only to miss as she disapeared in a blinding light. "I will fine a way to follow you." He promised, looking up into the sky.

How?

Horror was writ all over Tifa's face. She stared with wild disbelief into the eyes of one of her old friends- his mouth flowing with blood, and his own eyes blank. He knelt on the floor, the scythe buried deep into his flesh and the howling laughter of a Demoness creature behind him, the final backdrop of the defeated. "D.....Dark Lord......" was all that Tifa could stutter as she saw him fall to the ground flat on his face, spilling blood on the illuminated floor. He looked dead.

"You.....you......."

Suddenly the face of the Demoness faded in front of Tifa's eyes, as she watched the world change around her. The sky appeared above them, a brilliant blue touched with small white clouds. A peaceful ocean lapped at Tifa's feet, and Darklord's lifeless body. Others appeared one by one into this new dimension, some she recognized and some were new to her. She felt the presence of another higher being, his anger aimed at every single one of the people who appeared in this world. Preparing herself mentally, Tifa watched the others' movements and waited for her next challenge.

His mind was fluttering of from his brother’s words, “our earth realm and Outworld have collided, Radian and the other Elder Gods tried to stop it but it was too late.” Subzero’s blood went into a boil “Kahn how dare you destroy our peace I hope you burn in hell.”
Subzero threw his fist into the air and howled into the air “When I get my hands on you, you’re dead.” I strange laughter surrounded subzero “Who’s there if you want top fight I’m right here.”

“Good.” The man said as he swung his silver hammer. Subzero quickly twisted his body backwards; the hammer imprinted the rock behind him. “I know that Voice,” Subzero whispered, “Kahn how nice of you to eavesdrop.” The man wore a grey tattered skull and was at least 7ft tall. “Subzero it seems that pile of garbage couldn’t kill you.” “Don’t talk about my brother that way Kahn.” The man walked past Subzero and pulled his massive hammer from the rock.

“You do not stand a chance against me Subzero” Kahn laughed, “not even your precious Elder Gods stood a chance.” Subzero stare would scare the most accursed demons, “you have broken the rules of Mortal Kombat.” Kahn smiled a two faced smile, “I care not for tournaments, I just want to be emperor of the universe.” Subzero whipped his blade from it’s satchel, “I’m gong to enjoy killing you.” Kahn threw his hammer to the ground causing the world to shake, “not even Radian can stop me, you have no hope.”

Subzero rushed to Kahn and sent a massive blow to face, Kahn’s mask shattered but his face did not show a single scratch. “If that is all your going to do, then give up now.” Kahn grabbed Subzero’s neck and drove his body into the ground, “I have no time for games.” Subzero wrapped his legs around Kahn’s waist, and with his entire body wait turned Kahn on his back.

“It’s my turn now Kahn,” Subzero froze his hands into blocks of ice. Subzero smiled “I hope you like blood with extra ice,” he started showering Kahn’s face with punches one after another. After the onslaught of fist Subzero looked at Kahn, “That’s what you get for messing with earth.” Kahn sent a punch to Subzero’s chin, “Did you think that would work, did you actually think you could win.”

“But how,” Subzero thought, “How could he have taken so much damage and just stand up.” Kahn grabbed his hammer again and slammed it on Subzero’s chest. “UGH,” subzero moaned, “you may kill me, but Lu Kang will destroy you.” Kahn stomped on Subzero’s chest. “I have already dealt with Lu Kang.” He sent a devastating kick to Subzero’s ribs sending his body fling into the air.”

Having difficulties escaping from the death trap, Goku was stuck there for a good 30 minutes. "Damn, when will I get out?" He said. "How silly to be fooled by your own mind's tricks. This is, undoubtly, the deadliest planet I have ever been on." And as long as he could stay there, he knew that something else might just give him an opportunity, or end his life. He looked at the roof, noticing an another death trap closing in. "Damn it! I have to get out." He thought to himself.

Goku tried using his ability to fly, but he couldn't seem to do ANYTHING. His mind was just doing an another trick to his situation. As he was in a hopeless situation, he looked at the roof again, noticing that the death trap was just a few feet close to his head. "I give up, I guess you win...world." His final words before closing his eyes. It was the end until...

....Wha?

"Where the heck am I?!" "Shouldn't I be dead?" "What will my future hold?" his questions were yet unanswered as he took step by step forward, trembling from the existence of a near end. "This is...an endless road." He said to himself. Goku recovered his position, for as walking would just be pointless, and waited for something to happen.

He saw someone spawning right near him. He could've been more confused by the sudden entrance, but he had some reason to stay quiet. "Who might you be, madam?" he asked, gently. Whilst he was publicly questioning, he felt some weird headache taking over, and was getting worse slowly, but he couldn't do anything except ignoring it.

Hope nothing bad lies ahead.

Everything around him seemed to turn inside out, and suddenly he laid there on a small muddy patch of land. The water streamed in and out of his wound. It washed away all the sorrows and pain, but his anger did not seem to die down. The rage continued to build up like a house of cards, destined to come down and crush everyone inside. It is not fair! He thought as all the bad stuff that had happened to him rushed trough his mind.

He threw himself back to his feet as the water and blood dripped off of him. It is not fair! He yelled at Tifa, who was shocked to see that he was still alive. The cuts on his face were gone already, but the hole in his stomach still showed a few of his organs. His eyes started to glow as voices inside his mind all tried to tell their stories. He grabbed the sides of his head and began to whisper which was soon followed by screaming. "Shut up ... shut up..... SHUT UP!"

He looked up and caught the gaze of Tifa, but that was not what he saw. He saw a target, someone who did not deserve to be alive. He quickly reached inside his coat and wrapped his hand around the cold metal object inside. He moved out his arm in a quick motion and a second later the metal point of a dagger pierced the flesh of Tifa's hand. Kill them.... Kill them both! A whisper in his mind said. Darklord stared at Tifa as the blood began do drip from her hand. He noticed someone behind her, but he seemed not as important as his original target. "Bring it on." He said as he drew his blood stained katana's.

He could sence the others close by but something was wrong."My head why is it hurting."Someone was trying to enter his mind and Harpuia was having trouble pushing him out."Ahhh get out of my head, leave me alone."His body began sending out pulses of electricity everywhere. The lighting started to crash into the water and some of it went straight into the air. His body could not expell the being trying to enter but it wasnt about to give up just yet."Must resist...must find a way to get rid of it."More and more electricity began to fly everywhere as Harpuia struggled to get rid of the unknown entity.

Goku noticed the mysterious human getting attacked by an another mysterious short figure. "Who shall that be?" He said to himself. "Whoever he is, he sure is looking for trouble." Goku approached towards the figure, beginning to charge his powers, but before he could do that, he suddenly fell on the ground from the intense headache that was built up over time.

UGH...THIS...HEADACHE...

Goku was surrounded by the dark aura, having all of his dark powers featured in that moment. "THIS....MIGHT BE A PLEASANT MOMENT." He said, with a different tone of voice, sounding like a psycho path who's looking for some blood and flesh. He slowly stood up, with no flaws physically whatsoever, looking at both figures nearby. "NORMAL FORM..MIGHT NOT WORK RIGHT NOW. HOW ABOUT...I SPICE IT UP... EH?!" He said, while immediately skipping the first super saiyan form and turning into super saiyan 2. "RISKY...BUT IT'S WORTH IT." He said, as slowly his skin was turning black, and his hair wasn't blond at all, it looked more like brown...but it was in the form of changing, so that wasn't the final result. Goku might as well be damned to ever come out of his dark self, for as he knew that his darkness has been postponing him to ever do things right.

Darklord laugh as he saw Goku turn into Super Saiyan 2. "Please, I can get the same effect with some hair coloring and styling gel." He felt that his attention was torn between Tifa and Goku, although he felt that Tifa was far more powerful. He saw that Tifa’s hand was still immobile for now so he focused on Goku. "So ... you want to fight? Bring it on." He said with a smile on his face.

His eyes started to glow in a brighter shade of red as folded his hand into a bowl and pointed them towards Goku. Nobody stands in Darklord's way. He channeled dark energy from his core into his hands and put his right leg behind his left. HADOKEN! He yelled as a ray of energy emerged from his hands and rushed towards his glowing enemy. This is going to hurt you more than me, Goku. Way more.

Peter evaded Venom's attack and turned around to see Venom fall flat on his face. The world had changed again. It was the first world Peter had been to before he opened the door. I don't get it. Why does this world keep changing? A world of Thoughts and dreams. Then a world of Nightmares and screams. Now back to this Nothing world? I'm afraid I'm not messing with normal science anymore. This is beyond human knowledge. This isn't even science it madness. Peter was sent flying into the air. Venom had struck Peter with a powerful blow to the stomach. Peter had hit a rock and bounce onto the water face down. Peter turned his head to the right so that it wasn't face with water beneath him.

Venom Walked up to Peter and picked him up by the shirt. Venom brought Peter to his face and gave a sinister laugh. Peter looked Venom in the eye and he secretly webbed Venom. As Venom looked down Peter lifted his leg and kicked Venom in the chin. Venom let go of Peter and he landed on his legs. Peter pulled the on the web over his head. Venom went along with the web and he was smashed into the ground with tremendous force. Peter picked Venom up and punched him in the face. Peter webbed Venom once more and threw the web into the air Venom along side it. Peter pulled on the web and as Venom came down Peter pounced on his head.

"I beat you once and I'll do it again."

I can’t move.

The lowly body of the Champion of Light was leisurely plummeting into the radiant ocean of solitude, his majestic thoughts of peace shrouded in a complex vial. His hearted ached with an excruciating, absolute anguish. His thoughts of merriment and bliss were rapidly vanishing from his frail body. A disheartening impression was slowly intruding into his metallic frame, which was distorting his mind with various images of the horrendous crimson fluid he despised all of his life.

The celestial warrior wanted to inhale a massive amount of the essential air he longed for and let out deafening shriek, but his lungs were quickly engulfed by the liquid that surrounded his existence. He could not pant. He could no longer let a brilliant word escape his lighten lips.

I need to move. This world needs peace!

But no matter how many motivational words he had reflected upon, his failing body denied all of his imminent acts. The blue bomber merely descended deeper into the substantial sea, decreasing in elevation with every moment that had past.

I need to move! I promised myself that I would stop these games. I promised Link!

Ichigo had come a long way too find nothing in this world, the thing that Azael had told him to find Ichigo could not find as he had been battling the Angelic Warriors.
In the heat of battle a sudden burst of light blinding Ichigo confused and dazed him at the same time.
"AAAAHHHHH, whats going on!" Ichigo yelled as he felt himself spinning around without an end.

He felt his body fall to what seemed like a mushy surface, neither soft nor solid.
What could i possibly have gotten myself into now, He thought as he slowly stood up and started surveying his surroundings.
He was on a beach, or at least that's what it looked like. All Ichigo could see was water and the sky and some land.
"That would explain the soft weird surface I landed on" Ichigo muttered.

He could see figures in the distance, the past had taught him that figures in the distance weren't usually a good sign, but something inside of him made him start towards the direction of the figures.
I hope i won't regret this, he thought as he started to run faster towards the figures who instead of a blur became a group of what seemed to be people.

Ted held his silence as he stood, his breath escaping his lungs in rapid , audible bursts. Sylar's smile widened.

"You are assuming that your weapon will have an effect?" Sylar asked, breaking the silence.

Ted shifted the bat into his other hand and used his newly unoccupied hand to scratch his skull, which slipped off of Ted's head. Without flinching, Ted bent over and picked up the top of his head and returned it to its proper place atop his skull.
Sylar watched the process without any emotion.

Ted chuckled. "Yes, I actually think that I can do some damage with this. But first, why did you kill me?"

"Because you were undeserving of your power," Sylar replied in a monotonous voice, his smirk had disappeared from his face.

"Bull shi-," Ted spat profusely. "Tell me why!"

Sylar's face was like a stone, not revealing any emotion, as he spoke:
"Your power intrigued me. The ability to emanate radiation at my leisure was too great a possibility to dismiss."

Ted's grasped the bat with his other hand and tightened his grip as he prepared to strike at Sylar. He took a step forward

"I'm sick," Sylar said spontaneously, causing Ted to cease his movements. "There's a hunger. Deep inside of me that's causing me to seek out our kind and devour their power through any means necessary. "

Ted smiled and resumed his advance. "Then let me help you," the words were uttered in the most sinister of voices.

When the distance between Ted and Sylar was a mere five meters, Ted lunged towards Sylar, readied his blunt metallic weapon, and swung the bat in a specific direction; Sylar's head was merely in the path of the weapon.

Numerous thoughts ran through Sylars head during the sequence of events that was ensuing. Several of them decided to hold a committee and a marathon was formulated. The winner of the marathon was the thought that took control of Sylar's attention: "The other two disappeared without doing damage. Ted should be no different"

Ted's bat struck Sylar on the left side of his head. Upon impact, a psychedelic explosion of white stars and swirls appeared in Sylar's vision. The force of the impact was enough to send Sylar flying through the air. Upon hearing the metallic thud of the bat against Sylar's skull, gravity reared its ugly head in Sylar's direction and was surprised to see that Sylar was airborne and immediately surrounded Sylar with a wide field of gravity, causing Sylar's body to descend and collide with the pale ground of the Thought World.

When Sylar's body came to a screeching halt, he refused to move for several seconds as he attempted to wrap his mind around what had just happened. The previous two "attacks" had dealt no physical offense, but Ted's bat had actually smashed against Sylar's head.

Sylar slowly pushed off the ground, his head still sensitive where he had been struck, and tried to locate Ted, but was unsuccessful. As Sylar looked around, he realized that he was no longer where he had been. Instead, he was lying down in a shallow pool of water.

Will this day get any better? Sylar asked himself.

Naruto still on the ground looking for Tifa, suddenly felt a light brezze coming from somewhere. What.....where is that brezze coming from??? He looked around Thought World, his eyes seeing the beautiful lilies and flowers around him, as well as the abstract changing colours moving around the area. He kept his eyes moving looking for the source of the brezze, until suddenly he saw it. What the hell??? it was a giant black hole, in the middle of the World, slowly getting bigger and bigger. And the hole got bigger the wind got stronger. This can not be good.... Naruto thought as he began sliding towards the black deep before him.

With a yell he tried to run, but found that his legs could not move, niether is hands or any other part of his body, as he slowly gained speed and sped towards the black hole. What unearthly force is this??? Naruto thought as he saw other people get sucked into the black hole before him. Thought World had now taken on a meancing air, all the colour had turned black and the world was disapearing around him. Naruto screamed out loud as the black hole reached him and took him into its deadly embrace.

He was still screaming when he appeared in the new area, [I]What???......I'm alive....where am I?[I] He looked around the new area and saw that he was on a light sandy plain, above him was no sun nor moon, but there was still a light coming from somewhere. He looked around him and could see other people in the area with him. He wondered where he was, as he started to look for Tifa.

Tifa could only stand and watch as the people around her, friends and strangers alike, fell into battle with each other. No longer could her mind be penetrated by the darkness that controlled them now. "If only there was something I could do....." she sighed. Looking down at her hand, she remembered the evil eyes of Dark Lord as he'd impaled it with his dagger. She had thought him dead, but once again his regenerative abilities had stunned her, and in her disbelief she'd missed his madness and was defenseless to his stabbing. It had hurt her heart as well as her hand. The dagger was now gone, and the wound had healed up quickly with the silver light that now dwelled within her. But the hurt in her heart remained.

Flurries of powerful balls of lightning, the clashing of swords, chasing and yelling at each other. Tifa's mind wandered to the power that could be behind their war cries. Who was controlling them, making them fight each other? And why would they do such a thing? What were the motives behind their meaningless destruction of people's minds? Suddenly Tifa felt the need to escape this strange plain. No use sticking around and watching these people fight each other. I have to find a way out, and perhaps find a way to stop this madness.

Once again summoning forth the new silver energy from within, Tifa created another vortex in the sky. Floating up again towards it, not knowing where it would lead or where she even wanted to go, Tifa took a last glance at the people she left behind. Dark Lord, who she had thought dead but who seemed to recover very quickly and join in the fray, stabbing her hand in the process. Naruto, who she could see searching for her still, and who she wished she didn't have to leave behind. Other people who she'd met along the way were also there: Harpuia, Ike, Peter, Riku. Many of them familiar faces. She silenty wished to herself that they would recover from their madness soon, and that she would see them again as their normal selves.

No holding back. I'll fight until my last dying breath.....

And she was gone.

"Bring it!" Firing waves of sonic booms, Harpuia blasted the first wave of ice attacks. As Sub-Zero came close Harpuia warped in front of him and grabed him with his tallons."You fool, you are not faster then me and you never will be, Plasma comet."Flying high into the air, Harpuia charged his tallons, zapping subzero in the process. Then with a spin he through Sub-Zero into the ground creating a crater."Mwuhahaha you fool i will destroy you, Hells Lighting." Charging up his turbines Harpuia sent a massive bolt of dark lighting into the sky. As a result, the sky turned black and peals of thunder could be heard all over. Then lighting began to fire down from the sky hitting anything in reach.

Ichigo was already beginning to regret running towards the blurred figures, as he got closer he saw people he recognized, Naruto, Harpuia, Ike, Peter and Riku they were all there. Ichigo could also see people he did not recognize but for some reason everyone was fighting amongst each other.
Why is everyone fighting? What's going on, is this another trick by the Shadow Gods? Ichigo thought as he watched as friends and foe's alike engaged in mortal combat.

Lightning was all around but in one place in particular, he turned to see what was happening where it was coming from. As he looked at Harpuia he saw a dark cloud circling him as Harpuia was screaming in agony and at Sub-Zero to get away.
Ichigo watched in utter horror as his friend was transformed into a monstrous being with talons and lighting all around him.

"This is only the fault of the Shadow Gods, DAMN YOU!" Ichigo yelled as he ran towards Sub-Zero and the Evil Harpuia.
Dodging lightning and blasts of thunder Ichigo slowly made his way to the back of Harpuia's jets.
Forgive me Harpuia for I must do this to save your life, Ichigo thought as he used his shunpo to get into and even range with Harpuia's jets, he pulled out Zangetsu and pulled it over his head as he screamed while bringing down his Zanpakutou striking the jet's with awesome strength that had returned to Ichigo.

"You fool, do you think that could hurt me." Harpuia was spon around from the attack but remained hovering there in place."There is nothing you can do for him, his body is mine and so are all his powers!"Charging the turbines, Harpuia let out a screech and thousands of sonic blast were sent out to attack Ichigo."You will pay for attacking me. I will send you to oblivion, Dark Lighting Javelin."Using his tallons, Harpuia summoned a giant lighting bolt and hurled it at Ichigo. The sheer forse ripped up the floor as it headed toward him. Sub-Zero had already dodged it and was out of harms way."Die!!"Harpuia contiued his assualt on Ichigo

He had been void with what had been fear but what was now just an emptiness. Yugi sat with one leg beneath his tense body. Deep inside his brain was something like a rattle that would not let him relax. He thought, I'm not going to see the Pharaoh again, am I? His jacket was speckled with blood. All was quiet in the space; there was only the even breathing of Yugi in deep, thoughtful meditation. He felt that his dreams and thoughts and prayers were living things, lingering in the darkness, hovering above his head, and standing over him. Every thought was of the Pharaoh—every thought his thought and every feeling his feeling. Yugi heard mystic voices rising into air, powerful and yet broken amid his tears. They were mostly nonsense, though several could be referred to as little nuggets of knowledge. “Know thyself.”; “Be gone from this land before it’s too late.” He didn’t budge. The nails of his hand scratched against the lucid ground; he piqued himself upon the solidity of his own reflection.

Yugi watched others with the silence of suspended breath beneath him. The wreck of a stone building sat afar. Curious, he made for the ruins, rising with the invisible hills, falling with the valleys, striving hard and valiantly. The distance was no problem, but the strong tide of force made the strife deadly. At length he neared the wreck. Yugi was so near that he would be clinging onto its busted side with another vigorous stride.

“Wow.” A shaky hand skimmed along a smooth stone surface. “What…What is this…?” His soul seemed flying from his mouth with those words. Some strange currents seemed hurrying him towards it. In a trance, Yugi yielded before continuing any farther. A single, broken depiction was placed as if choreographed before him. It was the pharaoh. This was just a memory…just a thought…

To Ichigo's dissapointment the attack on the jet's was futile and did nothing to the Evil Harpuia. Now though it was Ichigo who was on the defensive as Harpuia had sent several lightning bolts that looked like javelins at Ichigo.
Sub-Zero having already seen the attack was well out of the way, Ichigo however had mere seconds to defend himself.

Time to bring out the big guns, Ichigo thought to himself as he lifted his hand and brought it to his face. It looked as if Ichigo was pulling something onto his face. Suddenly a burst of reiatsu flew out towards the oncoming attack, meeting it with equal ferocity and force that resulted in an explosion.

The smoke cleared and Ichigo looked at the Evil Harpuia and said, "Now the fun begins, I won't hold back now Harpuia."
Ichigo had gone into his Vizard form. His reiatsu had tripled in both power and quantity.
He looked up at Harpuia with his black eyes, yellow pupils gleaming at the monster, "This is the end," Ichigo said as a dark energy began to form around his Zangetsu.

Sailor Moon stood at the edge of the shoreline as the cool waves broke unto the sandy beach and crept over her toes, sending a chill up her tense spine. She did not move, let alone blink for a few moments, re-playing what just happened to her. She tilted her head back up to the horizon that seemed to never end - Forever keeping on its race of ever rushing waters throughout the world...Or was this even a world?

To her, it seemed like an eternal hell, despite the beautiful ocean that was stretched out before her. Warily, she moved her hand over her arm and attached it there, rubbing it up and down in a continuous motion. She closed her eyes for a few moments of silence and breathed deeply, taking in the fresh seabreezed air that surrounded her existence. She re-opened her eyes, and kept telling herself, It's just a dream...This has to be... Her thoughts sounded genuine, but the truth was, this was more than just reality. No matter how fake this incognito splash of world this seemed, it was wholly grasping the corners of her mind, and letting her know that this was, in fact one-hundred percent real.

She thought of Darien. First off, how could he even show up in her face like that before, in such an eerie and mysterious place? And why there, of all places? Was he even still alive? The questions piled up in her brain that could only take so much and she rubbed it, out of a sudden throb that emerged. The curiousity was killing her. How much longer must she wait for answers to come? So far, none were being revealed. She stomped her foot into the ground out of frustration. If you hate me so much, then why don't you just take my life now?! Eh?! She fell on her knees, making the water splash beneath her and sprinkle salt water on her body. She started to let tears fall from her eyes, creating drips that made tiny splats in the water beneath her legs. She pounded the ground again, but this time with her hand. She started to cry for a while.

Sailor Moon sat back on her heels as the rushing tides swept over her knees. She looked to the transforming sky - The old shade of blue becoming a dense pink and orange color, a result of the nearing sunset - And sighed. Sailor Moon, I love you. He had said those very words, correct? So why was she thinking these turning ways? It wasn't his fault he died, perhaps it was only his mere sweet spirit talking to her; A light shining in the darkness.

Exactly. That was what he had been, her guardian angel coming to her rescue in the nick of time. How dare she had thought he didn't care? Of course he did. He meant the world to her, and same to him. A never-ending chain revolving around their love. Forever. She couldn't help but smile at the thought. She would someday be with him once again, a reunion it would be. A mighty fine one, so to speak. She stood back up to her feet courageously and lifted her arms to the sky, as if he were hovering above her. "Darien, I won't let you down!!" she yelled, with a laugh.

She could have sworn he brushed by her lifted hands.

A shattered world of clamoring tumult glistened in its falling force, slipping from its assured position above; the ground pressed upward, and through, on to meet the racing powers which slid away.
In this bewildering conundrum of madness, through this hopelessly flipping and churning world, he still laughed.
It was sudden when the change occurred, the pallid face returning to its stark pale, the demon eyes coated in black, the beautiful curling hair now matted and a tangible menacing shade. His featured were ignited with a violent, chaotic nature; the grim condescending smile returning.
All too soon had it vanished; the waves of illusion and false trickery replaced with a curious span of emptiness. Seemingly endless and colorless, an inexplicable place filled with everything that hadn’t been thought, that wasn’t seen – nothing.
The cackling laughter was like corruption to this steadfast place, his shrill outburst warping the very edges of the newfound reality and its countenance. A new, beguiled life was forced to being, and with it was awoken the monster.

Rays of light greeted Otoha, as he emerged from the infinite darkness that clouded his mind. They were not burning rays, or faint, just right. This place seemed very familiar, Dejavu?, no it was more like a very hazy dream. The sandy beach called him forth, and his body urged him to obey. He walked on, with only a will to strive on. His feet dug into the sand as his eyes traveled back to where he had appeared, there was nothing to behold now. This very world had put out the flame of hope he had gained, and the same rekindled it. "I wonder..." his thoughts traveled to Shinjuki. "I wonder if this is just a dream... A dream I cannot wake from?" There was little sarcasm or seriousness in his voice. It was almost a casual question, and in the end it was carried away by the almost still wind. He walked a distance that seemed like miles, and even so his body did not grow weary. There was something about this still place, there was something hidden behind it. The truth of it perplexed him, and if there was any truth, it had to be that there was none. The truth always hurts, but this place was so calm and serene... like the humanity of it was sucked out. Only in dreams of fiction and abstract worlds can there exist the eternal bliss that surrounded Otoha. "I really do wonder..."

His thoughts guided him to a vast expansion of sand, the beach seemed to hinder at its presence and the air almost cowered high above. "This must be, the abnormality in all this perfection." These misguided words were intended for the blot of land strangely. "What are you really?" Otoha waited hopefully for an answer. In a logical situation he would have thought he was schizophrenic, but there was no logic in such a calm place. He made a tentative step in the edge. Nothing happened. Another tentative step brought him closer to the center. "Whats your objective?" Yet another seemingly meaningless question. He was a bit more relaxed, although still careful. These were precarious grounds. Another tentative step, before he looked back. "What?!" Behind him lay nothing, but sand, the beach had disappeared leaving nothing but a bed of sand. This truly was, nothingness. "You did have a plan all along, didn't you." He laughed, "Ha, ha. I guess you caught me then, who are you, and what do you want?" No response, and none to be heard for miles. "Hmmm, I'll give you time them... I have a feeling I'll be here for some time."

He stared off into the distance, a strange light, but not the sun gleamed. As the scene. Otoha stood, among the infinity of sand. Few actual thoughts going through his mind...

I will hold on...
