Not much is known about how this woman was chosen by the Shinra Company to do into the Deepground Project, but closed off from the world, inhabiting the darkness underneath the Shinra Building, Rosso quickly became warped and sadistic, massacreing her way to the elite group whose rule over Deepground was absolute- The Tsviets. Three years after Meteorfall, within the ruins of the Shinra Building, the locks that bind Deepground are broken and they emerge into the upper world, hungry for blood.....

Rosso The Crimson is stunningly beautiful- and stunningly sadistic. She yearns to spill blood, and revells in the task. Murderous and ruthless, she will stop at nothing, not just for victory but for the sheer enjoyment of death.

Rosso is very fast and light on her feet, and her armour, although barely covering her body, is incredibly tough. Her weapon is a double ended blade with a laser gun attached to the centre, delivering crimson blasts.

Kadaj is a cruel, vengeful 16-year-old male, and leads his two brothers, Loz and Yazoo, in the Remnant group. He is the most powerful Remnant known. His main objective as he travels around the world of Gaia is to journey around and find the Jenova cells, as well as Jenova herself, his mother. A special trait of him-- He is the avatar of none other than the malevolent Sephiroth.

Not much is known about him or his history, as well as the Remnants, but he yearns deeply to locate Jenova and bring her back and give her the world that she "truly deserved."

The maniacal teenager wields a double-bladed katana, also known as a Souba. It is light in weight, and can therefor prove to be a great asset to him in battle with it's agility, as well as Kadaj's own. Also, embedded within his arm, is a special materia. When the materia's power is called forth, he is capable of summoning the great and powerful Bahamut SIN.

Darkness intermingled with light. Hate intermingled with desire. Deepground was raging with such contradictions, as chaos emerged from the seeming quiet that had been the Shira building for so many years. From the shadows of its rubble, a secret army ascended from the darkness into Gaia's light.....

Steel boots clacked along the rubbled pathway, meandering with not a care. Curious and excited about the world above, Rosso observed her surroundings with a sadistic smile. For so long she'd had to make do with slaughtering her own fellow soldiers in order to satiate her bloodlust. Twisted by the darkness, and revelling in the terror and pain of Deepground's atmosphere, she had slashed and shot her way to the very top of the league, to the elite. Now as a Tsviet, she would conquer this new vista and revel once more, this time wetting her blade on many more humans.

My blade is hungry, yet spoiled for choice. Where to start? Surely there must be a challenge up here in this world of light.

She wandered through the destroyed remains of the Shinra building grounds, Her scarlet hair blowing in the acrid wind. Battles raged around her- Deepground soldiers clashed with WRO forces, indiscriminately killing as many as they could. Their thirst for blood almost matched Rosso's own, and she couldn't help but feel gleeful at the sight of the slaughter.

The cold, chilly wind blew across the strange landscape. The only thing to be heard in the vicinity were loud grunts of effort, blades clashing, and gunshots being fired. All around was an all-out war between two rivaling factions each striving for only one power to rule out against the other for complete dominance.

Such stupidity.

The young, silver-haired man continued his way onward throughout the large area known as the Deepground. In his path, lying on the hard, bleak ground, were bodies-- Bloody, rotting corpses surrounding nearly every inch of the ground that had been left. His hair blew to and fro due to the wind.

Imbeciles.

Caught in a large crossfire of piercing bullets from both organizations, the male could not help but smile. Soon enough, the smile turned into that of a laugh, and the laugh, an evil, malevolent cackle. A gunshot had been fired from the young man's right side. Immediately upon hearing it, his eyes shifted to the right. It was no ordinary bullet. This one seemed to be coming straight towards him. Only mere inches away from his face, a tiny smirk appeared on his rigid, pale face. He put his hand to his side, grabbing onto a handle of some sort. The young Remnant quickly unsheathed his double-bladed sword, his quick reflexes coupled with the tough weapon. In a matter of nanoseconds, the bullet had been sliced completely in half, the remains of the lone bullet falling to the ground.

"What a fool, you are," the Remnant stated, wiping the gunpowder from his face. He began to take a few steps closer to the gunner. "You dare contaminate Her world with your feeble existence?" He smirked once more, revealing his sinful green eyes.

Now... Where is Mother?
