I don't suggest it, but I leveled up to lv 100 after he beat me at level 65- so maybe give that a try.
When leveling up I suggest getting your life bar 100% completed and then just up-grade your card power.
As for what cards you should use, I suggest: Mostly early cards you got (only lv. 9) Never use elemental cards- they might heal him- Do not use the oblivion for sure Marluxia's element is neutral, so that will surely heal him, only use cards that the element is Physical (I think that's what it is) don't use any magic cards, but bring lotts of CURES and if yu have it just get some MEGA-ELIXIRS they work great if you don't have the mega-elixir then use MEGA-POTIONS and MEGA-ETHERS. That's all I really know.

Leveling is unimportant in COM to be honest. You should have a fairly large amount of CP by the time you arrive at the fight against Marluxia. This means that you should have obtained mostly CP when you leveled up throughout the game. I would say that you should have somewhere around 700-900. HP is not important because you will focus on taking very little damage.
With that said, you're deck should be constructed of effective combo attacks. Obviously Ultima Weapon is the best; however, you don't need to have them. What you want is high numbered cards with an attack rank of B or higher. This means that you want oathkeepers, Ultimas, one winged angels, divine rose or anything that offers strong attack ratings. Keep in mind that you have to put the cards in a specific order during comboes to maximize their effect. For instance, I think divine rose has a very powerful thrust but a weak finisher (not sure, just refer to your cards' ratings), so you don't want to use it as a finisher. Instead, set a card with an A rank finisher at the end of a combo and set the Rose to your second attack. Remember each combo is only three hits. Load as many comboes into your deck as possible. Be careful using premium cards. They can throw off the order of a combo once they're used, making it essentially useless.
Next is your zeroes! You want to have 4-6 zeroes in your deck and you should set them at the front of your deck, making them easy to access. Keep your zeroes ALL KINGDOM KEYS! Zeroes are only for breaking and not attacking so you want their value to be as low as possible. If you don't have enough Kingdom Keys, use keys from the next tier (three wishes, pumpkinhead, lady luck). You don't want them to use up too many CP and you don't need them to be strong, since you probably won't even be hitting Marly with them. DO NOT USE PREMIUM ZEROES!!!! You always want them to reload.
Cure spells. Load three cure spells AT LEAST! Try to keep them very high values so you can use them solo instead of in a sleight. This will save all the cards for reloading. You can load a premium cure in order to use it for Cura or Curaga if necessary. Just make sure you use that card first so you don't lose the other regular cures. Load an elixer or megalixer if possible. You want to be able to reset the deck count if necessary, but since you wont be using sleights, you don't really need to regain lost cards. Because of this, you could just use a high potion (not sure on the potion effects anymore, just make sure it resets the reload counter).
Next is optional, but use enemy cards to your advantage. The best to go with is the card that allows you to avoid being broken for 30 attacks (I think it's the trickmaster card, not sure though). If you can use this, you will be able to attack 30 times (that's 10 comboes) without being interrupted. Use this to your advantage and make those attacks count for good damage.
Priority in your deck should be: 1) Cure; 2) Zeroes; 3) Attack Cards; 4) Potion; 5) Enemy Card.
After this you should just focus on avoiding damage and breaking his attacks when they're unavoidable. Get off your attacks when you have the opportunity and hope for the best. There's not much else to it. I will say; however, that once you get to the third fight against him, you might want to just abuse Sonic Blade. In order to accomplish this, set your attack cards in an order that allows you to quickly load for that sleight and use it immediately. Doing this though, may require that you use an elixer card to regain your lost attack cards.

Well, I beat him at Lv. 53 with 560 Max. HP (that's as high as you can go) and 600 Max. CP.
As for cards, you should probably have lots of attack cards with things other than the Kingdom Key, with HIGH numbers, plus a few 0 attack cards. Also, you should have at least three high-numbered Cure cards and the Oogie Boogie card. If you have all of these things, all the Marluxia battles should be a snap.
Thanks a lot guys I will try them out! Hope they work!
