I feel bad for sora ever since he got the keyblade because he had a nice life till the storm were his life gets turned upside down first his best friend gets taken over by darkness then he looses girl that he obviously likes and gets separated from both of them but then when the finally are reunited the they have to part but then he is able to come home

that is life of sora never getting a chance but do u know what i think the should of had sora and kairi admit there love for each other nourma could have fitted it in at the end because everyone wants to see that:(

I wouldn't want to. How they proclaim or even hint their love for each other is so badly written and badly executed that I really think Sora and Kairi are going to be one of the worse couples to be seen in videogames.

As for Sora's life being ruined. Not really, Sora seems more happy smashing heartless' head than chilling out back at the island. If you look at it another way, he gets to travel all over the universe, meet new people, protect them and gain new friends and experiences. In other words, there might be a whole lot of bad side, but there seem to be a lot of the good side as well.

Is Sora sad? In Kingdom Hearts 1, I couldn't blame him, because he spent a lot of his time finding Riku and Kairi. But in Kingdom Hearts II, Kairi back at the Island and Sora can ease back. Mostly because he knew Mickey and Riku can fight for themselves.

He might be sad at first. But I think he's happier than he's been.
