Oh, I hate that battle. Basically, just don't use Blizzard attacks because they will actually heal him, try to level-up to get your Max. HP and Max. CP up higher, dodge whenever he uses any of his special ice attacks, and stringing together some powerful Sleights can (as usual) be very helpful.

You should know better by now that this is the wrong section for this.

Zeroes to break his sleights and fire is effective. Also use your highest value cards and any enemy cards that are effective.

If he uses that attack where icicles repetitively pop out of the ground and chase you- if you don't have a 0 card just keep running (don't dodge roll) in a circle, it will stop. That's the only reason I was succesful.

1st off, sorry for putting it in the wrong section. It was an accident, my computer went to the wrong section (It does that a lot)

and i want to know how to dodge he freeze sleight. i use dodge roll but it only works about once everytime i start to fight him.

Stock up on fire cards and use sleights until ur out of fire cards. Make sure u have some zero cards to break his attacks. And have 9,8,or 7 cards. Nothing below. And throw in some cloud cards if u have three to make an awesome attack that is really effective.

I'm guessing this is the PS2 version of re:com =P. I just beat it maybe a month ago but I remember the Riku battles as Sora. They're rediculous =l. He's wayyyy overpowered for so early on. What you should try to do (and this takes a little bit of time) is make a new deck for blitzing. It works extremely well, in fact it can beat everyone in the game except Marluxia and Axel. What you do is for every 3 cards you put in, make sure they add up between 10 and 15. For example, you would add a 7 then a 3 then a 2 (or something). But *very important!* make sure they're all different types of keyblades. Like the first can be a kingdom key, second can be a pumpkinking, etc. And at the end put in a potion (potion works fine, you don't need a hi-potion).

To use the deck, just spam the triangle button lol. Gotta have good (relatively anyways) timing though to do the blitz sleight. Once you get down to your last cards, you should recall your cards (not potion!) and do it all again. About 50% of the time the second time around you'll get blitz sleights and then the other half will be just hitting Riku 3 times. Unless he uses a 0, which I don't think he uses much (if at all), he can't stop you.
After you go through it the second time then use the potion and start over =]. Works excellently.

But mind you, this is sort of cheating because all you do is spam 1 button and you can beat the crap out of almost any boss lol. I'd recommend you only use this for Riku and then not again cause he's the only unreasonable fight imo. Or at least, until you get very familiar with how the deck works when fighting ;).
