There is no specific strategy too him, but theres 2 things u gotta master, a careful approach and and blitz approach, such as using ur 0 cards when he uses sleights, and going on the offensive when ur in dark mode. and using ur obtained mickey cards when he reloads cause chances are hell break them.

Uve also got ur villan cards to use, such as oogie boogie regianing HP, maleficent to power up ur attacks. All u have to do is just learn to adapt to each situation. It gets easier.

Ansem 2? You only fight him once as Riku (that training thing doesn't count). If that's the fight... then there actually are some strategies.

Personally I find that D-mode makes this fight much harder. The only boss battle that does. He uses lots of 8's, 7's, 9's, and 0's. But with your deck, the first 2 cards are 8 and 7. This is very good. The 9's and 0's you can't do much about except dodge roll away from the attacks. But with the 8 and 7 do as many card duels as you possibly can. And be sure to spam that X button when a duel starts lmao. After every duel reload your deck *and make sure it says 28, not 22!* and wait for him to use another 8 or 7. Card duels do tons of damage to him, but try not to break his cards and go into D-Mode because his frickin guardian will make dark sleights absolutely impossible.

As for the condition cards (or so I call them) start out with Maleficient. Once that runs out, wait until your hp is low and then use Oogie. And once that runs out switch to Captain Hook for the rest of the fight.

He's not too bad once you know how to fight him. And, on a side note, if he uses that attack where he charges at you find a 0 card as fast as you possibly can lol. Cause if you get hit just once, there's an incredibly high chance he'll kill you because the attack hits almost nonstop.

Also, always use Mickey cards 2 or 3 at a time. Never ever 1. It either won't heal enough and be a waste, he'll break it easily, or you'll do holy break which does almost no damage to him and you lose that only source of recovery (except Oogie =P).

Hope it helps.

No. o.o Who would you even fight him as, Sora? Sora doesn't even meet Roxas for another year.

i heard somewhere you get to fight roxas in that part at the tall buildings in kh2 using riku and those two keyblades..... i guess its only for the final mix+ edition.

Riku fighting Roxas at the shyskraper thing is in KH2 however only thru means of hacking, otherwise its not possible/

That just about sums it up. The only time Riku is ever playable, ever, is in re:com and when fighting Xemnas at the end of KH2.
