Come here to try out your characters. :)
Thousands of years ago a magical force was sealed away from the rest of the universe, doomed to its own planet where it would rot and wither for all eternity. As the magical creatures planned their preemptive strike they invited the skeleton king, the very magical force that had destroyed countless worlds to plan with them. He demanded that his skeleton army be unleashed in return for his services. When the magical counsel decided upon letting him enter the war they uncovered his tomb and a darkness filled the land. Vamtias, the Skeleton King called upon his army to guard his tomb and demonic skeletons emerged from the walls and the ground, ready to take their place beside him. This is your first challenge, Hero, if you are listening, this is where you may make your name. Fight Vamtias and take down his army before it reaches your world or any other.

There seemed to be no time for chit chat.
A black haired boy, by the name of Sasuke Uchiha, stood defiantly in the tomb, ready for whatever challenge he faced. A chotoku sword hung on his sheath, as he breathed a sigh, in his life, he had been through a tirade of challenges. And now this.
"Uggh........I don't think I can get used to this." he said silently to himself, looking behind him, he could make out 3 body figures. He had the feeling, that even though they stood in somewhat darkness, making it near impossible for him to see their faces, he could tell their expression was the same as his. Confusion.
"I guess it's time we get acquainted then. I am Sasuke Uchiha, of the Uchiha clan. And you 3 are...............?"
"This was not a good way to start a friendship." he thought, sticking his hand out blindly to shake someone's hand, hoping a light would come from somewhere.

Vamtias felt an intrusion right under his nose. He turned his nose up in his throne room and smelt it, someone had come to die at his feet. He summoned his sword from the farthest reaches of the abyss and commanded his army with the swing of its blade. "I smell someone has entered my tomb, see to it they don't get close than they should." With a quick gestured the skeleton knights nodded and marched down the hall. Vamtias used his sight of the otherworldly to close in on the boy, he looked no older than a sapling, he carried a pathetic sword and appeared to be looking for something. Vamtias clapped his hands together and summoned his voice, like a thousand bullhorns. "Leave my tomb now, and I will assure you a quick death, stay and I will be upon you within minutes, sucking your very soul out of your body." The skeletons appeared in his hall, carrying their vast weapons. These were troubling times for Vamtias and to lose a battle to a child would not happened. He summoned a horde of snaked to surround the boy as well, they venom more poisonous than any snake of their kind. The boy was prey for him, no one had dared enter his tomb since he had been exiled here, and he would make sure no one would ever again. "Have a nice death, sapling."
The young boy continued his ramblings to the surrounding children, a lesson he is teaching on the subject of growing, "So you see, it's not that hard to plant a tree right? You might not get it right the first time but if you try again and again you're bound to succeed." A smile on his lips, he began to demonstrate again by shoveling a suitable spot for a young plant. However, the kids were not interested at all, they came to see something far more exciting. A messy blond hair boy with bright blue eyes began to tug at his uniform sleeves.
"I want to see the magic tree again Ueki! Show us, show us! If not... UWAH! MAAMMMMIIIII~" Extortion at its best, the kid began to scream and cry as loudly as he could to Ueki's dismay, big drops of sweat slipping down his handsome face as he felt murderous intent from four directions stabbed at his heart. "Aa - okay, I'll do it, just don't cry ok? Here, look!" he grabbed a used eraser from his pocket and to his palm and channeled his power into it. A sudden burst of green light illuminated the area as everyone's eyes brightened with delight, and a small shoot of plant extended out of his palm. Every single one of them cheered and squealed enthusiastically at the bizarre sight, "Wow, it's so beautiful!" "Do it again, do it again!"
All the sudden, before his eyes darkness enveloped as everything faded from sight except for the blond boy, and for an instant he was dumbfounded. "Huh?" clueless as always, Ueki Kosuke stared around with idiocy in every move, "Is it night already? How come I couldn't see anything? How about you, kid?" He turned and walked towards the motionless child for a few steps, then as a devious grin plastered itself on the boy's face did he know something was terribly wrong. The grin spreaded wider and wider, and then the booming laughter of horror came, "Hahaha, hahahahahaha! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
His magical broom flashed to his sight as he held it with sweaty palm and beheld the strange sight before him. The kid was the same as ever, but this time a dark aura flowed from within his body like molten lava. "What are you?" Ueki demanded. With a swing of his weapon the broom exploded into a slithering snake of wood and wrapped the boy tightly, rendering him immobilized.
He didn't even flinch. His voice was low and eerie, residue of laughter still evident in his throat, "Kosuke Ueki... Power User and Heaven's Being, I declare your 'condition' abolished and strength restored... From now on you may use your powers to fight, to harm, to kill without fear of vanishing forever. Will you use this power to defeat the king of evil Varmitas, or will you do his bidding like a dog? I am curious of the battles beyond this time... Your life will never be the same again... Face death at its full might." All the sudden the kid brandished a gigantic Keylike weapon of silver light and with a twist of his puny arms, slashed the bounds that held him in place and turned his back. "What?" Ueki was not about to let the kid away, and while he is as dumb as ever and did not understand the riddles placed on him, he knew that he could used his Sacred Weapons right now. Without wasting another second he extended his right hand and yelled, "Kurogane!"
A green light enveloped his arm and evolved into a massive cannon with it's roots firmly attached to the ground. A huge cannon ball exploded towards the strange child with the speed of sound, the darkness torn apart from beneath. While he has not practiced fighting, his skills and powers only grew stronger with age, and he was only seventeen.
But the kid was no ordinary being. A simple raise of his weapon he slashed the cannon ball into two as if nothing as the broken projectile sailed past harmlessly from his side, a blinding line of light marked the spot of the simple slash. Cold, lifeless eyes of boundless azure bore deep into Ueki's own orbs, and suddenly he found himself unable to move. Cold shiver ran down his spine, a strange force of pressure so strong it exceeded everything he has fought... Until now.
The kid raised his weapon once again and a beam of light shot out from the tip, not a few steps away a white door began to form and expand at will. Without delay he stepped through the pathway, and was gone. Light faded into nothingness, but darkness, remained.
He didn't know what happened next, but he was falling... Ueki fell and fell like a rock plummeting towards an endless bottom... And his consciousness faded away.

Ahh my head...
Neo opened his eyes and with blur look looked around him. Last he remembered was a hard final battle with 10 feet long Smith. He had won and brought peace into Matrix, while he himself now was stuck in some other place. Did that happen again?
He had witnessed the time, when he was stuck in between the real world and the Matrix. Somehow, he had managed to get away with help of Morpheus and Trinity. Trinity... With heavy heart he remembered he lost Trinity. One time, he was able to revive her but there, in real world he couldn't revive her. It was different than in Matrix. It seemed that he had gained control of Matrix and was able to change the events there how he wanted and in the way he wanted.
He shook his head and got on his feet. Finding himself in weird place, with a lot of dead bodies made him worry a little. Just a little. So, what the Destiny has prepared for me this time? Statues with sharp teeth were all around and the dead bodies seemed not to be all of humans. They seemed different. Alien or other.
Neo started to walk slowly because he still was dizzy and little weak. Last battle with Smith had taken a lot of strength from him. He pointed his hand in dirrection of some objects and concentrated - his powers were working. That means I am still connected with Matrix. But how? This is not the Matrix! This is... a Tomb! With caution, Neo continued his way.

A hiss warned Sasuke of impending danger, as he turned around to see a barrage of green eyed snakes, hungry for their next meal. Fed up with this state of confusion he was thrown into, he began to slash at the eyes, seeing them fade and fall to the ground, the light in the pupils fading. The ninja grunted, and activated his Sharingan eye, his pupils turning a fierce red, and 3 apostrophe shaped marks formed into each of his eyes. He hoped it would improve his vision, rather than be stuck in the darkness.
He parried another snake bite, and his Sharingan caught a fault in the wall. He flipped over the snakes, slicing off 2 more heads in the process, landing on the wall feetfirst, while channeling his chakra to his feet, pushing and pushing, hoping to break through to a way out of here. The wall broke through, rubble and dust behind him, it seemed to be a main hallway, and torches had burned bright, almost as if to welcome him. But Sasuke turned his attention again to the venomous variety of vile snakes. They were all intertwined, as some sort of a chimera. He slashed each one off, but every time, they regenerated, more flaming mad than ever. "Flaming mad.......flaming......." and this gave Sasuke an idea. He put his two fingers to his mouth, making a small circle, then put his mouth at the point where the two fingers meet, as if to spit between them. But no liquid would protrude from these lips.
"Fire Style, Dragon Flame Jutsu!" he exclaimed, sending a raging fire towards the sinister striking snakes, as they all wriggled on the ground, succumbing to their violent heated end. He turned to see wide corridors, it seemed he was in some kind of a castle, or some building of darkness. The bricks on the walls, black and green, it all seemed like a dark precense. Sasuke deactivated his Sharingan, and began to begin his exploring, not knowing of the fight ahead that awaited him.

"Hmm..." It was dark. That much was obvious. "Alright then..." As far as Yuri could tell, he was in a tomb of some type. He was in a small square room, with no light at all. Pitch black.
A few seconds passed with no sounds. Yuri wasn't all that worried about being trapped. No, we was listening. Another few seconds passed. Nothing. "Good...then no one will mind if I..." He stepped back, "Azure Edge!" With a flick of his wrist and blade, a powerful blue blast of energy rocketed forth, ripping through the wall and making a Yuri-sized hole.
"Well, well. This is oddly convenient. I think I'll just slip through this right here." He stepped out, looking both directions. "Not to shabby of a place. Looks almost like the lower quarter." He sheathed his katana, the Second Star, and moved on.

Soul Society
"Oih Rukia, I'm going to the gate, you sure you and Renji wanna sit this one out?" Ichigo said as he waited outside the 11th squad housing in which Kuchiki Rukia stayed when she wasn't at home with Byakuya the catpain of the 6th squad.
There was no reply from her as she just waved goodbye to Ichigo as he walked out of the 11th squad's housing unit and headed for the gate.
He had been told that there was an impending threat on Soul Society and all of Earth including Karakura Town and that Kurosaki Ichigo, the Dubstitute Shinigami would be sent there to stop it immediatly.
Ichigo was very powerful at this point, he had faced very powerful opponents and beat them every time.
"Yosh here I go!" Ichigo said as he stepped throught the poratl and was immediatly transported to the place called the Ruined Tomb.
Ruined Tomb
As Ichigo stepped out of the portal he could immediatly sense the evil power that rested in this place, the fight wouldn't be an easy one.
"What's wrong Ichigo? Are you letting your fears get the best of you?" A voice inside Ichigo's head spoke. It was his Zanpakutou, Zangetsu who Ichigo had always called Old Man Zangetsu.
"What do you mean?" Ichigo asked, "I just felt the reiatsu of the place and haven't even had a chance to reflect on it, stupid old man." Ichigo said as he looked forward to see a ruined castle in his immidiate vision.
Ichigo could sense more than one presence. "This guy must have an army or followers of some sort?" Ichigo said to himself and in a way was saying it to Old Man Zangetsu as he began walking forward towards the Tomb.

Sasuke Uchiha walked down the halls of the tomb, a silent ringing going through his ears, he could almost sense the danger. And he was not one to ignore his senses. Taking a right turn, he came upon a group of what looked to be Zombies, a vast number of them standing in the door of a huge door, a door that looked as if it lead to the main part of this torture chamber. "I am not going to like what I see in this place, am I?" he thought to himself, his aggression heightening, he furrowed his brow and once again drew his sword. It reminded him of an event in which he had to fight a troop of Sound Ninja, outnumbering him 100 to 1. He had won that battle, but only with the help of a lightning storm.
"Always use the enviorment to your advantage, Sasuke." the words from Kakashi Hatake repeated to him. Sasuke tried to use this advice, but to no avail, as all he could see was the wet, moist floor, the approaching Zombies holding weapons, swords and spears of all shapes and sizes, and the torches that lit the way into this malevolent tomb. Snakes crawled along the wall, not paying attention to the Shinobi, rather, they seemed to move in a set pattern. Could Sasuke use this to his advantage? He pondered upon this idea, and began to formulate a plan in his head. Unless an unknown benefactor were to interrupt the flow of this plan, Sasuke could defeat the entire fleet with a simple chakra summoning.
He focused his chakra in the area in front of him, and a green portal came into the ground, a snake of massive size rising from it. Madara.
"Ssssssssasuke, what isssss needed of my sssssssservices?" the venomous viper asked Sasuke, his green eyes glowing a bright emerald.
"Madara, I need you to talk to these snakes in the wall while I handle these creatures you see behind you. I'm hoping we can use them as an attack force."
"Very well, Masssssssster. I will do asssss you wissssssh." hissed his pet, as it slithered to the wall, speaking in hisses and tounges to the inhabitants.
"Now, back to the main situation...........enviorment.........fire....... .." and that's when another idea hit him. "Why didn't I think of it before?" almost slapping himself in the head. He used his chakra to take the fire from the torches, his surroundings becoming pitch black, except for the fireball swirling around Sasuke. His sword held out, he controlled the fireball with the weapon, swirling it faster and faster, the orange glowing to red, then a slight tint of green, then a fierce blue, he could see the Zombies were relenting from the bright light. He kept spinning, until he could see the fire separating into arcs. Sasuke had created lightning from fire, and was about to unleash the ultimate attack upon his foes.
"KIRIN!" he yelled, pronouncing his Jutsu in classic Ninja fashion, shooting the lighting into the roof, making it rain down upon his foes. He smirked at the genius of his plan, not one to be humble was Sasuke Uchiha.
His awakening was nothing unnatural, thoroughly original, just another plain old day rewinding itself like a clock. Ueki stretched his arms and yawned like a hippo before taking in the surroundings.
"Hmm... Where is this place? EHHH!!!" He leapfrogged from his position and popped his head over a few dozen corners trying to find someone, anything that is ordinary. Creepy demigod statues, writhing tentacles, swarming flesh monsters and razor sharp teeth are definitely out of that particular category. However, distraught as he was the tolerant personality of his won out and in no time Ueki walked on searching for an exit as if he was lost in a maze tour.
He wasn't that far off either. The ruined tomb of Vamitas was perhaps one of the deadliest labryinth of all the worlds as both king and minions are present. Ueki Kosuke would need his luck of the devil, skill of Himalayan proportion and sea wide endurance if he has any chances of coming out alive.
Memories of his previous encounter with the strange child flooded back into mind. Despite all of the kid's ill wishes ("I was going to eat my lunch after work! Can't he wait a bit longer?" Ueki grumbled as his stomach growled), he doesn't seemed to be the evil kind of person. More like... bitter. I wonder who he really was, he thought.
He didn't have time to think, you see.
While it seemed entirely rude for anyone to scream death threats and swinging swords at a guest - at least that's what Ueki Kosuke thinks he is - the mass of skeletal abominations and partial flesh wasted no time to pummel their entire force the moment he stepped into sight. The poor boy didn't even have time to start a series of questions he had jotted down on his hands because he has no paper. Number 1, who are you? Number 2, Why am I here? Number 3, Why are YOU here?... And eventually Number 999 which is which way is the exit.
The pen was trampled over and broke into tiny little pieces when Kosuke ran for his life while screaming, "I'M JUST ASKING A FEW QUESTIONS! NO NEED TO GET SO MAD GUYS! I'LL SAY SORRY IF YOU WANT TO!" The more friendly and polite undeads screamed back, "!@#$%! KILL HIM!"
After a grueling ten minutes of cat-and-mouse chase the green haired boy finally remembered that he could've escape easily with Seiku or Raika a long time ago... If only he didn't face a dead end now. Short breaths escaped his lungs as he stared at the fleshy, throbbing wall in blocking his way to freedom with the ceiling not high enough for him to fly out without getting shredded by weapons. He counted them one by one, "Swords, axes, bows, spears, katanas, daggers guns... was that baseball bat?"
The cornering swirling mass of evil stared at their prey and gave the evil grin. The oblivious kid pointed at the bat wielding skeleton and inquired with silly questions marks all over him, "Yo. You scored a homerun? Still that smile of yours is freakish. You shouldn't overdo it if you can." The smile dropped and the jaws opened for a howl of utmost anger, a gaping black hole that finally put Ueki to serious mode. As he readied himself for the ineviatable fight to freedom one of the undeads shouted, "!@#$%! HIM!"
And they charged.
"Namihana!" The 8-Star Sacred Treasure burst into reality as the gigantic purple whip heaved with thunderous effort into the crowd, crushing anyone within ten metres range of Ueki. The front lines down and the warriors stunned by the sudden and unexpected defeat, not to mention that huge weapons, Ueki immediately took advantage of the situation and dived forwards. "6-Star Sacred Treasure, Raika! And, broom!" Exceeding the speed of sound he blurred through the broken bones like a rampaging train, his extended broom swinging like a fan that tear through the wall of dead in front of him like paper.
But as dead as they are the enemies are no pushovers. Recovering from their shock they learned that Ueki's weapon is only a wooden broom, and while he was fast he could also be running right into their arms. The ranks behind immediately started to form up as those with shields stepped forward to barricade the one way exit with sharp pikes poking through holes between the barrier. The others charged ferociously from all sides at Ueki now that he had left without a wall at his back, and soon the boy know that he's in serious trouble. Manuevering space is rapidly contracting and a minute longer he would be standing at one spot waiting for the sheer amount of numbers to crash down on him like the sea. He couldn't glide the shields either because the use of Raika disallow him to leave even a milimetre of the floor, not to mention how risky it is to brave thousand blades.
He needed to stop and clear the way, and so he did. "Get out of my way! Kurogane, Pick!" Holding his ground with his arms stretched the two Sacred Treasures came from left and right, Ueki began to fire large balls of wooden strand one in a few seconds as they rolled down the shields like bowling balls to bony pins. On his other hand a large column of yellow and black propelled forwards with the force of bullet behind and instantly punched through the lines and beyond. Discipline broken down by sheer power ensured a chaotic scene where some ran, some commanded, one shattered to pieces by friendly fire and more still running towards him with burning vengeance.
Ueki is free to go because of the chaos. He prepares himself as he called Raika again and starts to run.
But chaos also gives to open chances. A sudden, searing pain shot through his back as Kosuke Ueki stared at disbelief at the tip of a rusty sword plow through his left shoulder. Screaming in pain and shock he lost his concentration and fell to the ground. Raika faded away to leave only a small plant as its mark, and it was quickly trampled by the angered mob of skeletons. Nothing good ever comes where there are mobs, and Ueki was right in the middle of everything.
There would be no ceiling to block his freedom if he could advance forwards fifty feet where the indoor skies are clear for flight.
Smelling blood, thousands strong after hundreds defeated swarmed towards the fallen hero. "Shit." Knowing he's in deep trouble, Ueki immediately tried to stand up for another fight-and-run... Only to find his left hand completely useless and slipped on his own blood. A few inches again of the ground with his right arm struggling to pull himself upright, a terrible bash to the head sent white stars to his vision. To the skeleton army, collapse is imminent. They had planned to torture before killing their prisoner, and they aren't changing their minds now. In their eyes, Ueki is already dead.
Not knowing his legendary endurance as a result of his stubborn nature and Heavenly Being body, Ueki Kosuke withstood the painful blows and climbed to his feet, kneeling. He knows that a wrong move would put him in fatal danger, but fire burned in his eyes as he stared forwards and declared, "Here... I... won't lose here. My friends are waiting yet... Our second reunion party just a few days away." With blinding, impossible speed he sliced the skeleton behind him clean off the head and shouted. From his hands green light exploded and illuminated the area. Suddenly trees began to grow and outswarm the enemy, binding them with the full might of nature. All around Ueki undeads were rendered immobilized or crushed by the sheer mass of roots and branches. Still, not even half of their numbers are subdued. Already they began to hack away the annoying lassos of wood and screaming bloody murder from all ends. Once again he called out Raika.
He slided through the dark warriors with a wavering spiral, his balance almost completely off with the loss of his left hand and travelling at high speed. Still, it's only fifty feet.
Fifty. One.
And Ueki took off to the sky with majestic azure wings on his back.
Naruto walked through the Tomb looking around. "One minuet I'm on a mission with Sakura and Ino and next I'm here...did I get caught in a Genjutsu" Naruto said as he stopped. He put his hands together and relised some of his chakra. “Release “Naruto said. As he opened his eyes he was still inside the tomb. "Either this is no Genjutsu or this is one of the strongest opponents I've ever faced" Naruto said as he started walking. The walls where covered in vine, moss and muck. "This place looks old....Grandma Tsunade would be right at home here" Naruto said as he continued to walk through the ruined tomb.
He started running down the halls thinking that maybe there was a way out. "Man this place is like a maze" Naruto said as he continued to run. He ran around a corner and stopped as he looked at the dead end. "Damn" Naruto said as he turned around. "I have to find my way out....I'm not going to be stuck in this place forever" Naruto said as he started running down another hall. Each hall looked the same as the last. The vines looked like they where actually moving and the bones on the floor made naruto's stomach flip. "If I don't get out soon...that will be me" Naruto said as he ran around another corner to another dead end. "Not again" Naruto said.
As Naruto turned around he felt as if the hallway he was just at had changed. All the vines where gone and the bones where gone as well. This can't be good....I can feel that something’s about to happen. Naruto walked down the hallway he had just come from with caution. He didn't like the feel of it. Bones don't just up and leave...nor do vines...this place has an evil feel to it "Time to leave" Naruto said as he started running down the hall.

Ugh. I don't get it. Here I am, stuck in a disgusting tomb, alone. Whatever. I've done things on my own. I've saved the world countless times. And besides, I'm bad ass. I'll just finish whatever it is I have to do in here, and then leave.
Faith Lehane, slayer, age 23. It was all a rush for her recently. She had just visited one of her fellow slayer on business, when suddenly she had been sucked into these ruined tombs. And she was not happy about it at all. She walked throughout the tomb, swatting spiderwebs away, and being careful not to fall into any traps.
I wonder if Buffy had it this bad, too. This place is disgusting. Not to mention how creepy it seems in here. I can take anything this place dishes out, but still. This place is just so eerie.
As Faith continued on, she began to see more and more hieroglyphs and rotting skeletons. Heh, I wonder what loser ruled this place. If only they could see this piece of trash now. Then, Faith stopped. There was silence, and then small noises, movement. What the hell? Is there someone else in here, too? Or is it something else? Turning around, Faith began to see the skeletons rising up, but there were only a few.
"Great, just what I needed. Something to smash my fist into!" Faith said angrily, and began to charge at these skeleton like creatures. She shot her right fist into the skeleton's skull, knocking it off. Then, she did a roundhouse kick to where its groin should be, knocking it in half. "Take that you pile of bones! How 'bout you two? Want some?!" Faith yelled angrily, and then the two Skeletons ran off. "That's what I thought."
Turning around, Faith began to walk off, until-. "Holy..." She saw more skeleton like creatures, but there was much more than earlier, and they seemed to have armor and weapons, rather than just being regular skeletons. "Hey, ummm... I can see that y'all are busy, so I'm just gonna go now." Then, she began to run away, like there was no tomorrow. Turning, left, right, left, right, going throughout the whole tomb, trying to get away from the hordes of undead. Not even she alone could take on that many. But, she kept running, running, even though the echoes from the army followed her through the halls.

Ichigo walked slowly towards the entrance of the tomb. The feeling of an evil reiatsu didn't slow him down but it was a constant reminder to Ichigo that he couldn't afford to let his guard down.
"Ichigo, keep your eyes open and your guard up, the warriors that lay in this tomb have not been lay to rest!" Old Man Zangetsu said as Ichigo smiled "that's my line," Ichigo looked around and waited for something to happen as he got closer and closer to the entrance of the tomb.
As Ichigo walked in a sudden rise in spiritual pressure warned Ichigo that something knew he was there. The ground beneath Ichigo began to rumble and shake as Ichigo waited for his enemy to attack him.
"How long are you guys gonna play in the sand?" Ichigo asked in a sarcastic tone as a skeletal hand rose from the ground. The body and legs soon followed as a skeleton with a sword and gleaming red eyes stood in front of Ichigo. The ground rumbled a bit more as several more skeletons rose up from the ground.
"That reiatsu that I felt earlier isn't from these guys?" Ichigo thought to himself as he punched an oncoming skeleton and followed up with a kick to the face of the skeleton behind it. Ichigo punched, kicked and slammed the rest of the demon skeletons until all that remained was a pile of bones.
"Hmm that wasn't even worth breaking a sweat!" Ichigo said as he walked into the tomb.
Suddenly as if all at once Ichigo could feel several reiatsu's, neither we're anything like the first one he had felt. The reiatsu"s he was feeling now ranged from good and evil intentions.
"This isn't good, Old Man" Ichigo thought as he pulled out his powerful Zanpakutou, Zangetsu.

"Hiyaaa!" Faith screamed loudly, jumping onto a rope, swinging around, kicking down many of the skeletons, and jumping onto a nearby upper ledge. She looked down at them, and chuckled to herself. They tried to climb up, but the wall seemed to smooth for them to make it up there. They jumped, clawed, tried everything, but it was futile. Then, as Faith turned away from the enemies below, she saw another tunnel, and decided to take it.
Damn. This place is like a maze. I mean, who the hell designed it? And what's with all the undead skeleton population in here? Ugh. Whatever. I just need to find some weapon, anything, and fight them off with it. Or improve. That's basically what's getting me through this so far.
Then, Faith heard noises. Almost as if someone were fighting nearby. Voices, echoing throughout the tunnel, and smacks and thuds followed afterwards.
I wonder who's getting in on the action over there. Better go find out for myself then. Can't let some stranger have all the fun, while I just run from these dirt bags.
As she raced down the tunnel, more skeletons arrived, blocking her path to that she wished to take. "Oh my god! Can't I get a friggin' break from you stupid bags of bones!" Faith yelled, angry, and looked around. She spotted a torch plastered on the wall, grabbed it, and began to swing it into the skeleton's faces. As she did, she saw the true colors of their eyes, all seeming to be red. But still, she used the torch to her advantage, and then once all skeletons were unable to see, she ran in between them, continuing down the tunnel.

Logan looked around his surroundings. He was in a strange ruinous room. He guessed he was underground, or perhaps in a large cave. He had no time to ponder where he was however, for just as he had awoken from an unconsciousness he could not recall the reason to, the room was filled with skeletal soldiers coming from various hallways around the room. They began to charge at him, swords and shields in the air. Logan, also known as the hero Wolverine, unsheathed his claws and started countering their attacks. He lunged across the room to the first wave of soldiers entering the bleak empty room. Within seconds the bones of the first few soldiers were nothing more than pieces scattered across the floor as he hacked and slashed his way through the mob. But they were quickly overtaking him, he was soon surrounded by the dozens of soldiers flooding the room. Unable to hold them all off at once, he recieved multiple wounds throughout his body. He desparately attempted to hold off their attacks while his wounds slowly healed themselves. However the attacks were coming too fast, if he didn't do something soon they would chop him to pieces. While trying to hold off his attackers, he tried to look around the room for a way of escape.

Dammit. All of these tunnels seem to just lead to more tunnels. She grabbed one of the skeleton-like creatures by it's skull, and whipped it into the other creatures. Then, as soon as all of them were knocked to the ground, Faith continued throughout the tunnel, finding another fork in the road. Damn, damn, damn, damn! She stopped for a few seconds, closed her eyes, and tried to listen for the faintest sound of battles going on. I can hear them, but they're coming from both tunnels. Which one am I supposed to choose?
Finally, Faith reopened her eyes, and choose right. As she continued down the tunnel, the noises came in clearer, and she could feel how close she was getting. Then, all of a sudden, she fell flat on her face. What the-?! It feels like something tugging my foot! When she looked over to her left foot, she could see a bony hand, gripped tightly to her ankle. She began to kick the hand with her right foot, successfully braking the hand off her ankle. Then, she jumped back up, and began to look around.
I can't keep going on like this. I need something, a weapon, just something I can use. And after she said this to herself, a small light came fluttering down from above her, and hovered a feet away from her face. What now? Ugh, this better be something I can use. If not, I'm seriously going to kill every single person here, dead, or not. Then, the light took shape of a plastic, normal-sized bottle that read "Holy Water". Faith reached out her left hand, and grabbed it. "Now that's what I'm talking about."
Faith then began to run further through the tunnel, and began to see far away, another room, inching closer and closer as she went. Heh, you creeps are in for a treat!

With as much caution as possible, Ichigo made his way further into the tomb. The multiple reiatsu's he had felt earlier were still around but Ichigo had to keep that knowledge in the back of his head. Focusing on what was in front of his eyes was important. The slightest distraction could spell death for him and Ichigo couldn't let that happen.
As he walked past several statue's depicting a Skeleton with a crown on it, Ichigo could only assume the fact that the Skeleton King was the man he needed to destroy for the sake of Soul Society and Karakura Town.
Many many lives were at stake here and Ichigo could not falter.
Ichigo, you must not let your thoughts get the best of your concentration! Old Man Zangetsu said as he had been noticing Ichigo's constant waver in thought.
"Shut up Old Man, I'm fine, I know what I'm doing. I don't need you to tell me okay?!" Ichigo said with a hint of irritation in his voice as he made his way deeper into the tomb. The occasional skeleton that rose from the ground was easily defeated by a quick kick, punch or blow from Zangetsu's hilt.
"I hope the King is a better fight then these guys." Ichigo said as a grin had spread across his face as he kicked an oncoming skeleton in the chest sending it flying backwards into a wall, destroying the wall and leaving behind a big hole.
"Hmm that saves me some time!" Ichigo smiled as he walked through the hole and found the amount of natural light was very low and light was coming from nearby lit lamps. Ichigo grabbed a torch and continued forward, putting Zangetsu on his shoulder.
Nameless scarlet tarnished the dust-stained-white as blue-fire-wings pulled Ueki across the air. Smelly-thick-scent began to fill his jagged-shaky-eyes as the young hero struggled to master both sky and injuries. He cannot understand why is it so smelly all the sudden, there are no freaky-crumbling-corpses to catch him in the open space, no disgusting-throbbing-barricade near him. He was simply flying up and up, further and further away from the hails of death-coated-shaft.
So why as he flew higher and higher up this prisoned sky, rising closer and closer towards the top did it get so unbearable? As usual, the kid has no idea. One thing for sure though, he will not go back down and risk complete disintegration, but there was no visible landing space available for him up here to nurse his wounds either. So he flew up and up... Red-sweet-blood failing one drop at a time...
A giant, iron door braced his battered strength, a solace and comfort after such a terrible ordeal. His strength almost gone, he struggled to reach the small platform just in front of the strangely carved door and stumbled. He crawled to a leaning position with the door at his back and finally tended to his wounds. The blood had finally stopped pouring, so he shouldn't tie it up and restrict blood flow. Still, he needed a rest. A deep, deep sleep...
The last image he saw was that... he finally reached the top of this weird hell.

Vamtias sees the desecration of his tomb and someones his army of death back from the front lines of the war to fight for him. You have succeeded in making him retreat but now the army of death is upon you.
