Yeah; i'm very curious myself. I don't really like the names of the available clans and they all seem inactive. I would rather join a new upstart clan or create one myself tbh.

Well, think about why current clans are inactive. I mean, hardly anything happens anymore relating to clans, so why bother starting up another clan that will end with the same eventual fate, if not immediately?

But to answer your question, I'd just go with asking Kaito. Don't bother with DragoonKain [because he doesn't care] or Alex [because he's never here], though.

Except Web Families seem more active than Clans. I joined a clan and there wasn't anything much going on.

tl;dr: Just get rid of the clans.

That's 'cause Clan Wars 2 has been delayed, like, 50,000 times. But, yeah, they're pretty much dead.

Shame. Those Clan Wars would have given the Clans a much needed kick up the ass.
Personally, I think it's too late to revive them.
