I don't really understand how the second is better than the first.
The second is extremely boring, poorly cut, and should have much more emphasis on lighting and contrast.

Whereas in the first, the colors actually mesh well and it's appealing to look at. Kinda questioning the judgement here.

Love the first one even though I think it has too much blue and that double "ghost" thing.

The second has this fuzzy factor to it with the guy focal. Speaking of the focal... I don't really know where to focus. Too much going on with the two explosion AND that guy...

Hate the text on the first, it ruins it completely. Also, the "explosion" part of it is waaaay too bright and eats the portion of the tag that is actually detailed.

Second isn't that pretty, but I like the photomanip. Plus it goes with the theme far better.

I understand what the person was trying to do for the first one, but eh, the font just doesn't fit and it looks like a bright light on Earth rather than something of an explosion, XD

Plus the second one has great effects, and I think it goes better with the theme. Plus I like how in the second one it looks like the dude's facepalming, rofl XD

1 Has a better flow of colors and its fun to look at.
2nd one is okay, the 'rendering' is kind of piecey, in a way.
