An adventure/comedy/pop-culture hit about a girl and her journey to find the "Samurai who smells of sunflowers". Journeying with her is Jin and Muugen, two (now) outlaws who are tasked with protecting her after she got them out of a tough situation.

*EPIC REVIVAL!*

I just recently started re-watching this. Now I remember what I loved about this show so much a few years ago, and why I always did (and still do) prefer samurai over ninjas.

Just wanted to share. Close the thread, if necessary.

That is a pretty epic revival. You may have just inspired me to re-watch this. Loved this show. One of my favorite episodes is when Jin rescues the girl from the brothel.

A even better episode is when they tag along with the blind woman. Other than that, what ever did happen to that assassin guy? I wished he would have returned for a second fight against Jin. Unless i missed it?

Nope. He just disappears after that episode and that's it. As for the blind woman, I did like that episode, but it was brought to such an abrupt conclussion that it kinda spoiled it for me. Besides, it was really predictable how they would end that one.

I was pretty disappointed... Especially considering that he said they would definitely meet again. I guess the creators just kinda...forgot about him.

My favorite episode? Well, thanks for asking. Probably the baseball one. It made me laugh the most.

As far as action goes, probably the blind one. Sure, it was pretty predictable toward the end, but it was interesting, and Sera was totally bad-ass.

She could have killed Mugen right then and there, too.
