Legend & Legacy
Within the universe, lies two opposing poles, two opposite planes of existence that often either threaten to consume or dominate the other. Every facet of light, every iota of darkness is tied ostensibly to powerful weapons known as Keyblades that specifically choose their masters and effectively alter the path of whomever wields their mighty power. These sacred instruments have been the objects of revel and ruin, of mysticism and outright obsession. Dies is the Keyblade of Day, forever tied to Nox the Keyblade of Night. Like night and day, the fate of their respective wielders are effectively and unshakably tied to one another, be it by hatred, rivalry or even perhaps love—the bond between the two is inextricably linked. Whatever form this bond takes, it is inevitably shaped by the ongoing war between Light and Darkness, the struggle for domination that grips the very souls of all.

Order & Chaos
But some believe in a balance, a peaceful mingling and merging between the two warring sides. For them, Light can't exist without Darkness and the two forces were always meant to harmonize with one another. This stance is fiercely defended by those that call themselves the Order of the Masquerade. Throughout the twisting centuries they have remained in secret, altering the paths of time and space in an ever-persistent quest to protect both the keyblades and their masters. This group is comprised of formidable warriors, all of whom utilize their wealth and considerable influence to maintain a carefully crafted sense of power over various aspects of society as well as the war for the keyblades themselves. Whispers of their existence remain on only the boldest of lips, for indeed they are true legends, rivaling even that of the revered Keyblade and their wielders.

Alas, there are also those that worship all aspects of Darkness as well as everything that it entails. They are The Church of Sunyata, and like the Masquerade they are an organization that is shrouded in secrecy and lore. But unlike their counterparts, The Cult seeks to use the Keyblades for the creation of an entirely new world order in which darkness dominates all and humanity is subsequently forced to acknowledge and embrace the blackness within. These individuals are consumed with every fleshly desire, every lecherous cause and every single debaucherous endeavor. To live for one's self is the ultimate truth and their most revered of mantras, and to stand in their way is to invoke the wrath of those who will stop at nothing to reach the goal of their very existence.

Allegiance & Status Quo
Earth: 1999. The keyblades have not chosen their masters since the passing of the previous wielders. Warring sides await anxiously for the appearance of the fabled warriors, whilst the Order and the Cult have continued to actively search for the two individuals which will alter the fate of their world. Recently the Masquerade's revered Magus has passed, leaving them to mourn the loss of one of the Order's greatest members. Meanwhile the Cult conspires to make use of their grief with the hopes of being the first to locate the mythical weapons of legend.

These are the two paths, both of which can potentially lead to death or salvation. Make no mistake, this is a war for not only the hearts of men but also for what lies within the depths of their souls. You must act to decide not only your fate, but of that of all the worlds. Which side will you choose?

Destiny Awaits
In this war over the keys to our existence--should you choose to participate, you have the option of joining the Order of Masquerade or the Church of Sunyata. You know what they're after, what they're fighting for, now you'll know how to live it by taking on a role. You'll learn more about them as the story goes on. What we can provide you is some intel that hopefully will help you grasp a general understanding of the two warring sides.

The Order of Masquerade: An ancient order with mysterious beginnings; a group of warriors made of the aristocracy who protect the Keyblades and their chosen Wielders. As their namesake implies, they go about their business while wearing intricately designed masks to conceal their identities. They are known to few, but their influence spreads worldwide, a necessary form of control in their duty to maintain balance between the forces of Light and Darkness. Currently, that influence is strongest in the United States, with their headquarters located in an undisclosed area in the East Coast. All of the Order's daily activities center around secrecy, dealing with affairs and issues that must remain unknown to the public. To name a few, acquiring the Keyblades by locating their Wielders; dealing with the extermination of Heartless activity--at this point, they remain unknown to the public; hosting masquerade balls.

Church of Sunyata: A cult with a following numbered in the tens of thousands. It is unknown how long this gathering has been hiding within the shadows of society, but their influence is so great that it even rivals Masquerade's. One reason for this is their financial reservoir, one of the nation's biggest, and leading arms-development company DeLuca Corp; their C.E.O. is a leading member of the Church. Of course, this remains unknown to the public, and not even privy bureaucrats would dare risk the collapse of the company, lest they find themselves without a non-foreign source of defense. If their untouchable status does not strike fear, it is definitely their reputation. Hosting clubs and raves among their methods of recruitment...and luring unfortunate ritual victims. Based on federal investigations, the Church has been connected to thousands of satanic-like rituals that often resulted in death if not permanent bodily mutilations. All in the name of their dogmatic views on the true face of humanity: pure evil. Much of their activities revolve around satisfying every pleasure that appeals to carnality and wrath.

Appearance: Rae has, and always been, a moderately attractive female persona, either by others opinion or the rare times where she has tried to show off her physical features. Standing at 5’7’’, her sangria colored locks placing themselves just above her shoulders, all the while her eyes, which over years of practicing her Craft, have altered their true appearance, leaving a blank slate where her pupils used to be, with only the faintest lining from her iris showing any form of shape of a human eye. She has a, somewhat, long face, being off set with a pair of full lips.

Covering the entirety of her upper body is the mark of her craft, and that of something more. It reaches from her left hip, across her abdomen, arcs across her chest, over her left shoulder and ends on her face. The complete left side of her body is covered in a solid, single line of the black mark, while her face is barely effected, with just a few lines down her left eye, and single line over the upper portion of her nose.

Due to the nature of her Craft, Rae is cares not for the heavy armor that could protect her body, but instead, if it is light, and exposes more of her body to her enemy, she would be more than happy to wear it. Covering her left arm is a single leather glove, designed to cover the entirety of her arm, all the way to the shoulder. Inside the palm in an open area, to allow a better grip, along with the tips of the glove being exposed as well. On her other arm is the same glove, though, it has been altered excessively. The tips are no longer open, but instead, replaced with dark steel claws, serrated in an undefined pattern. Under the leather on her right arm is a thin layer of bandages covering up to her elbow. The wounds were either self made, or done within battle, though it is all the same to her when applying her craft. Her upper body is covered by a leather top, and like the rest of her attire, custom fitted for her. The lower portion of it covers from her mid-abdomen region to the top of her breasts, a single pair of wide straps going over her shoulders, connecting to the back of the top for added support and comfort. Her lower body is covered with a pair of shorts, with four belts looping around her body and her left leg. Each has a unique buckle, their symbols unknown to all but herself. She wears a pair of boots, that, with the exception of the soles, are covered in the same dark steel material as her bladed glove. The steel covers her shins and her feet, all the way up to one inch below her knees.

Personality: Rae has been known to show several levels of emotions at any point in time, due to her scattered state of mind. Bipolar isn’t exactly was she is, though, she isn’t far from it. Rae has been known to jump from subject to subject, to seem as though she is unsure as to what she wants to grasp, but in reality, she does this to throw off the conversation, due to lack of information on what she initially queried on. She has a very sarcastic attitude, and rarely keeps her quips to herself. She has taught herself to keep her anger in check, though, it proves difficult once she begins practicing her Blood Spells. There have been times where someone has caught her talking to herself, muttering over past things in her life, but when anyone has confronted her about it, they met with a calm stare, and a knife to their throat.

Weapons: Steel Claw: As stated above, the glove itself is made of leather, with dark steel fashioned into the glove. It is not usually used in combat as a close combat weapon, though she isn’t afraid to use it as such. On a regular basis, this weapon is used to inflict the necessary wounds to being her Craft, though in a natural fight, it isn’t needed. The blades on the claw are irregular in shape, so that when she does make contact with her victim, it is to inflict as much damage as possible, either from the simple cut, or the eventuality of rending flesh from her victim as one of the smaller blades catch, allowing a longer blade to cut even further.
Pandora’s Edge: This sword, in essence, is a very simple weapon. On it’s own, the blade is 30 inches in length, the shape being that of a traditional sword that everyone knows of. However, this blade’s potential is near limitless. The shape of the blade can change into any shape of Rae’s choosing, given it is still a single-handed sword. (Length is the main downfall, it can be no longer than 40 inches in length; anything else, and the sword begins to slow down her movements for being too cumbersome.) The one she is seen using most is a single-edged blade that is 36 inches in length, the blade curving out, but as it comes down to the cross guard, it begins a serrated edge for the remainder of the blade.

Genesic Art: Blood Craft: Blood. The life force that drives any living being to continue forward. When someone loses too much, their bodily functions begin to slow, and eventually, cease to function. Rae has studied the arts of this particular spell force, and found great uses, on and off the field of battle. The only basis that she has to worry on, is that, even though any source of blood will power her spells, if her blood is used, it is considerably stronger than the use of someone else’s. Stronger spells reflect the price of larger quantities of blood, and while the stating of needing a personal blood price is needed, when a blood price is needed far beyond that of which Rae can supply, the mixing of her blood and others is accepted.

A few examples of what Blood Magic is capable of: Scrying (Limited), causing internal pain (Like attacking your pain receptors). By sacrificing her own blood, she can conjure up Black Flames, which damages only living tissue, leaving non carbon based items unharmed. By placing blood on her weapons, she can given them additional reach, increased sharpness, or give off additional fire-based damage. She can also conjure up a magical shield, able to deflect minor to moderate spells, depending on the price given. When she begins to feel weakened by her loss of blood, she also has the ability to absorb blood spilled into her own body, though, she refuses to do so at times, as she feels it would taint and weaken her blood rather than renew her strength.


Dark Veil: Rae’s past encounters with the Darkness has left a permanent scar upon her heart, a black stain that can never be removed. From within this scar, however, a new power has erupted from within her, giving fear even to her allies. She is able to release this power in bursts of three stages.
- First Burst: Her eyes are the only thing to change in this Burst. Her iris returns with a darkened yellow color, while the rest of her eye changes shape to resemble that of a feline. Her body gains a small level of regeneration, stopping all bleeding, but does not heal any wounds.
- Second Burst: From here, her ears begin to change, forming up and to a point. Her skin begin to darken, and the mark on her body begins to spread to the rest of her body. Her arms become longer, her fingers become more feral. Her teeth begin to sharpen and lengthen, her body reverting to something more primal. It is at this point she abandons her sword and fights in hand to hand. Her body’s regeneration is increased further, now slowly closing small wounds, and she ignores all but the most painful of blows.
- Final Burst: Her body is now completely covered in her mark, small patches of fur erupting in various places on her. She now fights on all fours, her legs now broken and reshaped in the shape of a canine’s. She will have grown three tails at this point, each of them like a fox’s. Her claws will have reached full development by now, her gloves and boots discarded (Or destroyed if unable to remove them), each of them with the cutting power of any blade. Her speed and strength have each increased remarkably, along with her natural regenerative powers. Her old wounds will have completely healed by this point, but newer wounds will take longer to heal in this state. Rae will have little control over herself in this form, and there have been times where another consciousness has risen and taken over for a period of time. This form can only be lasted for a maximum of ten minutes, as prolonged exposure to the Darkness from her heart will weaken it, causing loss of her original self.

Appearance: Enkaisu is gifted with hair as white as pristine snow, immaculate and well kept, conditioned soft to an airy wind-blown finish. A heavy set of asymmetrical bangs increasingly get longer as they progress downwards to the side of his face, often entirely obscuring his left eye. While the greatest extent of his bangs reach just below his collarbone, the back side of his hair is short and ends at about chin length. His skin is nearly just as deathly pale as his hair. His slight rosy tinted cheeks and lips inviting warmth to his otherwise steely cool appearance. He has eyes of a deeply pigmented, process magenta color. Irises that are lined with dark black tick marks revolve around the center pupils like clocks. Enkaisu's eyelashes and brows naturally white yet they are cosmetically tinted black. It is kept very minimal, only to idealize the features and Enkaisu does not believe anyone notices anything incredibly off-looking about it. To contrast his overall appearance, he is drawn to wearing dark, often black, or other neutral and slimming colored clothes tailored for his muscularly thin but powerful physique. His body type is comparable to a youthful Bruce Lee.

His favorite outfit is a buttoned-up, double-breasted, subtle satin sheen black blazer. Five silver buttons engraved with family crests run down the ends of both sleeves added with an incredibly silky turquoise lining on the inside. The center of his cyan dress shirt he wears underneath and a softly textured silver tie on top. The dress shirt and tie being tucked under by a hidden black knit vest (can't be seen with the blazer closed), neatly buttoned down save for the last button. His dark gray dress pants are worn fitted yet loose enough for its straight-leg look with a black leather belt and rectangular polished silver buckle. The pants end notably at his ankles, pale skin revealing. His shoes are lightweight, plain in design slip-ons in durable light white canvas. The very bottom of the shoe has a striking matching cyan rubber sole in a honeycomb pattern that can only be seen when the wearer lifts his feet; such as when walking. Of all the things Enkaisu likes to keep ironed, pressed flat, top polished perfection, his ivory leather gloves are the only exception. The gloves are old enough to have shown their aging and worn process to the point where knuckles can now be seen through the various stretched tears which scar them. There is also a Velcro snap at the bottom of the glove to attach the half-circle opening at the front of the glove. The leather is also punctured in patterned holes in selected areas which allow for more air circulation. The final and most prominent accessory to his outfit being the mask.

Enkaisu's mask is Venetian in design in a Farfallina style cut. It is a partial mask covering from slightly above the eyes at the brow bone to the tip of the nose. It lacks any sort of detailing or ornate designs other than the delicate smooth cut shape of the mask. Designed to be fitted and contoured around his face, the mask's reflective properties is all that it needs in terms of detailing. The mask retains a high quality polished chrome plating finish, almost taking in the properties of a mirror. It easily reflects the image of the surrounding environment; although in a more distorted form since the mask is not an entirely flat surface.

Personality: Truly fearless, self-confident and poised, Enkaisu appears gentle and quiet and is a lover of nature. He feels reluctant to depend on anyone and does not trust others too easily unless he has known them for a time. He is almost always seen with a sorrowful cast pulled over his eyes even while smiling. He can be self-entertained but it is not to say he doesn't enjoy the company and time of other people; as with their support he can become unstoppable. He appreciates the rough and refined aesthetics of nature and can't stand sloppiness in humans whether it be in attitude or skill. Perceptive, Enkaisu adores discovering and assimilating the nuances of the world around him. He has high expectations of himself and is easily disappointed if he cannot attain the levels his goals have set. Enkaisu is his own motivator. He drives himself to perfect everything to a flawless finish. He routinely practices to keep his senses painstakingly keen and his abilities just as sharp; for in battle he will use them with no restraint on brutality in ways that defy his normally peaceful nature. There is not a single day that passes by without him reserving time for his abilities to flourish.

Weapon(s): Enkaisu wields a single basic yet custom designed and forged sword. The obsidian blade resembles a katana but the build has been deconstructed to appear more geometric with its straighter sleek lines instead of curved ones. The slanted tip of the blade is noticeably severe and straight. Out of further aesthetic adoration, the appearance of the sheath and handle have been redesigned to be as simple as possible. The sheath and handle of the sword is purely white and blank with a glazed overcoat of thick, clear gloss. When sword and sheath are completely joined together, it appears like a baton when not inspected carefully. This sword is worn on Enkaisu's back at an angled horizontal state instead of vertical, dropping as low as the end of his lower back at the hips. The sword hangs on by a thin black string that wraps around from the upper and lower parts of the sheath that then cross carry over in a single diagonal to the front of Enkaisu's chest.

Persona Drives:

Soul Rhythm Disturbance (Masque Drive): The ability to cast astral projection on himself and others where the physical body becomes asleep and the person's ghost or soul travels to an astral plane populated by beings unknown and intangible outside of the realm. It is an out-of-body experience where the physical body of both the user and affected become immobilized and asleep until the person's "ghost" or soul returns to its former form.

Shall the soul not return, the physical body will eventually begin its decaying process of death and the soul will remain trapped in the astral plane where it is subject to possible extermination by the other beings that exist on the plane or possibly Enkaisu. Inexperienced visitors will lose their sense of time and have nearly no attached sense of feeling to the physical body. If someone tries to interfere by disrupting the physical body, it will do next to nothing to awaken and dissipate the astral projection. It is not an illusion, it is real. Losing sense of time will also cause great danger to the physical body. Staying in the astral plane for too long will cause the body to rot. Enkaisu has more or less, trained his body to delay the onset of death. His physical body has a great level of stamina that can resist and even overcome the death process to a small extent may his ghost be a little late upon returning to the real world. His current skill level has enabled him to stay in the astral plane for up to 3 days approximately; given if there is not too much strenuous activity. It is also possible to create new environments or even a new world on the astral plane.

An imaginary space can be built much like a lucid dream. Enkaisu can design and setup the environment and some basic rules of play. Any rule can be broken, it is a matter of believing in one's abilities to prosper in that realm; a difficult concept to conquer for the inexperienced newly placed in the astral plane (think of Neo failing the 'Jump' program test from The Matrix). The transition from one plane to the next is a smooth and seamless. One may not even realize they have fallen under its spell.

They may feel as if they are dreaming the surreal battle entirely and there is an accompanied feeling of slight heaviness of movement like that of in a dream. Other effects include the inability to control the things around them and the instability of the environment as it replays the initiative of the battle to its present state and then phase itself into a new environment on the astral plane. The affected may recognize the déjà vu sequence in the beginning, however, only an experienced eye will be able to discern those subtle changes. Even if one feels the sense of eeriness that befriends déjà vu, "Just as luck appears in threes, so does misfortune, because you don't want to see it, you don't see it coming. Even if you notice it, you don't say anything. Even if you're told, you don't listen. Then boom! The End comes. In our world if you miss the first sign your dead, let alone all three signs." The affected need be wary.

This ability can also be used in a more passive manner where Enkaisu can have access to the Akashic records. It is a library of endless, ongoing archives imprinted with the knowledge of gods; detailing the existence of the universe and everything inside it ever since the conception of time. Since Enkaisu has yet to completely master this skill, he can only discern a miniscule part of the Akashic records. He may be able to read some of the past and peek at a mere glimpse of the future, but he cannot rewrite or edit any part of the Akashic records. There is also only a very limited amount of time and information he can gather from the records; especially so if it based on a person's life whom is still alive. He enjoys spending his leisure time here, reading up on ancient and modern histories and various life forms' stream of consciousnesses.

This skill may also be used to invade and effect the dreams of others for therapeutic or harmful reasons. He can disguise himself in the dream where he may not even appear present. Only those who have been under its effects before may be able to acknowledge that he is even there. He respects this ability greatly and does not use it recklessly or for mere entertainment at the cost of others without reason. This vast skill without a doubt has a great strain on Enkaisu's mind let alone his physical body. While his body can survive being soulless for quite some time, this ability is further strained when astral projection involves more than one person besides Enkaisu. The more people there are, the greater the difficulty. His body is also completely left vulnerable when soulless. It is almost a lifeless shell, only having its most basic and vital of life processes left functioning. If this skill is overused, it will wreak havoc and can become extremely stressful for Enkaisu's mind and immune system to handle. It is very possible for him to become sick if his limits are pushed too far. At the worst, Enkaisu will lose all sense of feeling except touch. He will not be able to hear, taste, smell, or see during his recovery period. He will lose and regain those senses in that particular order each time he becomes sick. It is a discipline based upon exceeding one's threshold as it is knowing restraint.

Bilocation (Persona Drive): To make up for one of Enkaisu's Masque Drive's loopholes, this ability allows him to be in more than two places at once to put simply. It can also be used to a stronger extent when his Masque Drive is not currently in play. When the Masque Drive is currently not active, his body and its copies will appear as whole duplicates of the original Enkaisu. They can fight with equal, undivided power and can act purely on their own; they are not brainless one-hit wonder clones. An often occurrence is: different and distinct personalities may even appear that stem from the Original. But they all retain Enkaisu's usual appearance and serve the utmost loyalty to protect the Original Enkaisu; especially a soulless one. When both Enkaisu's Masque Drive and Persona Drive are initiated, the copies will appear more transparent and have the added evasive ability to move through objects like a spirit. Appearance: Aileta is rather petite, standing at only about 5'1'' and 110 lbs, with fair skin and a light smattering of freckles that hint at her Irish heritage. Though she may seem fragile, she is fit and stronger than she looks. She has elbow length, wavy auburn hair that is usually pulled up in a ponytail or bun to keep it out of her hazel eyes.

Aileta is often found wearing her riding attire: a white ratcatcher (show shirt) beneath a fitted, navy blue show jacket, beige breeches, and knee-high black leather riding boots. The ratcatcher is a buttoned shirt with a stand-up mandarin-style collar covered by a separate matching choker, on which her initials are embroidered in navy. Her riding jacket has two pockets on the front as well as eight solid gold buttons depicting the Raeburn crest: four down the front and two at the end of each sleeve. The breeches are tight fitting with dark brown piping at the sides and dark brown patches on the inside of the thighs and knees where the legs grip the horse. Her riding clothes are always immaculately pressed and her riding boots are always shined, regardless of whether she's at a show or just practicing. When not in riding attire, she prefers simple but fashionable dresses that are not too over-the-top. The graceful, feminine style of Vera Wang is her current favorite. Aileta hates tall heels with a fiery passion, as she is rather clumsy in them, and will flatly refuse to wear anything with a heel over two inches high. She also wears a curious yin-yang pendant that is about as big as a nickel and is half onyx, half ivory. It was given to her by her grandmother, Lucile.

Aileta's mask is a black cignetta style half-mask adorned with small black Austrian crystals and a wavy filigree "swoosh" on the side. The center of the mask is laser engraved with a swan, whose wings are outstretched over the eye holes. It was custom made to fit her face perfectly and not fall off easily.

Personality: Aileta is a giant contradiction. She is kind and forgiving to others, but critical and unforgiving to herself. She loves to laugh, is upbeat without being annoying, and can always find the bright side to a situation. But on the inside, she is very self conscious and unsure of herself, which often prevents her from reaching her full potential. She struggles with her lack of self worth and is constantly critical of herself. This leads her to feel inadequate and to always strive to do more than is really necessary. Things such as her charity work are done less to help others and more to make herself feel that she is worth something. She loves to sing, read, and ride her horses: Disco and Freebird.

Persona Drives:
Telekinesis (Masque Drive)- Aileta can move objects using her mind. She can't move much of anything above 300 lbs, but if something that big is already moving, she can usually alter its course. Controlling the movements of someone else against their will is extremely difficult, takes a large amount of concentration, and can only be done for a few seconds if at all. It all depends on the strength of will of the other person. Fortunately, other other person often doesn't anticipate having their movements controlled, allowing her telekinesis to work on them until they realize what is going on and can regain control. However, Aileta can almost always slow or stop the movement of a sword or fist for a second or two, and in battle, a second or two is usually all that is needed to evade.
She has to be really focused to use her telekinesis, so mind altering substances like caffeine (in large amounts), alcohol, and drugs will either weaken her ability or make it difficult to control. Her telekinesis also weakens as she gets tired or if she is in a lot of pain. If she uses too much of her powers for too long, she develops a crippling migraine that can put her out of commission from several hours to several days. Aileta uses meditation to train, in addition to actually using her powers, because meditation sharpens and strengthens her mind.

Healing (persona drive)- She is able to heal, not instantaneously, but within a few seconds if the injury is relatively minor. More severe injuries can take several minutes to completely heal, but it usually takes less than an hour. Broken bones take a few days to about a week, again, depending on severity. The healing of herself doesn't seem to drain her energy or take much concentration, but because this ability seems to be a conscious mental power like her telekinesis, the healing slows or stops if she looses consciousness. Her healing powers don't apply to her backlash migraines. She can also heal other people. This does drain her energy, however, so she can completely heal only treat minor injuries and partially heal more severe injuries.

Appearance: Luminous waves of blonde hair frame an oval shaped face fitted nicely with roseate-tinted lips. Bright cerulean eyes exude an almost eerie calm while her normally sun-kissed skin is naturally rather pale. Perhaps these features are a trait bequeathed to her by her French lineage, one that she is comfortably proud of. Laila reaches a height of about 5'8 and much of that height-though not considerable- has distributed itself quite evenly amongst her legs and torso. A curvy bottom is complemented by a full set of hips, this in combination with a decently proportioned bust makes for a decidedly womanly form.

Normally her hair hangs loosely about her back, though if need be she is not opposed to placing it in a high ponytail if only to keep it out of the way. The trimness of her figure lends itself to years of intensive and extensive physical discipline that though exhausting, allowed her to retain the elegant twists of a young woman's frame without some of the more unsightly drawbacks.

Laila prefers to dress in warm rich colors, such as deep reds, bright yellows and the deepest shades of blue. Though her aristocratic upbringing ensured that she possessed the most refined of tastes, she is quite comfortable in anything from a leather jumpsuit to a feminine business suit. It truly depends on her mood and as such Laila does not feel restricted to remain within the confines of any particular style. That is not to say she does not favor dresses or gowns, for at her core she is very much a woman--and enjoys every blessed moment of it.

Fated Facade:

Just as its name suggests Laila's Aurelian Mask is colored in what could easily be considered the most brilliant shade of gold. Indeed, its luminescence is striking and seems to resemble the ambiance of a bright sun-drenched day. It's size is not considerable, and when worn it reaches from the tips of her eyebrows to nearly the bottom of her cheekbones. Music notes can be found on the mask's inner lining, perhaps a testament to Laila's personal adoration of this art form. The curves and indentations that adorn it posses an almost mystical aura, the effects of which only intensifies the appearance of the wearer- almost shrouding them in the kind of enigma which can prove deadly if unwisely intruded upon.

Personality: There is an innate mystery to Laila, for she rarely, if ever, completely reveals herself to anyone. However she is far from cold and impersonal; A keen sense of warmth surrounds her aura, the likes of which almost seems to draw one in. This is not entirely purposeful, though it does enable her to integrate rather easily into whatever social situation she finds herself in--which proves to be especially beneficial in instances where she must infiltrate effectively and seamlessly. In person she is sweet, almost effortlessly serene, and easy to talk to. Rarely does she fall to pieces or give way to utter loss of composure, but when she does, there's hell to pay. In the heat of battle she can maintain that same level of control, that borderline state of tranquility which coupled with her somewhat ruthless tactics, makes for a formidable fighting style.

Formalities aside, this woman is especially cunning and will not hesitate to use her mental prowess to gain control of a situation, be it for her benefit or that of another's. She values honesty intensely as a human trait, and thusly she cannot abide in the presence of liars. Though Laila knowingly is not willing to immediately let many people see inside of her-- deep down she desperately wants to believe in the good of mankind. She longs to know without a doubt that within the inner caverns of their heart, lies the balance between good and evil that The Order so vehemently fights for. Whether this is idealism or the height of wishful thinking, Laila stubbornly seeks to find that balance, both within herself and others.

Weapon(s): Her body is by far her greatest weapon.

Primary Drive or Masque Drive:

Magnetism: This is the manipulation and subsequent destruction of objects via the use of their magnetic field. For longer-ranged attacks, this power is ideal. Laila's preferred ability and no doubt her strongest, it enables her to literally gain control of the magnetic field that surrounds herself and others. The effects of such manipulation can take various forms; such as the loss of control over one's physical movements or specifically the shifting of her own magnetic field in relation to another. This power naturally gives her the capability to control almost any metallic object around her. The size of the object does not alter her ability to maneuver it, however that does influence how it is specifically used.

One of her most devastating attacks involves the use of thousands of sphere-like pieces of metal gathered from whatever is around her and concentrating that mass on a fixed point. By using the bulk of her energy Laila can effectively send these metallic spheres flying through the corporeal forms of her enemies--and if the mass is big enough, their physical bodies will ultimately become so mutilated that recovery is unlikely if not impossible. However for such a move to work there must be enough metal in the environment around her to fashion the needles out of. Secondly if she has already been severely weakened or injured too greatly, the likelihood of the attack working properly is also lessened.

Secondary Drive:

Gravity is that intrinsic, immeasurable force that literally keeps us rooted to the ground. Without it, the basic aspects of life would be rendered impossible, as everything would simply float off into space. Shorter-ranged melee works especially well with this ability. Laila is able to utilize this power in various ways, whether it is to enable her own flight or make it so her opponent is no longer able to stay firmly on the ground. This when expertly combined with her magnetic ability enhances the effectiveness of certain attacks-- especially those that require a great deal more concentration than others.

Having trained extensively in martial arts, specifically Taekwondo, Laila has learned to merge her abilities with physical attacks that can wreak massive damage on her opponent. Specifically speaking, she can instantly make her fist or foot substantially heavier via the force of gravity. Any subsequent strikes contain double the strength and power they might normally have had, thereby greatly raising the chance of landing critical hits. Conversely, she can also lower the gravitational pull on her own body, making it so that she can move significantly faster. Such a tactic can prove to be quite useful in the execution of a string of attacks and/or strikes that involve rapid bursts of energy. Granted, this ability's usefulness is also connected to the proximity between her and her opponent. The closer she is, the more powerful her hold is going to be.

Appearance: Carmilla’s hair is shoulder length and a rich chestnut brown with a natural reddish highlight to it. Her large eyes are an unnerving shade of silver-grey bordered in thick lashes and stand above an average nose and thick lips. Her skin is a darker tanned caramel color and the most prominent feature outside of her face is a large, very noticeable scar running horizontally across her long neck. She has a curvy build on a medium frame and stands about five foot six inches tall. Rarely ever seen without a pair of large earrings on, Carmilla is fashionable without being gaudy and prefers all manner of colors and styles.

Personality: Carmilla is kind and generally means well, but her willfulness- a stubbornness bordering on being pig-headed- often gets her into trouble. This is not to say that this trait has no redeeming qualities, however. Indeed, it can prove quite useful and is actually one of the sole reasons she is still alive. She has a general dislike of killing due to a messy past experience with her ex-fiance Alexei Volkov, which is why she prefers poisons rather than direct slaughter. She joined Masquerade for the sake of Sa’ida who saved her life- with the exception of some odd but useful side effects. A graduate with a degree in Chemistry, she is well educated and intelligent- speaking both Spanish and English and learning German. Carmilla is a strong and independent woman, but this often gets in her way of asking for help when it is actually needed. A lover of music, she is proficient at the piano, and passable at the viola.

Weapon: Her primary weapons are steel throwing needles. Each is very thin, but about the length of a standard ball point pen. These can be thrown clean or coated in poison.

Abilities:
-Phantasm: As a result and side-effect of Sa’ida’s attempt to save her life, Carmilla can render herself intangible/invisible for a short amount of time. Along the same lines, she can walk through walls and solid objects. She can also hide inside walls, but this is not a good idea, as she cannot stay in this state for an extended time period. Note: Inanimate objects that she is holding may also phase with her. This is ideal for smuggling things in and out of rooms, but not so ideal for combat. In other words, while she is intangible you cannot hit her, but she can also not harm you. She must be fully tangible for her needles to be.

-Poisons Mastery: Very highly knowledgeable in most forms of poisons and toxins. She is able to create many, although she generally only keeps two types on hand at any given time:
1) Paralysis-inducing
2) Mind-clouding
Carmilla does not carry fatal poisons out of principal of fairness. In fact, she has only ever tried, and failed, to use them once- to kill Alexei Volkov. On the other hand, she is also very good at finding and creating antidotes to various poisons as well.
*NOTE: Poisons do not have a blanket level of effectiveness. In other words, the opposing Rper still has control over whether the needle hits and how extreme the effect of the poison would be.

Alexei has wavy, icy, platinum blonde hair that reaches to the length of his shoulders- although he usually keeps it tied back to seem better groomed. He has smoky, hazel-green eyes bordered by long, feathery lashes and thin brows. Full lips seem permanently imbedded with a smirk as if the wealthy man knows a secret that he is not about to share. His build is very slim and borderline feminine and, standing at 5 feet 9 inches, he is fairly short for a man. Alexei is always impeccably groomed, right down to manicured fingernails and well-ironed clothing. He has a preference for very gender-ambiguous clothing, although not extending to skirts (most of the time), and always wears a peculiar white-moonstone pendant regardless of what clothing he dons.

Personality: Alexei is typically very calm and collected and nearly always holds a mischievous glint in his eye as well as the subtle tug of a grin in the corner of his mouth. Publicly, he is polite as a wealthy man should be, and almost always very smooth and formal. In private, however, the percieved betrayal of his ex-fiancé, Carmilla DiBosque has left him deeply embittered towards humanity- women in general. In attempt to protect himself, he believes to have killed her, and that no other sin he could commit could possibly taint his soul worse than her murder. He sees death as the only way to cleanse his soul, but only if that release is rendered at the hands of someone else. Therefore, against his opponents, Alexei can be very cruel and cold-hearted. Despite his deep misogyny Alexei obtains the necessary materials for his abilities through seduction of both men and women.

Alexei’s hobbies include chess, literature, and occasional crossdressing just for the purpose of taking advantage of his feminine looks to mess with people’s heads. He is also a vegetarian which, given his abilities, is ironic.

Weapon: He makes use of what is known as a kusarigama- or a small scythe-like blade with a long chain attached to the handle. The weapon itself is largely undecorated, but is composed of a light-silver metal that he is determined to keep meticulously cleaned and polished.

Dark Genesic Art
-Vampirism: While human blood is not necessary for living or existing as normal, Alexei has a rare genetic ability that he inherited from his mother that allows him to consume it to increase his sensory and natural bodily healing abilities. The effect per dose of blood only lasts two hours maximum. It should be noted that the amount of blood intake has no effect on the duration, only the degree of effect. Aftereffects of this ability are closely akin to a hangover- the more blood that was taken in, the bigger the headache and the more severe the symptoms.

-Navigation: Alexei has an uncanny sense of direction and ability to navigate. This, combined with his blood-heightened senses, makes him an ideal tracker.

On his feet he is wearing black boots that shine like they are made from black crystals. He looks magnificent and when he is standing in the light, his armor is shining like it's made from the shining black crystals.

Personality: Waltz is calm and mysterious. He is not a man that you can trust. Of his mysterious personality, many people are afraid of him. Sometimes he is arrogant, he don't care for anything or anyone. He hasn't got any friends, he is always alone. He is a lone wolf, he is searching for his goals without anyone's help or aid. He don't trust anyone and he always ignoring people around him. His goals are always are unknown to everyone and he always doing everything secretly.

Weapon(s): He is wielding a giant Broad Sword that can pierce anything. Handle is made from black shining crystals. Sword's edge is made from the blacks crystals as well. Sword is looking mysterious as it has some mysterious power. Waltz is calling a sword Nebilim.

His second weapon is a spear, made from dark crystals to that cannot broken. Spear is long and has a long range. Spear's edge is sharp and can pierce almost everything. Waltz carrying it in one arm but when he is carrying it with two arms, spear's power became even more powerful and it became even more faster and harder to dodge it. Waltz is calling a spear Odin's Anger.

Masque Drive: Dimensions Controling- Waltz can control dimensions. He can use his powers to create dimensional portals that can teleport him somewhere else or he can send dimenisonal portal towards his opponent and if dimensional portal touches his opponent, he can send him in another dimension. He can increase his speed with the dimensional speed or he can slow his opponent.

Persona Drive: Persona- Waltz can summon a powerful Persona to fight along side him, a giant colossus. Colossus is giant and he is wielding a giant Broad Sword. Waltz is calling it Shadow Sword. Colossus is made from stone and crystals. He is grey and black. Colossus is mighty and he can protects himself by his tough armor. Waltz must have good concentration in order to control Colossus.

I put on my robe and wizard hat.

Faer’s appearance is mysterious at best. His soft, and mostly androgynous facial features are always hidden behind the red mask that he is always wearing. His piercing green eyes are always visible, and his naturally blonde hair fits around his mask, and is dyed black at the tips. The mask does not, however, cover his lips. They are soft and supple, opening only when important to do so.

The magister stands at a height of 5’9’’, so he is not immediately menacing when sighted because of height, but usually because of the mysterious aura he exudes. Perhaps it’s the eyes? Or maybe the red cape that flows behind him as he walks by.

Personality: Faer is a naturally fast learner and has honed his mind to brilliancy. He both respects and fears the truth, as people should do, for while the truth is important, it may also hurt more than sharpened metal. Calm, cool, and analytical, Faer will always look for every piece of evidence that he can get before passing any sort of judgment. He is kind and fair to those he meets, and respects other’s opinions enough to think that arguing about anything that is not an absolute is wasted breath. Tactics is the only exception to this rule, as he is a brilliant strategist, and listens to all suggestions before simply acting.

Faer loves his strategy games and puzzles, and will not pass up a game of chess, checkers, risk, or any game of the sort. He plays so many, he hasn’t particularly mastered any game, but his natural ability to strategize makes him very good at any sort of these games, although, he doesn’t play to win, he simply plays to play.

Weapon(s): The mind is one’s greatest weapon. Knowledge is the tool for a better future, Truth is the blade of hope, and wisdom is the armament of ages.

Psionics – The power of the mind is great, if only more knew how to use it. But Faer is not just talking about intelligence, he means Psionics. The manipulation of the world around you with only the use of a thought. Although Faer specializes in Telekinesis and Telepathy, that does not stop him from using the range of powers at his disposal. He wouldn’t go so far as to say that he could just revise reality with his powers, that would place him far too close to god. But his control over the human mind and physics are enough to make people believe in magic (In a young man’s heart, when the music is playin’ and everythin’ starts…) The range of his power can go from modifying memories, to reading thoughts. To creating Fireballs, or lightning bolts. Though, by far, his most frightening power is to be able to place people in a microcosm. To be able to turn their senses inside themselves, and they live forever in a world created by their own imagination, until he undoes the damage, that is.

Masque Drive:

Amplification – The mask that Faer wears holds one, simple purpose. To give him further control over the powers that god had given him since his birth. Since he was a lad, strange accidents always happened around him for some reason or another, something blew up when it was supposed to be just fine, computers short circuited for no reason, and he could hear people thinking, even though at the time he could not distinguish the difference. Though he can control his powers without the mask, the ruby stone in it gives him further control of it, to the point that he can actually amplify and augment the powers that he manifests.

Weapon(s): HighWind Longsword Mark II- Vern's favorite semi-automatic pistol crafted by an unnamed manufacturer. He has owned the weapon since childhood, and through the years has been modified to suit his styles and grip. It's appearance resembles the Desert Eagle, but it's oddly lighter in weight. While it is capable of carrying a .41 magnum cartridge, its new design has allowed it to fire bursts of energy as a substitute for bullets. The source comes straight from the one carrying the gun.

Masque Drive: Violet-Not yet a full fledged member of the Order, Vern has yet to discover what “Drive” his mask will awaken within him. Like all masks in the Order, however, Vern's naturally enhances his physical prowess, enabling him to perform amazing acrobatic feats, sustain moderate damage, and fight with the a strength that is at least twice his own.

Persona Drive: Archer's Legacy-[The Fortitude]- The art of combining magic with man made weapons is still in its experimental stages, and currently inaccessible to the public. Except, of course, for the priviledged. Vernon's foster father introduced him Archer's Legacy, a form of magic and weapons synchronization dealing with firearms. Vernon was taught the form of The Fortitude, where literally the design was inspired by sci-fi action movies that allowed humans to wield pistols with the aid of a heightened sense of time. The end result: increased efficiency and deadly accuracy with every pull of the trigger. While Vernon is still the learning process, he has gotten down all of the basics.

Under his cloak and on his black pants is a belt. To the right side of the belt is a case where he keeps his dark-blue colored kunai. His dark-blue sheath is tied to the left of it where he carries his black-colored katana. His pupils are blue and his hair is colored black. He has an average body build. He's also six feet five inches tall

The mask he wears is dark-blue and it has the initials Z.X. at the top; the initals Z.X. written in script. He wears black boots and a necklace his father gave him before he died. The necklace consists of multiple dark-blue crystals. Zaiyonix keeps this necklace around his neck but its hidden under the cover of his black shirt.
Personality: He is a genius. He is kind and has a big sense of humor, however he can be very serious if needed be. His emotions often vary.
Weapon(s): A single dark-blue kunai with the blue initials Z.X. on the side. He carries this around in a case clipped to the right side of his belt. He also has a katana with a blade possessing the length of a nodaichi. This katana's hilt is black-colored whereas the guard is also black-colored just like how the blade is; black-colored.. He carries this katana in a dark-blue sheath with the golden initials Z.X. on the side of the sheath.
Drives:

Masque Drive: Vibrations and Sound: Zaiyonix possesses an ability of being able to control sounds, or more specifically; vibrations. So accordingly, since he controls vibrations (which are also theoretically sounds) they go at a very fast speed and can be used for multiple purposes. Zaiyonix can replicate any sound and summon it, such as being able to create a high-pitched cry or a low-pitched masculine voice, even a loud roar. For example, if you were to be standing next to him he could recreate the sound of an elephant roaring out of nowhere, even thought it'll seem like he's doing nothing. He can also use it for battle and defense and to physically damage his opponents, for example, by damaging their ears (the entire structures of their ears, including the inner ear) to severely damage their ability to move. There are also other ways Zaiyonix can use his ability of vibrations/sound.

Persona Drive: Flames of Emotions: The abilities of these flames reflect upon Zaiyonix's emotions. If he feels sad or depressed, the flames become blue and they're cold; to the point where they can even put out regular flames and freeze things (their cold power depending on how sad or depressed Zaiyonix is). If he feels angry or mad the flames become black and two-to-four times hotter than regular flames (depending on how angry/mad he is). When he's in a normal, regular mood, the flames are the same color as regular flames and as hot as regular flames. When he's in a happy mood the flames become hotter than regular flames but the more happy he is the less controllable the flames are. When he's confident, insecure, shy, or emotionally on the defensive the flames become white or silver or grey, and they become the ultimate maneuverable defense; being stronger than iron or steel and possibly stronger titanium, depending on the level of insecurity and shyness thus also giving these white/silver/gray flames the ability to become powerful weapons as well. There are also other emotions which create other abilities for the flames. Using any type of flames Zaiyonix can create flame creatures which are basically any creature Zaiyonix imagines in whatever type of fire form. He can also make any type of fire into a weapon as well than just the white/silver/gray flames.

Appearance: Sa'ida is of Indian decent, from the state Gujarat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gujarati_people). When in an official capacity as the Jade Masque, she wears a formal sari and full length choli in a pure green color, unless it's a combat situation, during which she'll switch to something much more fluid - typically a green and gold salvaar kameez, or a sari draped in a nivi (pants-like) style. While her family is rather traditionalist, continuing to wear typical Indian clothing, Sa'ida is not adverse to combining traditions (a sari over salvaar (loose pants) with a choli, for example) or adding practical clothing such as jeans or boots or even removing unnecessary additions (jewelry or chains) or reducing the length of the sari for practicality. She does include a belt with her outfits, which is where she keeps the supplies for her Minor Drive along with her laring (weapon).

In physical appearance, Sa'ida is almost typically Indian, though she has some traits that point to alternate heritage somewhere down the family tree. She stands at about 5' 4" and has mid-length brown hair that she typically leaves free, though she will carry a cloth headband on her wrist for whenever she may need it. Her eyes are the most peculiar thing about her, her left eye a light green, while her right is a golden color. She is trained in a number of different dance and movement styles including traditional Indian dancing, yoga, ballet, and more. While she is in top physical condition, she has only one small problem - a consequence of the one time she used her powers to bring a girl back to life. She has lost all feeling in her middle and ring fingers on her right hand. While she can feel the base of both fingers and a little way into both, she cannot feel past the first joint, nor can she heal any injury to either of those fingers.

The Jade Masque itself is only partially a normal mask, a half-moon leaf mask that is handed down from bearer to bearer through the Devaraja family, though each gets to find a new name for the masque. When being worn in the position of Jade Masque, the bearer grows plants all over the masque, adding to it and keeping it on, as the masque itself has no way to be held on otherwise.

Personality: Sa'ida is a librarian, a keeper of knowledge. As such, she is mostly silent, only adding to the conversation when she either is trying to procure knowledge, or sharing knowledge that she has. As the oldest of the her generation in the Devaraja family, Sa'ida has been brought up to take over the role of the Jade Masque since she first showed signs of the family's abilities. She is loyal and holds steady to her morals as well as the major guidelines of the Masquerade.

Sa'ida often has an odd disregard for her own personal well-being, at least in terms of being injured or hurt. As the Jade Masque of Life, Sa'ida is easily able to fix most injuries and therefore is more or less unconcerned about minor injures like scratches, cuts, burns or bruises. She'll worry about others at a different level than herself, but she is mostly unconcerned about any minor injuries. She severely dislikes broken bones though, as the sounds that they make when they snap together and/or snap back into place grosses her out. Especially joints.

Drives:
Masque Drive - Touch of Life: With just a touch, Sa'ida can heal simple cuts and burns and other similar injuries without scarring. With greater concentration, she can heal almost any wound or injury, but the worse the injury, the more likely the scaring. Her Masque enhances these abilities, but even before she had it, using all of her energy for the next few days, Sa'ida could temporarily gain enough control over life to bring someone back from the dead. This is a family ability that many Devarajas have, and her family always taught her to never ever use her power for that - but she did, once, six years ago, on a girl who she felt had been unjustly robbed of her life. She has since realized what a dangerous thing that ability is, both in the powers that it grants the revived and the cost for her, and she has sworn to never do it again.

Persona Drive - Plant Mastery: Plants are drawn to Sa'ida, and she to them. She can communicate with them on a basic level and control their growth - both in size and direction. She learns everything she can about all sorts of plants, and can use them for all sorts of purposes, concoctions, poisons, healing, strengthening, and even as weapons or armor - like thorns and plant walls. She often keeps seeds or flowers on her, as she must have the plants to grow - dead or alive, though alive is easier for her to control and use. Some of what she can use the plants for will take preparation (poisons and other similar concoctions), but she has many uses that are almost instant, like rejuvenating herbs and the plant weapons and armor.

Appearance: The Visage of Ian is pleasant one. The man is handsome. With raven black hair swept back and a pale but healthy looking complexion to his eyes. His eyes are green with a tint of purple and his mouth is usually perched in a knowing smile. He stands about 6'1'' tall, is not very muscular but is in no way a slouch or a twig. His attire usually consist of vest that is the darkest shade of purple possible without being classified as black, a black shirt underneath a pair of slim black suit pants. He always wear a pair of purple tinted glasses, mostly for the face that he believes that every proper scientist needs eye wear.

Personality: Ian Timbers is a researchers without any morals what so ever. He has conducted many unethical experiments in his past, often backed up by the Church and has trough this learned many a thing that man perhaps should have left untouched. His knowledge in the darkest arts and the many ways to it is substantial and maybe its his constant dwelling into that which should not to be known that had driven him down to the madness that is Ian Timbers these days.

Ian is Fascinated with peoples struggle against darkness and his own powers. Something he makes no small point in researching, often attempting to find new ways to terrify innocent people. One of his greatest enigmas is his powers however. He doesn't remember how he got them or why. Only that the state that he is in is very handy.


Weapon(s): Shroud Whip; ans weapon of choise is the Whip. The shoud is that of a bull whip in shape only a lillte shorter and ending in a hook.

Dark Genesis Art:

Black Mist: A strange power that Ian himself ain't aware of how to actually use to its fullest potential and the constant source of fascination for the crazy scientist to study. The Black mist as it's called is closely tied to his body and very essence as it radically alters both. Ian has the powers to generate a thick, purple and black shroud of mist at will and can even turn into it himself.
-Mist control: his control over the mist stretches so far that he can reshape the mist nearest him into weaponry. The shaping can only take place and be maintained withing one meter radius.

-Mist Form: When in mist form physical means cannot hurt him. But magic and elemental still does. Such a thing as wind will push him back exponentially and even dissipate him forcing him to retract the mist in order shape anything. When in Mist form his shaping sphere increases to 3 meters. Allowing him to attack at longer distance.

Soul Revival: Perhaps the most potent use of his powers is the fact that he can bind his mist to the soul of a dying man or woman, actively empowering the fading soul if it still wish to live. This is a sinister thing however, as the soul in question will undoubtedly be affected of his malice. The changes are subtle. This power only works on sick and weakened deaths, the power wont do much good if your character has a giant hole where his heart should be per example. Nor do he wish to use this power to much on living being as it could potentially exhaust his powers for hours, even days ahead. The only time he has revived someone it was out of theoretical curiosity, and his powers actually permanently diminished slightly due to it.

Appearance: Standing at a height of 6’4, Aiden’s tall figure is mainly accentuated by his built proportions. There is quite a considerable distance between his two shoulders, giving an impression of a bigger individual when standing next to him. This could be measured as intimidating to some, although, if there is something to be called intimidating about him, would be his deep, penetrating dark teal eyes. If not approached properly, a striking, electrifying scowl could easily shake the little hairs growing from your arms. But regardless, the chances of receiving a proper glare from someone such as Aiden are unlikely if he is able to connect with your persona idealistically. Instead, the person will receive an intense, yet reassuring, calming gaze.
His almond eyes slightly mix with the strays of sandy-blonde hair that descend diagonally yet messily across his forehead, compounding the bangs of a layered mass of shaggy golden mane extending half-way down his neck. A decent amount of hair strings drift off into the sides of his face, eventually adapting and following the shape of his jaw to some extent, creating even more of a stylish look.
Unlike your usual light haired-guy with sapphire-emerald eyes, Aiden’s skin tone is not pale, for the patches of flesh that assemble his physical surface are those of a beach-like tan, except, he is naturally toasted. This conceives an appealing contrast between the gammas of colors his physical features compose.
Covering his body, the clothes he wears are not those typical of a casual wardrobe, which despite their dark colors, may attract the attention of a few. To begin with, a weak-grayish buttoned vest adapts over his chest and torso, serving as Aiden’s upper-body vestment. On top of such, a long black leather trench coat is complimented by a bright, crimson-colored silk scarf that wisps about in the wind--often the last streak of color his enemies see before he rushes at them in frenzy. Whilst a scarlet armband dismounts from under his elbow, covering his entire extensors up to his wrist, his opposite hand is sheltered by a fingerless ruby glove. Working our way downwards, some observation can unveil one reddish rhombus-textured like belt, which adjusts, from top to bottom extremities, semi-baggy dark gray jeans Aiden occasionally wears, aggregating to the nocturnal tone the volumes of his outfit convey. In addition, in due course to finalize his bottom attire, he rests his feet inside the internal space of a pair of black ankle sneakers in cloth. The shoes combine unique toecap features with a high top cut and subtly branded Velcro straps amongst uniform black uppers. Last but definitely not least, a necklace formed by a string and an oddly shaped, turquoise figurine hangs faintly unfastened around his neck.
Neither the classiest, nor the messiest equip, but nonetheless quite comfortable and fitting for an individual whose ordeals provoke constant movement and traveling throughout variety of locations.

Personality:
One unusual trait Aiden’s personality can be awarded with could easily be labeled as, “most unexpected guy.”
Indeed, those three words are nothing but perfect to accurately describe this character’s persona, given that his ultimate responses will rarely match those predicted by his conversationalists concerning specific situations. When it comes to him, two plus two equals five. If you were anticipating the most palpable answer, be ready for Aiden to catch you off guard as he speaks words you would have never imagined. Needless to state, not every single person may react pleasingly towards his talk, for honesty is a predominant quality of his and, as we all know, “truth not always sounds pretty.”
Quiet and cautious as he may seem at first glance, Aiden has the habit of wisely choosing who to open up with in a diversity of ways. The realization and state of comfortableness towards a newcomer stepping inside his area may switch in a matter of an instant, either deepening or shattering like a million pieces of broken glass. Of course, it all truly depends, provided that somewhere within the pits of his consciousness, this individual can immediately sense the atmosphere surrounding a particular person, elaborating to his very insides a definite rejoinder that will determine his attitudes and actions as regards said person. Such perception can be very helpful when it is time to introduce himself to a guest invading his personal “circle”, whether it means turning his introduction into something discrete and unimportant, or an elaborated, honest dialogue that will really feature genuine individualities portrayed over Aiden’s very existence. Unpredictable might mean breaking the ice.
A wide, open good sense of humor may too inundate this character when the situation desperately calls for it. Optimism is key, and he allows himself to shamelessly demonstrate it through his mock towards difficult times, either to lower the ordeal’s true seriousness, or in a simple attempt to hide his own worries. In spite of how outgoing and social Aiden may come across every so often, there is also an introverted, reserved side to him; obviously depending on how much comfortableness he feels when certain people encircle his character.


Weapon(s): Nox, the Keyblade of Night.

Nox: Origins unknown to this character, the majestic weapon that is Nox revolves around very mysteries to this day. Comprising deep within the powers of the Night, it chooses Aiden to become its pawn, its servant, its iron fist, or merely, in sweeter terms, its companion. The man’s behavior in respect to the Keyblade is quite the independent one, thus believing how a weapon does not measure one’s true strength, and allowing oneself to be consumed by the divinities of such only reassures the weakness of heart inside the person. Aiden’s determination not to allow himself to be deceived by the powers of darkness grows by the second, regardless of being unaware of what darkness truly is and arouses.
Nox itself presents an ambiguous design, mostly displaying an indefinite amount of sharp edges that strike their way out from the keyblade’s surface, craving to rip and torn whatever they manage to get in contact with. The deadly spikes are accentuated mainly by the cold, dark schemes of grayish-purple that create the keyblade’s tones, ending in an obscure lavender grip. At the end of its hold hangs a semi-extensive chain, a black half-moon shaped emblem bestowing upon its side, an insignia representing Nox’s essence with accuracy.

Main Abilities;

Puppeteer

In the middle of a brawl, Aiden will strikingly launch himself to clash forces with his enemy, and at the slightest gap that arises between combos, his arm will move performing a slash over the opponent’s visible shadow, only to effortlessly “cut” off whichever body part he aims for. Consequences will provoke an acquisition of control over whatever was sliced off the shadow. For example, let us pretend Aiden manages to rip off the shadow’s arm. In the next few moments, the enemy will be thoroughly incapable of utilizing said limb, numbness engulfing every muscle only for Aiden to be able to control it instead. Moving an inch will not be necessary, thus only with his mind he will allow himself to decide which route the opponent’s actual arm will take, whether it is forcing it around the host’s neck evolving into a merciless, unwilling choke, or something a bit less classy, such as teasingly poking the corners of one eyeball with the fingertips of a trembling hand, doubtfully wanting to ensue them deeper in…
This shadow controlling ability obviously comes with a few contraries. Depending on how strongly the light source of the battlefield shines, perception of an individual’s shadow either increases or abates. The clearer and more visible the shadow’s edge is, the easier and more effective it is to domain such body part, consequently strengthening the drive’s supremacy. All in all, surroundings will easily determine the efficiency of this skill.

Dimension Cross

It can be described as an offensive assault, visually delighting as well as potent depending the distance and rate of attack between Aiden and the foe. Positioning his body obliquely to his adversary, legs separated, adhered sturdily to the ground, he will raise Nox rapidly into the air. Proceeding, two continuous diagonal slashes forming an “X” shape will create the basis of this hit, approximately the size of Aiden himself. These two connected strokes of dark bluish flames will hang about flashily in mid-air for a split second, a few feet in front of the wielder. Subsequently, it will only take a push-forward of an open palm to successfully initiate a brutal dash of the “X” against the enemy. The cross-shaped flaming aura will rush onward at incredible speed, almost imperceptible to the eye, leaving a tidy trail of shattered ground behind and not interrupting its route until it directly collides against solid material. This ability is mainly collected of extreme, edge-cutting velocity, impacting with unimaginable force and surely to give the opponent a hard time if not fast enough to evade it. But, even if he does manage to, the speed that comes with this attack is multiple in every form, for Aiden can perform it continuously, one after the other in whatever order he desires, slashing up six inverted strokes of darkfire at once and then allowing his hand to blast the three cross shaped exes nearly in the same instant, creating even more of a dreadful crash.

Sphere Rotation

Moving forward to the capacities this character encircles, this particular one does not require of the keyblade’s movement, regardless of being powered up by the legitimate aura of darkness itself, mixed with, as mentioned previously, that of the fire element. The amount of stamina it consumes is quite remarkable, and as a result, allowing multiple use of such prowess can become a problem to the user, the reaction of weariness invading through if overused. In short, Aiden widely spreads his arms to the sides, concentrating and focusing his energy in the middle of his palms until it becomes visually materialized as a million fragments of dark flaming particles, ragingly blasting against one another rapidly as a small, obscure ball forms and grows increasingly inside each hand. It will not be long before the circular motions of energy begin flowing around his fists until reaching the approximate size of two basketballs. These vibrant spheres of shadowy inferno will become two different ends, as a tremulous, thick string of dynamism will connect them together. Once the formation is complete, Aiden will violently swing his arms frontward to release the mass orbs from his hands, as they will begin to whirl in a circular motion towards the opponent, unable to separate and forced together by the string of shockwave. Along with the movement, a dazzling noise will accompany the blitz, generated by the uncontrollably animated flaming cells of darkness that will boost their action as they spin with powerful motion, thirsting to lock on the nearest rival.

Jack in the Box:


To finalize, the last ability Aiden gets a hold of after acquiring the Nox Keyblade, serves him as teleportation method. The following drive supplies him with a wide usage of whatever composes the environment around his character, accordingly allowing him to swap locations in a matter of a second, where will he appear next only he can foresee. It consists of diving inside his shadow’s silhouette and disappearing before the eyes of his opponent, traveling at the speed of light across the landscape with the capacity of leaping out of any other shadow of choice within a 70 yard radius instantly. Turning out as quite suspenseful, the thrill evolves as this ability comes through with utter silence when being processed. Where and when he will pop back up into the scene is a mystery, attempting to predict the spot is welcomed. Although, one thing is certain, there are no guarantees. Of course, just like Aiden’s skill mentioned previously concerning shadows, this move is very dependant of the light’s intensity of the area, as well as the amount of objects/people nearing by. The more, the merrier.
