This is Kingdom Hearts Chain of memories (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_Hearts:_Chain_of_Memories). It was a game originally made for the GBA and just recently re-released of the PS2. It is the link between the first two games and is probably superior to both of them.
