The longest book I read would probaly be Breaking Dawn from the Twilight series.(Yes, I like Twilight.XD) The reason I kept reading on because each page made me want to find out what happens next. I can't exactly remember what was my fastest time reading though.XD

Jesus!

I don't remember what the name was, but it was 1000-1050 words and I read it in about 2 weeks. When I read...I read, I read until 2 AM and bring it to school, read on the bus, in class, at home, while suposed to be asleep...I love reading.

The Otherlands by tad williams

They are split into 4 volumes only because a book can't be made that big and last, each has about 700-800 pages. :D

I think Don Quixote or The Complete Sherlock Holmes Collection Volume 1. Umm, I can remember pretty heafty big and long books but i can't be sure of the page count. Stuff like Dune and it's series are pretty long but i doubt anything went above 500 pages. I think though the above 2 are 1000 pages plus i think.

Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Over 1600 pages, text that reminds you why magnifying glasses were invented.

Longest in one sitting was Desperation by Stephen King, 998 pages. I basically holed myself up in my room to read it all in one day.

I've read a lot of the Bible, but not all of it...so I'm not sure how many pages that would add up to.

I guess I would have to go with Anna Karenina...it was around 800 pages and the print was extremely small too. It took me a while to read but I kept with it because it was extremely interesting. There was so many storyline and I found it amazing how Tolstoy wove them all together and made them connected. There were so many characters and the majority of them were very developed. It truly is a masterpiece.

I'm reading Pillars of the Earth right now and it is around 900 pages, but I don't think it is nearly as interesting as Anna Karenina. It does have a good storyline, but the author is not as a talented writer as Tolstoy is.
