New Greeters wanted!

Yet another restructuring of the Greeting Team is underway and due to lack of participation, we are now hiring new greeters. A greeter's duty is to welcome all of our new members to the forum personally (this means PM, not responding to intro threads). They will help these newbies get acclimated with the layout of the forums, as well as offer a hand in understanding the rules and the features that we offer here. The greeters should be considered by all new members to be the people you turn to for questions about the forum and its features and interpreting what is appropriate conduct. But above all else, a greeter's job is to make the new members feel welcome and encourage them to become active within our community.

If this sounds like it interests you, then simply PM the following application to me (waitin4KH3).

Why would you like to be a greeter?
Treat me like a new member. What would you say to welcome me to the forums.
Briefly describe your personality in one sentence.

A few things to consider before applying:

Do not apply if you simply want a job for the tag and don't intend to follow through on it. Your work must be logged and failure to do so will only have you removed as quickly as you were hired.
Consider your personal schedule. If you don't have time to log in multiple times a week and shoot off a few PM's, don't apply. I will be taking activity level into account when choosing candidates also.
Be yourself when applying. I don't want a host from a five-star restaurant, I want personality and some enthusiasm.
