sig image size help

how do you make your sig image bigger because the one i have below was big when i was resizing it but it came out this size when i put it in someone please help thank you in advanced

i did the resizing myself so it would match the limits but it came out really small

Instead of uploading the picture though your PC, use http://tinypic.com/ and copy the [IMG] code; pasting it in your sig.
