The series tells the story of an assassin named Himura Kenshin, who was known as the Hitokiri Battōsai ("Man killer - Master of Battōjutsu"). Kenshin later grieves for all the lives he has taken, and vows that he will never kill again.

I love this anime, it's really a shame that they stopped making it, luckily I got the series, movie, and OVA's! Yay! It's a draw between Sano and Kenshin, Kenshin is just flat out awesome and Sano is hilarious and always has something to prove.
