God, I hope they don't completely screw up Helen Keller. They're probably going to make her sound like she was the most outstanding advocate of democracy there ever was.
Oh well. I suppose I see where they're coming from, but it's nothing to make a big fuss over. Casting someone who fits the part that was actually blind or deaf - or both - would be extremely hard, though.

I think anyone who takes on the role is going to have a hard time, but it's not always realistic expecting to find someone who is also deaf/blind and in acting to fill this sort of role, not that I doubt there are amazing actors out there who are like that but still.
