.... well there's actually nothing to look at but I'm thinking about making something :p

I want to get the clans up and running again!! About time I dragged you all out of your slumbers and made these clans great again. I'm going to try and map out some events for some time either during or after the winter holidays, which I know is a bit soon for you to pull your clans back into shape but I know you guys can do it. Either that or you can try begging for more time ;P

Leaders!! I want to get a role call in here as to who is leader of each clan (also any co-leaders you may or may not have). Then if there are any clans without leaders I can think about helping each clan to appoint them. Your first duty as clan leaders past or present will be to do a role call of your own within each clan, and to make a fresh start on recruiting members. You don't just have to limit this to a thread in this section- you can advertise in your sigs, bribe, offer food, whatever you wish to do (no blackmail though plz XD). I unstuck the old recruitment threads so you could make a fresh start.

Once the clans are cleaned up then I'll make another thread to tell you what to do next and what challenges I'll have you facing. Remember that as before you need to try and get a balance in your clan between writers, RPers, designers and quiz types. That way you'll have someone for each challenge :3

We're looking to create three new clans!!! :D

People who are interested in setting up and managing their own clan must submit a detailed plan to myself or any other staff member. Here are the conditions your new clan must meet to get approved, and remember there are only three available spaces so your clan must really stand out to be chosen-

1. You must have at the very least 15 members to form said clan. One of these must be a responsible leader who can collaborate with the staff who will oversee all clans.
2. You must create a reasonable name and description. This must be Kingdom Hearts based to tie in with the current clans.
3. You must remain active with at least 1 post per day for the total clan.
4. Clans must have an RPG practice section and a Clan War base, taking notice of the above post.

The clans were set up as part of a huge forum event known as Clan Wars. Basically we'd have a week or two of competitions where each clan would enter and compete against each other (although back then there were no proper prizes as such, it was just for the lulz ^^). The categories were Design, RPG, Writing and General Quiz, and the clans had to decide amongst themselves who they'd enter for each competition. I guess it's along the lines of WEHAVETEHBESTCLANHERRE really XD

The Clan Wars has been long overdue to start again. Although I'm trying to think up how I can make this more interesting this time around, since some people are bored and some people don't really want to take part and that's fine, even if you're in a clan you're not forced to join in with the Wars. Clan leaders can make their clans interesting in their own ways too, each one is unique and there are chat threads, RPG training, that sort of thing. We don't expect a huge amount of people to participate but it's nice for the people who do. Also I'm a stubborn cow and don't want to see it fail again XDDD

This would be the most efficient way to get your new clan off the ground. Once you have members together, then you can work together on the name and theme.

One question though; can we get the Initials for the Clans to be in color? Idk, i just think the gray of them makes it look worthless and irrelevant. At least, that's how i feel. Anyways, sounds like a good idea though i think it's a bit harder for me to do. Like, i signed up in September 2008. I didn't get active until February 2009. SO, that's a huge time gap that i didn't post. I don't think my VB post average per day even manages to be 1 post a day xD.

I see what you mean and I'll think about it, although I don't want any new colour to detract from the team status ones.

And lol no it doesn't mean you personally have to average one post a day, it means that your clan has to have at least one post a day. Just so it doesn't die basically XD

EDIT: New colours have been implemented, I requested these be rather muted colours so as not to draw too much attention away from the team insignias. Enjoy ^^ -

There's some concern about this clan, so I'm announcing that the clan has until Clan Wars to get up and moving again OR IT WILL BE DISSOLVED. You have been warned. At the moment it's not keeping up to its post quota, so we're keeping a close eye on that one.

Might I take this opportunity to congratulate the other 4 clans on their activity rates... and to stir up some competition by announcing, in order, which of the clans are most active so far-

It was very inactive. It didn't pick up the pace and so it had to be taken out. Besides, 4 clans makes it even and more clean looking. 5 is ugly and odd.
